1Characteristics of Meso-Cenozoic Igneous Complexes in the South Yellow Sea Basin,Lower Yangtze Craton of Eastern China and the Tectonic Setting显示文摘The South Yellow Sea Basin is partially surrounded by the East Asian continental MesoCenozoic widespread igneous rocks belt.Magnetic anomaly and multi-channel seismic data both reveal the prevalent occurrence of igneous rocks.We preliminarily defined the coupling relation between magnetic anomalies and igneous rock bodies.Some igneous complexes were also recognized by using multi-channel seismic and drilling data.We identified various intrusive and extrusive igneous rock bodies,such as stocks,sills,dikes,laccoliths and volcanic edifice relics through seismic facies analysis.We also forecasted the distribution characteristics of igneous complexes.More than fifty hypabyssal intrusions and volcanic relics were delineated based on the interpretation of magnetic anomaly and dense intersecting multi-channel seismic data.It is an important supplement to regional geology and basin evolution research.Spatial matching relations between igneous rock belts and fractures document that extensional N-E and N-NE-trending deep fractures may be effective pathways for magma intrusion.These fractures formed under the influence of regional extension during the MesoCenozoic after the Indosinian movement.Isotopic ages and crosscutting relations between igneous rock bodies and the surrounding bedded sedimentary strata both indicate that igneous activities might have initiated during the Late Jurassic,peaked in the Early Cretaceous,gradually weakened in the Late Cretaceous,and continued until the Miocene.Combined with previous studies,it is considered that the Meso-Cenozoic igneous activities,especially the intensive igneous activity of the Early Cretaceous,are closely associated with the subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Plate.PANG Yumao ZHANG Xunhua XIAO Guolin GUO Xingwei WEN Zhenhe WU Zhiqiang ZHU Xiaoqing 2017Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,3:15
2Entransy dissipation/loss-based optimization of two-stage organic Rankine cycle(TSORC)with R245fa for geothermal power generation显示文摘Based on organic Rankine cycle(ORC), the two-stage evaporation strategy is adopted to replace the single-stage evaporation to improve the system performance. In order to evaluate the temperature matching of the two-stage evaporation, a theoretical optimization model was established to optimize the two stage organic Rankine cycle(TSORC) based on the entransy theory and thermodynamics, with the ratio of the entransy dissipation rate of the TSORC to that of the ORC as the objective function. This paper aims to illuminate the improving degree of the system performance of the TSORC. The results show that the TSORC enhances the average evaporating temperature, thereby reducing the entransy dissipation rate in the evaporator and the total entransy dissipation rate. The maximal net power output is proportional to the entransy loss rate and inversely proportional to the entransy dissipation rate. However, compared with the ORC, the TSORC can output more power but requires a higher total thermal conductance. Moreover, there exists an optimal intermediate geothermal water temperature(IGWT) to maximize the net power output of the TSORC. 4CD44^+/CD24^-细胞在乳腺癌组织及细胞系中的数量与分布显示文摘目的检测CD44^+/CD24ˉ细胞在乳腺癌组织及细胞系中的分布及数量,探讨其与乳腺癌常用标志物表达和乳腺癌分子亚型的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP双染及单染法,分别检测了60例乳腺浸润性导管癌中的CD44及CD24的共表达情况和ER、PR、HER2、人雌激素诱导蛋白PS2、bel-2、nm23的单独表达情况,同时检测了三种乳腺癌细胞系(MCF-7、MDA—MB-468及MDA-MB-231)中CD44及CD24的表达情况。结果不同病例标本中CD44^+/CD24ˉ细胞的数量差异较大,分布无明显规律,总阳性率为65.0%;CD44’/CD24一细胞数量与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况及ER、PR、HER-2、人雌激素诱导蛋白PS2、bel-2、nm23表达情况无关(P均〉0.05);CD44^+/CIY24ˉ细胞数量与乳腺癌分子亚型无关。CD44^+/CD24ˉ细胞在MCF-7、MDA—MB-468及MDA—MB-231细胞系中的比例分别为〈1%、5%及〉80%。结论CD44^+/CD24ˉ细胞存在于部分乳腺癌组织及细胞系中,其数量及分布与乳腺癌的分子亚型和临床病理参数无直接关系。吕新全 Zhenhe Suo 马长路 徐珂佳 刘羿杉 李惠翔 2009中华病理学杂志2009,38,7:7
5Multi-objective Optimization Conceptual Design of Product Structure Based on Variable Length Gene Expression显示文摘It is a complicated problem for the bottom-to-top adaptive conceptual design of complicated products between structure and function. Reliable theories demand to be found in order to determine whether the structure accords with the requirement of design. For the requirement generally is dynamic variety as time passes, new requirements will come, and some initial requirements can no longer be used. The number of product requirements, the gene length expressing requirements, the structure of the product, and the correlation matrix are varied with individuation of customer requirements of the product. By researching on the calculation mechanisms of dynamic variety, the approaches of gene expression and variable length gene expression are proposed. According to the diversity of structure selection in conceptual design and mutual relations between structure and function as well as structure and structure, the correlation matrixes between structure and function as well as structure and structure are defined. By the approach of making the sum of the elements of correlation matrix maximum, the mathematical models of multi-object optimization for structure design are provided based on variable requirements. An improved genetic algorithm called segment genetic algorithm is proposed based on optimization preservation simple genetic algorithm. The models of multi-object optimization are calculated by the segment genetic algorithm and hybrid genetic algorithm. An example for the conceptual design of a washing machine is given to show that the proposed method is able to realize the optimization structure design fitting for variable requirements. 6Abrogation of USP7 is an alternative strategy to downregulate PD-L1 and sensitize gastric cancer cells to T cells killing显示文摘Targeting immune checkpoints such as programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)and programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)have been approved for treating melanoma,gastric cancer(GC)and bladder cancer with clinical benefit.Nevertheless,many patients failed to respond to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment,so it is necessary to seek an alternative strategy for traditional PD-1/PD-L1 targeting immunotherapy.Here with the data from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and our in-house tissue library,PD-L1 expression was found to be positively correlated with the expression of ubiquitin-specific processing protease 7(USP7)in GC.Furthermore,USP7 directly interacted with PD-L1 in order to stabilize it,Gastric cancer;Immunosuppression;Cancer biologywhile abrogation of USP7 attenuated PD-L1/PD-1 interaction and sensitized cancer cells to T cell killing in vitro and in vivo.Besides,USP7 inhibitor suppressed GC cells proliferation by stabilizing P53 in vitro and in vivo.Collectively,our findings indicate that in addition to inhibiting cancer cells proliferation,USP7 inhibitor can also downregulate PD-L1 expression to enhance anti-tumor immune response simultaneously.Hence,these data posit USP7 inhibitor as an anti-proliferation agent as well as a novel therapeutic agent in PD-L1/PD-1 blockade strategy that can promote the immune response of the tumor.Zhiru Wang Wenting Kang Ouwen Li Fengyu Qi Junwei Wang Yinghua You Pengxing He Zhenhe Suo Yichao Zheng Hong-Min Liu 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,3:5
7Analysis of the Sea Fog in the Sea Around the Great Wall Station, Antarctica显示文摘The synoptic analysis of sea fog in western Antarctic sea region is made based on the observation data in the Chinese Antarctic station, Great Wall Station, from December 1994 to November 1995, and the facsimile weather charts issued by Chile. It is found that more than 90% fog in this region is the advection cooling fog. Also, the synoptic mechanism of the fog creation and distinction is discussed by analyzing the pressure field, the temperature field and the upperlevel stratification. 8Comparison of thermal and light performance in two typical Chinese solar greenhouses in Beijing显示文摘Solar greenhouses have been used for producing vegetables in northern China during early spring,late autumn or over-winter.To improve the thermal performance of solar greenhouses,a traditional type and a retrofitted design were comparatively evaluated.In the retrofitted design,three adjustments were incorporated:the material and structure of the walls,south-facing roof angle,and structure of the north-facing back-roof.The results indicated that the thermal and light performance of the retrofitted greenhouse was much better than that of the traditional greenhouse.Specifically,the daily mean temperature,minimum air temperature,and soil temperature inside the greenhouses after retrofit ting were increased by 1.3,2.4,and 1.9℃,respectively,meanwhile,the daily total solar radiation and PAR were increased by 28.2%and 9.2%,respectively.The wall temperature and its daily variation range were reduced with increasing depth and height.The characteristic analysis of heat storage and release indicated that higher locations have longer heat storage,and shorter heat release time in vertical direction,as well as a lower ratio of heat release to storage.In horizontal direction,the western wall has the shortest heat storage time but the highest heat release flux density.Altogether,the heat storage time of the wall is 1.5 h less than that of the soil.The heat storage flux density of the wall is 1.5 times of that of the soil,but the heat release flux is only 61%of the soil’s value.The total wall heat storage is half of that of the soil in the greenhouse;the total wall heat release amount is only a quarter of that of the soil.Therefore,the thermal environment of solar greenhouses can be further improved by improving the thermal insulation properties of the wall.Fan Xu Chao Shang Hongling Li Xuzhang Xue Weituo Sun Hong Chen Yinkun Li Zhenhe Zhang Xinxu Li Wenzhong Guo 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,1:4
9Automatic segmentation of foveal avascular zone based on adaptive watershed algorithm in retinal optical coherence tomography angiography images显示文摘The size and shape of the foveal avascular zone(FAZ)have a strong positive correlation with several vision-threatening ret inovascular diseases.The identification,segmentation and analysis of FAZ are of great significance to clinical diagnosis and treatment.We presented an adaptive watershed algorithm to automatically extract F AZ from retinal optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)images.For the traditional watershed algorithm,'over-segmentation'is the most common problem.FAZ is often incorrectly divided into multiple regions by redundant'dams'.This paper analyzed the relationship between the'dams'length and the maximum inscribed circle radius of FAZ,and proposed an adaptive watershed algorithm to solve the problem of'over-segmentation'.Here,132 healthy retinal images and 50 diabetic retinopathy(DR)images were used to verify the accuracy and stability of the algorithm.Three ophthal-mologists were invited to make quan titative and qualitative evaluations on the segmentation results of this algorithm.The quantitative evaluation results show that the correlation coffi-cients between the automatic and manual segmentation results are 0.945(in healthy subjects)and 0.927(in DR patients),respectively.For qualitative evaluation,the percentages of'perfect segmentation'(score of 3)and'good segmentation'(score of 2)are 99.4%(in healthy subjects)and 98.7%(in DR patients),respectively.This work promotes the application of watershed algorithm in FAZ segmentation,making it a useful tool for analyzing and diagnosing eye diseases.Jian Liu Shixin Yan Nan Lu Dongni Yang Chunhui Fan Hongyu Lv Shuanglian Wang in Zhu Yuqian Zhao Yi Wang Zhenhe Ma Yao Yu 2022Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,1:3
10乳癌组织中TP、TS mRNA及蛋白的表达显示文摘目的:探讨乳癌组织中TP、TS mRNA及蛋白表达水平及其与临床病理特征、预后的关系。方法:采用定量PCR及免疫组化技术检测经“微选”的9例正常乳腺组织和86例乳癌组织TP、TS的mRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果:TP、TS mRNA在乳癌及正常组织中的表达水平存在明显的个体差异。TP、TS的mRNA与蛋白表达无相关性(r=0.147,P=0.114和r=0.111,P=0.114)。TP、TS mRNA或蛋白表达与肿瘤体积、淋巴结转移、组织学分级、临床分期均无关。10 a随访结果显示TP表达与预后无关,而高TS mRNA或蛋白表达患者总生存期短于低表达者,显示较差的临床预后。结论:乳癌和正常组织中TP、TS的mRNA、蛋白表达水平变化较大,TS检测可作为判断乳癌预后的指标之一。李惠翔 Zhenhe Suo 张云汉 BjφrnRisberg Mats G.Karlsson Jahn M.Nesland 2004郑州大学学报(医学版)2004,39,2:3

12Deposition and properties of highly c-oriented of InN films on sapphire substrates with ECR-plasma-enhanced MOCVD显示文摘InN films with highly c-axis preferred orientation were deposited on sapphire substrate by low-temperature electron cyclotron resonance plasma-enhanced metal organic chemical vapor deposition (ECR-PEMOCVD). Trimethyl indium (TMIn) and N 2 were applied as precursors of In and N, respectively. The quality of as-grown InN films were systematically investigated as a function of TMIn fluxes by means of reflection high-energy electron diffraction (RHEED), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results show that the dense and uniform InN films with highly c-axis preferred orientation are successfully achieved on sapphire substrates under optimized TMIn flux of 0.8 ml min 1 .
