| 2 | Assumed stress quasi-conforming triangular element for couple stress theory显示文摘In this paper, a 3-node triangular element for couple stress theory is proposed based on the assumed stress quasi-conforming method. The formulation starts from polynomial approximation of stresses. Then the stress-function matrix is treated as the weighted function to weaken the strain-displacement equations. Finally, the string-net functions are introduced to calculate strain integration and the stress smooth technique is adopted to improve the stress accuracy. | 5 | Multifunctional peptide conjugated amphiphilic cationic copolymer for enhancing ECs targeting, penetrating and nuclear accumulation显示文摘Gene therapy has drawn great attention in the treatments of many diseases,especially for cardiovascular diseases.However,the development of gene carriers with low cytotoxicity and multitargeting function is still a challenge.Herein,the multitargeting REDV-G-TATG-NLS peptide was conjugated to amphiphilic cationic copolymer poly(e-caprolactone-co-3(S)-methyl-morpho-line-2,5-dione)-g-polyethyleneimine(PCLMD-g-PEI)via a heterobifunctional orthopyridyl disulfde-poly(ethylene glycol)-N-hydroxysuccinimide(OPSS-PEG-NHS)linker to prepare PCLMD-g-PEI-PEG-REDV-G-TAT-G-NLS copolymers with the aim to develop the gene carriers with low cytotoxicity and high transfection efficiency.The multitargeting micelles were prepared from PCLMD-g-PEI-PEG-REDV-G-TAT-G-NLS copolymers by self-assembly method and used to load pEGFP-ZNF580 plasmids(pDNA)to form gene complexes for enhancing the proliferation and migration of endothelial cells(ECs).The loading pDNA capacity was proved by agarose gel electrophoresis assay.These multitargeting gene com-plexes exhibited low cytotoxicity by 3-(4,-dimethylthia-zol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay.The high internalization efficiency of these gene complexes was confirmed by flow cytometry.The results of in vitro transfection demonstrated that these multitargeting gene complexes possessed relatively high transfection effi-ciency.The rapid migration of ECs transfected by these gene complexes was verified by wound healing assay.Owing to ECs-targeting ability,cell-penetrating ability and nuclear targeting capacity of REDV-G-TAT-G-NLS pep-tide,the multitargeting polycationic gene carrier with low cytotoxicity and high transfection efficiency has great potential in gene therapy. | Xinghong Duo Lingchuang Bai Jun Wang Jintang Guo Xiangkui Ren Shihai Xia Wencheng Zhang Abraham Domb Yakai Feng | 2020 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,5: | 0 |

| 11 | A new Chinese standard for testing of quality control in medical proton/heavy ion beam radiotherapy equipment显示文摘With the development of social economy and radiotherapy technique,proton/heavy ion radiotherapy has been applied widely to clinical practices.At present,there are at least 29 hospitals in China at various stages of planning,construction,commissioning or clinical operation of medical proton/heavy ion beam radiotherapy equipment.Compared with common radiotherapy accelerators used in conventional external beam radiotherapy,the proton/heavy ion therapy system has more stringent requirements for quality control so as to achieve an optimum therapeutic effect.In order to protect the health rights of patients undergoing radiotherapy,to facilitate the relevant administrative supervision departments to carry out standard-based approval and routine supervision and to promote the development of related medical undertakings,the standard for testing of quality control for medical proton/heavy ion beam radiotherapy equipment is drafted to fill the gap in this regard in China and even worldwide.The standard contains five indicators and corresponding testing methods for radiological protection and safety and 16 indicators for quality control of equipment performance.The standard is a mandatory standard and is based on the relevant Chinese legal requirements for the testing of radiotherapy equipment,so all the indicators listed in the standard shall be tested.During the drafting of the standard,the opinions from hospitals that are currently using proton/heavy ion medical accelerators for radiotherapy purpose and from the related equipment manufacturers were taken into account.The draft standard was revised with reference to these opinions and the feasibility of the related quality control requirements.The official version of the standard was released on March 7,2023,and implementation is scheduled to begin on March 1,2024. | Jilong Yuan Xiangjie Ma Quanfu Sun Haikuan Liu Shouping Xu Yinxiangzi Sheng Xiaoyun Ma Xiangkui Mu Xinguo Liu Tao Yang Xin Zhang Hsiao-Ming Lu Jinsheng Cheng | 2023 | Radiation Medicine and Protection2023,4,4: | 0 |
