| 1 | Improvement of maximum power point tracking in photovoltaic arrays in different environments using hybrid algorithms显示文摘When the photovoltaic(PV)system is generating PV power,the partial shading(PS)condition will cause multiple peaks in the power-voltage curve,and changes in light intensity and ambient temperature will cause the curve to shift.Traditional maximum power point tracking(MPPT)methods,such as the incremental conductance(INC)method,have the problem of being trapped in the local optimal solution.Biomimetic optimization algorithms,such as particle swarm optimization(PSO),have problems with oscillation and low tracking efficiency near the global maximum power point(GMPP).As a result,a hybrid algorithm CS-INC based on the cuckoo search(CS)algorithm and the perturb and observe(P&O)approach is proposed in this study.The light intensity remains constant,the light intensity changes in steps,and the partial shade scenario are simulated.Simulation results show that the MPPT improves accuracy,speed,and stability. | ZHANG Jiuchao REN Guangjun XUE Yuming XIA Dan WANG Jiangchao HU Zhaoshuo | 2024 | Optoelectronics Letters2024,20,1: | 0 |
| 2 | Structural,electrochemical and cycling properties of Nb^(5+)doped LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)cathode materials at different calcination temperatures for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)cathode material is prepared by sol-gel method and the effects of Nb^(5+)doping and different calcination temperatures on cathode materials were deeply investigated.Structural and morphological characterizations revealed that the optimal content of 1 mol%Nb^(5+)can stabilize layered structures,mitigate Ni^(2+)migration to Li layers,improve lithium diffusion capacity,and reduce lattice expansion/shrinkage while cycling.And calcination temperature at 800℃can not only ensure good morphology,but also suppress the mixed discharge of lithium and nickel in the internal structure.Electrochemical performance evaluation revealed that Nb^(5+)doping improves the discharge-specific capacity of the material,which is conducive to ameliorating its rate capability and cycle performance.And the material at 800℃exhibits the highest discharge specific capacity,the best magnification performance,low polarizability,and the best cycle reversibility. | WANG Jiangchao XUE Yuming DAI Hongli WANG Luoxin ZHANG Jiuchao HU Zhaoshuo | 2023 | Optoelectronics Letters2023,19,9: | 0 |
| 3 | Constructive strategies for drug delivery systems in antivirus disease therapy by biosafety materials显示文摘Due to the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID‐19)pandemic,the development of antiviral drugs has attracted increasing attention.Clinical antiviral drugs show weak solubility,low bioavailability,adverse side effects,or only limited targets.With the advancement of nanotechnology and material science,biosafety nanomaterials have been constructed for drug delivery systems of antiviral disease therapy,such as liposomes,polymers,gold nanoparticles,and graphene.These nanodrug systems can either deliver synthesized antiviral drugs siRNA/miRNA and small molecular compounds,deliver bioactive large molecular drug proteins and mRNA,or show antiviral activity by themselves.Nanodelivery systems could effectively enhance the efficiency of antiviral drugs by increasing drug loading and host cell uptake with a small size and high specific surface area.This review focused on the biosafety nanomaterials used for antiviral therapy and discussed the options for the design of antiviral drugs in the future. | Li Wang Zhaoshuo Wang Lingzhi Cao Kun Ge | 2022 | Biosafety and Health2022,4,3: | 0 |
| 4 | Liposome-coated CaO_(2)nanoblockers for enhanced checkpoint blockade therapy by inhibiting PD-L1 de novo biosynthesis显示文摘The blocking of the immune checkpoint pathway with antibodies,especially targeting to programmed death-1/programmed death ligand-1(PD-1/PD-L1)pathway,was currently a widely used treatment strategy in clinical practice.However,the shortcomings of PD-L1 antibodies were constantly exposed with the deepening of its research and their therapeutic effect was limited by the translocation and redistribution of intracellular PD-L1.Herein,we proposed to improve immune checkpoint blockade therapy by using liposomes-coated CaO_(2)(CaO_(2)@Lipo)nanoparticles to inhibit the de novo biosynthesis of PD-L1.CaO_(2)@Lipo would produce oxygen and reduce hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)level,which then downregulated the expression of PD-L1.Our in vitro and in vivo results have confirmed CaO_(2)@Lipo promoted the degradation of HIF-1αand then downregulated the expression of PD-L1 in cancer cells for avoiding immune escape.Furthermore,to mimicking the clinical protocol of anti-PD-L1 antibodies+chemo-drugs,CaO_(2)@Lipo was combined with doxorubicin(DOX)to investigate the tumor inhibition efficiency.We found CaO_(2)@Lipo enhanced DOX-induced immunogenic cell death(ICD)effect,which then promoted the infiltration of T cells,strengthened the blocking effect,thus provided an effective means to overcome the traditional immune checkpoint blockade treatment. | Ruijun Che Dandan Han Fei Wang Huifang Liu Miao Fan Hongyu Yan Tingshan Xiao Zhaoshuo Wang Xiaohan Zhou Xueyi Wang Kaihan Zhang Caiwen Ou Jinchao Zhang Zhenhua Li | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,5: | 0 |
| 5 | Effect of preheating and annealing temperature on the microstructure and optoelectronic properties of CZTS films prepared by sol-gel method显示文摘The effects of different preheating and annealing temperatures on the surface morphology,microstructure,and optical properties of Cu_(2)ZnSnS_(4)(CZTS) thin films are investigated by controlling the preheating and annealing temperatures.The prepared thin films were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and ultra-violet-visible(UV-Vis) spectroscopy techniques.XRD and Raman spectroscopy showed that a Kesterite structure with a selective orientation along the(112) peak was generated,and the thin films produced at a preheating temperature of 300℃ and annealing temperature of 570℃ had fewer secondary phases,which was beneficial for improving the performance of the solar cells.SEM confirms that the crystallite size increases and then decreases as the temperature increases,and the largest and most uniform crystallite size with the smoothest surface is generated at the above preheating and annealing temperatures.UV-Vis measurements show that the thin films generated at the above temperature have the lowest transmittance and the lowest optical band gap value of 1.46 e V,which is close to the optimal band gap value for solar cells and is suitable as an absorber layer material. | HU Zhaoshuo XUE Yuming DAI Hongli WANG Luoxin ZHANG Jiuchao WANG Jiangchao | 2023 | Optoelectronics Letters2023,19,7: | 0 |
