2Interfacial Engineering of NiFeP/NiFe-LDH Heterojunction for Efficient Overall Water Splitting显示文摘In consideration of application prospect of non-noble metallic materials catalysts,the study of exploring more highly effective electrocatalysts has been focused on by researchers.Herein,a novel strategy is employed to construct a heterojunction consisting of metal phosphide Ni_(x)Fe_(y)P and layered double hydroxide(LDH)with graphene oxide(GO)as conductive support.By adjusting the molar ratio of Ni to Fe,a series of heterojunctions with mixed valence state Fe^(δ+)/Fe^(3+)and Ni^(δ+)/Ni^(2+)(δis likely close to 0)redox couples are achieved and strong synergistic effects towards overall water splitting performance are found.The optimized catalyst with a Ni/Fe molar ratio of 0.72:0.33,namely Ni_(0.7)Fe_(0.3)P/LDH/GO,delivers ultra-low overpotentials for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)of 79 and 198 mV at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2),respectively.Furthermore,for overall water-splitting practical application,it only requires 1.526 V at 10 mA·cm^(-2)with robust stability,which is superior to most reported electrocatalysts.Experimental results demonstrate the im-proved electronic conductivity,enlarged electrochemically active area and accelerated kinetics together account for the enhanced performance.This work supplies new prospects for the promotion and application of such heterojunction electrocatalysts in overall water splitting.Xuanyu Long Jiazhi Meng Jiabao Gu Lanqing Ling Qianwen Li Nan Liu Kaiwen Wang Zequan Li 2022Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2022,41,4:4
3Efficient photodegradation of phenol assisted by persulfate under visible light irradiation via a nitrogen-doped titanium-carbon composite显示文摘To realize the utilization of visible light and improve the photocatalytic efficiency of organic pollutant degradation in wastewater,a nitrogen-doped titanium-carbon composite(N-TiO_(2)/AC)prepared by sol-gel methods was applied in the photodegradation of phenol assisted by persulfate under visible light irradiation(named N-TiO_(2)/AC/PS/VIS).The results show that a synergistic effect exists between visible-light photocatalysis and persulfate activation.Compared with TiO_(2)/PS/VIS,the phenol degradation rate was found to be observably improved by 65%in the N-TiO_(2)/AC/PS/VIS system.This significant increase in degradation rate was mainly attributed to the following two factors:1)The N and C doping can change the crystal structure of TiO_(2),which extends the TiO_(2)absorption wavelength range to the visible light region.2)As an electron acceptor,PS can not only prevent electrons and holes from recombining with each other but can also generate strong oxidizing radicals such as·SO_(4)^(−) and·OH to accelerate the reaction dynamics.The process of phenol degradation was found to be consistent with the Langmuir pseudo-first-order kinetic model with an apparent rate constant k of 1.73 min^(−1).The N-TiO_(2)/AC/PS/VIS process was proven to be a facile method for pollutant degradation with high pH adaptability,excellent visible-light utilization and good application prospects.Yan Cui Zequan Zeng Jianfeng Zheng Zhanggen Huang Jieyang Yang 2021Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,5:3

15Position-varying surface roughness prediction method considering compensated acceleration in milling of thin-walled workpiece显示文摘Machined surface roughness will affect parts?service performance.Thus,predicting it in the machining is important to avoid rejects.Surface roughness will be affected by system position dependent vibration even under constant parameter with certain toolpath processing in the finishing.Aiming at surface roughness prediction in the machining process,this paper proposes a position-varying surface roughness prediction method based on compensated acceleration by using regression analysis.To reduce the stochastic error of measuring the machined surface profile height,the surface area is repeatedly measured three times,and Pauta criterion is adopted to eliminate abnormal points.The actual vibration state at any processing position is obtained through the single-point monitoring acceleration compensation model.Seven acceleration features are extracted,and valley,which has the highest/^-square proving the effectiveness of the filtering features,is selected as the input of the prediction model by mutual information coefficients.Finally,by comparing the measured and predicted surface roughness curves,they have the same trends,with the average error of 16.28%and the minimum error of 0.16%.Moreover,the prediction curve matches and agrees well with the actual surface state,which verifies the accuracy and reliability of the model.Zequan YAO Chang FAN Zhao ZHANG Dinghua ZHANG Ming LUO 2021Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering2021,16,4:1
