1激光剥蚀信号在线平滑和去汞装置:原位微区铅同位素准确分析利器显示文摘激光原位微区分析可在微观尺度上完成样品的元素定量分析或同位素组成测定,为研究成岩、成矿物质来源和追踪地壳与地幔演化历史提供了独特的观察视野。但是,激光剥蚀等离子体质谱的一些缺陷阻碍了地质样品的高精度、高空间分辨率分析,比如:剥蚀池的位置效应、低剥蚀速率下信号波动影响、激光剥蚀脉动式信号导致的光谱螺纹效应、高频激光剥蚀造成的元素分馏效应等。为此,一些学者设计了不同规格和样式的激光剥蚀信号平滑装置来克服这些问题。但是,这些信号平滑装置普遍还存在气体吹扫时间过长和降低激光剥蚀信号灵敏度等问题。因此,研制新型的信号平滑装置对改善LA—ICP—MS的数据质量具有重要的意义。Hu Z Zhang W Liu Y Gao S Li M Zong K Chen H Hu S 刘勇胜 2015矿物岩石地球化学通报2015,34,4:114

6饲料中添加蛋白酶对肉鸡性能、养分利用率、肠道形态和胴体品质的影响显示文摘试验在饲喂玉米、高粱为主的肉鸡日粮中补充大豆,并添加蛋白酶,研究蛋白酶对肉鸡性能、养分消化率、肠道形态和胴体品质的影响。试验选取1日龄AA肉仔鸡(43.8±1.31 g)256只,均为公鸡,随机分配到2×2试验设计方阵中,方阵包括正常组(玉米组和高粱组)和蛋白酶组(空白组和添加蛋白酶150 mg·kg^(-1)的试验组)。试验1~21 d为第一阶段,22~42 d为第二阶段。试验结果表明,第二阶段中,日粮中添加蛋白酶极显著提高肉鸡的平均日增重(ADG,P<0.01),在整个试验过程中显著提高(P<0.05)。在各个时期,正常组对肉鸡生产性能均无显著影响(P>0.05)。19~21 d时,添加蛋白酶可显著提高肉鸡的表观代谢能(AME),干物质(DM)、总能量(GE)和养分消化率(P<0.05)。此外,日粮以高粱为主时,AME、GE消化率有降低趋势(P=0.05),氮沉积率也有降低趋势(P=0.08)。40~42 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶可显著提高AME,DM、GE和氮沉积率(P<0.05)。21 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶极显著增加肠绒毛高度、肠绒毛与隐窝深度比值,极显著降低十二指肠、空肠、回肠的隐窝深度(P<0.01)。42 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶显著增加空肠肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值,显著降低隐窝深度(P<0.05)。日粮中添加蛋白酶显著增加胸肌重、24 h p H,显著降低胸肌的滴水损失(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,饲养阶段日粮中添加复合蛋白酶可提高肉鸡ADG;在第一阶段可改善AME、DM、GE和氮沉积率和肠道形态。补充蛋白酶可提高出栏重、胸肌重和24 h pH,降低胸肌的滴水损失。低单宁高粱日粮与玉米日粮相比,对肉鸡性能的影响相近。Xu X Wang H L Pan L Ma X K Tian Q Y Xu Y T Long S F Zhang Z H Piao X S 2017饲料博览2017,0,1:2
7A review on MBE-grown HgCdSe infrared materials on GaSb(211)B substrates显示文摘We review our recent efforts on developing HgCdSe infrared materials on Ga Sb substrates via molecular beam epitaxy(MBE) for fabricating next generation infrared detectors with features of lower production cost and larger focal plane array format size. In order to achieve high-quality HgCdSe epilayers, ZnTe buffer layers are grown before growing HgCdSe, and the study of misfit strain in ZnTe buffer layers shows that the thickness of ZnTe buffer layer needs to be below 300 nm in order to minimize the generation of misfit dislocations. The cut-off wavelength/alloy composition of HgCdSe materials can be varied in a wide range by varying the ratio of Se/Cd beam equivalent pressure during the HgCdSe growth.Growth temperature presents significant impact on the material quality of HgCdSe, and lower growth temperature leads to higher material quality for HgCdSe. Typically, long-wave infrared HgCdSe(x = 0.18, cut-off wavelength of 10.4 μm at 80 K) presents an electron mobility as high as 1.3×10~5cm^2·V^(-1)·s^(-1), a background electron concentration as low as 1.6×10^(16)cm^(-3), and a minority carrier lifetime as long as 2.2 μs. These values of electron mobility and minority carrier lifetime represent a significant improvement on previous studies of MBE-grown HgCdSe reported in the open literatures,and are comparable to those of counterpart HgCdTe materials grown on lattice-matched CdZnTe substrates. These results indicate that HgCdSe grown at the University of Western Australia, especially long-wave infrared can meet the basic material quality requirements for making high performance infrared detectors although further effort is required to control the background electron concentration to below 10^(15)cm^(-3). More importantly, even higher quality HgCdSe materials on GaSb are expected by further optimizing the growth conditions, using higher purity Se source material, and implementing postgrowth thermal annealing and defect/impurity gettering/filtering. 8Research on Service Life Prediction Model of Concrete Structure of Sea-crossing Bridge显示文摘According to the chloride corrosion environment,service life prediction model of concrete structure of sea-crossing bridge was built using modified Fick's second law and the whole probability calculation method,which was suitable for China. Furthermore,a visual service life prediction program of concrete structure was developed by optimized Monte Carlo method. Meanwhile,Life 365 program was compared,indicating reliability of the prediction program. 9纳米光子结构软膜紫外光固化纳米压印(英文)显示文摘紫外光固化纳米压印是实现纳米结构批量复制的一种新技术.其特点是低成本和高分辨,而且可以达到极高的套刻精度.为了得到大面积图案的均匀复制,可用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)制备透光的压印软模板.其母版图案可由高分辨率电子束曝光和反应离子刻蚀的方法在硅片基底上获得,然后用浇注的方法将图案转移到PDMS上.本实验特别发展了紫外光固化纳米压印适用于软膜压印的双层膜图型转移技术.该双层膜由廉价的光胶和聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂(PMMA)构成.对光胶层的压印可用普通的光学曝光仪实现.然后再将图案用反应离子刻蚀的方法转移到PMMA层中.为了证明方案的可行性,在两种不同材料的半导体基片上压印了三角晶格的光子晶体和准晶结构的图案,并用剥离的方法将它们转移到金属薄膜上,最后成功地进行了硅片刻蚀实验.相信这一纳米制做方法对大面积纳米光子结构和光学集成芯片的制造是普遍适用的.SHI J WANG Z M BAO K PEROZ C BELOTTI M XU L P LUO C X SUN M H ZHANG B JI H OUYANG Q CHEN Y 2006纳米技术与精密工程2006,4,3:2
