1CO flux of soil respiration in natural recovering karst abandoned farmland in Southwest China显示文摘To estimate carbon sequestration potential in the karst area,soil respiration in a natural recovering karst abandoned farmland in Shawan,Puding,Guizhou,southwest China was continuously and automatically monitored for more than two years.The results show that the CO2flux of soil respiration(2.63±1.89 lmol m^-2s-^1)is higher in the karst area than in non-karst areas under similar conditions but that regional value(1.32 lmol m-2s-1)is lower because of larger rock fragment coverage(~50%).A the same time,the temperature sensitivity of soil respiration(Q10)in this study area is significantly higher than that of non-karst areas under similar conditions.Soil respiration has an obvious temporal variation,which is reflected in a significant exponential relationship between soil respiration and soil temperature,but the relationship between soil respiration and soil moisture is very complex.Especially soil respiration has an obvious spatial variation,which is likely affected by different diffusion or water-rock reaction processes.Yanwei Wang Weijun Luo Guangneng Zeng Hanling Yang Meifang Wang Yina Lyu Anyun Cheng Lin Zhang Xianli Cai Jia Chen Shijie Wang 2020Acta Geochimica2020,39,4:2
2A guidance method for coplanar orbital interception based on reinforcement learning显示文摘This paper investigates the guidance method based on reinforcement learning(RL)for the coplanar orbital interception in a continuous low-thrust scenario.The problem is formulated into a Markov decision process(MDP)model,then a welldesigned RL algorithm,experience based deep deterministic policy gradient(EBDDPG),is proposed to solve it.By taking the advantage of prior information generated through the optimal control model,the proposed algorithm not only resolves the convergence problem of the common RL algorithm,but also successfully trains an efficient deep neural network(DNN)controller for the chaser spacecraft to generate the control sequence.Numerical simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and the trained DNN controller significantly improves the efficiency over traditional optimization methods by roughly two orders of magnitude.ZENG Xin ZHU Yanwei YANG Leping ZHANG Chengming 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,4:2
3Mutations in DNAH8 contribute to multiple morphological abnormalities of sperm flagella and male infertility显示文摘Asthenoteratospermia is an important cause of male infertility.Here,we report two infertile patients with severe asthenoteratospermia accompanied by new genetic abnormality.Whole-exome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis suggested that compound heterozygous mutations in DNAH8(MIM:603337)may be responsible for multiple morphological abnormalities of the sperm flagella(MMAF).Immunofluorescence assay showed that DNAH8 protein expression was significantly decreased in the sperm tail of the patients,and electron microscopy exhibited an abnormal flagellum ultrastructure,while clinical pregnancy could be achieved by intracytoplasmic sperm injection.Therefore,the compound heterozygous mutations in the DNAH8 gene may be responsible for MMAF.Mingxiang Weng Yanwei Sha Yu Zeng Ningyu Huang Wensheng Liu Xinzong Zhang Huiliang Zhou 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,4:2
4Conserved and differentiated functions of CIK receptor kinases in modulating stem cell signaling in Arabidopsis显示文摘The shoot apical meristem(SAM)and root apical meristem(RAM)act as pools of stem cells that give rise to aboveground and underground tissues and organs in higher plants,respectively.The CLAVATA3(CLV3)-WUSCHEL(WUS)negative-feedback loop acts as a core pathway controlling SAM homeostasis,while CLV3/EMBRYO SURROUNDING REGION(ESR)40(CLE40)and WUSCHEL-RELATED HOMEOBOX5(WOX5),homologs of CLV3 and WUS,direct columella stem cell fate.Moreover,CLV3 INSENSITIVE KINASES(CIKs)have been shown to be essential for maintaining SAM homeostasis,whereas whether they regulate the distal root meristem remains to be elucidated.Here,we report that CIKs are indispensable for transducing the CLE40 signal to maintain homeostasis of the distal root meristem.We found that the cik mutant roots displayed disrupted quiescent center and delayed columella stem cell(CSC)differentiation.Biochemical assays demonstrated that CIKs interact with ARABIDOPSIS CRINKLY4(ACR4)in a ligand-independent manner and can be phosphorylated by ACR4 in vitro.In addition,the phosphorylation of CIKs can be rapidly induced by CLE40,which partially depends on ACR4.Although CIKs act as conserved and redundant regulators in the SAM and RAM,our results demonstrated that they exhibit differentiated functions in these meristems.Yafen Zhu Chong Hu Yanwei Cui Li Zeng Sunjingnan Li Mingsong Zhu Fanhui Meng Shuting Huang Li Long Jing Yi Jia Li Xiaoping Gou 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,7:2

8New insights into MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2) composite oxide catalyst:Barium additive accelerated ammonia conversion显示文摘MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)has been widely used in selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NO_(x)at low temperature.However,it is often poisoned in the presence of water vapor and sulfur dioxide.In this work,the promotion mechanism of Ba modification was investigated.Results show that the doped BaO reacts with CeO_(2)and forms BaCeO_(3).This unique perovskite structure of BaCeO_(3)significantly enhances NO oxidation and NH_(3)activation of MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)catalyst so that the NO conversion and the resistances to SO_(2)improve.It is found that Ba species obviously promotes the NO adsorption ability and improve the redox properties of MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)catalyst.While the acid properties of the catalyst are inhibited by Ba modification and among which Lewis acid sites are dominant for both MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)and MnCe(Ba)O_(x)/TiO_(2)catalysts.Furthermore,in situ DRIFT experiments reveal that the NO reduction upon MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)and MnCe(Ba)O_(x)/TiO_(2)catalysts follows both E-R and L-H mechanisms,in which L-H is preferred.Ba species enhances the formation of active nitrate species,which accelerates the NO reduction through L-H mechanism.It is interesting that although Ba species weakens the NH_(3)adsorption,it induces the ammonia conversion to coordination ammonia,which in turn accelerates the catalytic reaction.Youchun Pan Qijie Jin Bingxu Lu Yan Ding Xin Xu Yuesong Shen Yanwei Zeng 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,5:1

14An optimal guidance method for free-time orbital pursuit-evasion game显示文摘With the development of space rendezvous and proximity operations(RPO)in recent years,the scenarios with noncooperative spacecraft are attracting the attention of more and more researchers.A method based on the costate normalization technique and deep neural networks is presented to generate the optimal guidance law for free-time orbital pursuit-evasion game.Firstly,the 24-dimensional problem given by differential game theory is transformed into a three-parameter optimization problem through the dimension-reduction method which guarantees the uniqueness of solution for the specific scenario.Secondly,a close-loop interactive mechanism involving feedback is introduced to deep neural networks for generating precise initial solution.Thus the optimal guidance law is obtained efficiently and stably with the application of optimization algorithm initialed by the deep neural networks.Finally,the results of the comparison with another two methods and Monte Carlo simulation demonstrate the efficiency and robustness of the proposed optimal guidance method.ZHANG Chengming ZHU Yanwei YANG Leping ZENG Xin 2022Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2022,33,6:0
15MR动态增强特征对乳腺癌诊断的价值(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to further explore the diagnostic value of breast dynamic contrast enhancement (DCE), and improve specificity of breast cancer diagnosis. Methods:The 93 patients with 105 breast masses were performed with routine magnetic resonance (MR) scan and DCE scan. Results:1. Morphological manifestations and pathologic findings:105 masses of enhance forms could be divided into six types:(1) No enhancement, 9 masses (breast cyst); (2) The heterogeneous enhancement, 31 masses (fiber adenoma, 9; breast cancer, 11; mammary gland hyperplasia, 10; leafy tumor, 1); (3) The unheterogeneous enhancement, 42 masses (fiber adenoma, 5; the hyperplasia, 3; breast cancer, 33; leafy tumor, 1); (4) Ring enhancement, 17 masses (breast cancer, 15; fiber adenoma, 1 and inflammation, 1); (5) Reticular enhancement, 2 cases (gigantic breast, 1 and inflammation, 1). (6) Duct shape enhancement, 4 (hyperplasia, 1; duct carcinoma, 3). 2. Enhancement slope and pathology results:The maximum slope in 62 malignant masses was equally 19.19 ± 8.13, maximum slopes in 43 benign masses was equally 9.46 ± 6.64, the difference had a very significance (P < 0.01). In 42 masses with II type curves, the maximum slope of 24 malignant focuses were 17.52 ± 6.39, while 18 benign focuses 8.33 ± 5.47, the difference had a very significance (P < 0.01). Use a test-receiver to work curve (ROC curve) progress analysis, with 14.85 for critical point, sensibility for 67%, specificity for 83%; with 17.10 for critical value, the specificity was 100%. 3. Curve type and pathological results:According to general type standard, type I of single-phase curve, 20 masses; type II of platform type curve, 42 and III type curve type of washout, 43. A group of six kinds of forms were as follows:(1) No increased signal strength curve, 9 (cyst); (2) The curve signal strength slowly increasing, 6 (hyperplasia 2, fiber adenoma 2, chronic inflammation 1, duct carcinoma 1); (3) The intensity of curve after rapid increase early, continued to increase slowly 5 (hyperplasia 4, inflammatory breast cancer 1); (4) Curve early signal strength increasing rapidly formed the stop after middle-late platform (platform type), 42 (hyperplasia 9, fiber adenoma 8, leafy tumor 1, and breast cancer 24); (5) Early signal strength rapid increase arrived the peak then rapid declined (outflow type), 40 (hyperplasia 1, fiber adenoma 5, leafy tumor 1, breast 33); (6) Early signal strength increase quickly reached a peak, after platform period, then rising quickly again, and all of 3 for breast cancer. Conclusion:Enhancement morphological characteristics of breast cancer such as duct or ring enhancement had diagnostic value. Maximum slope in benign or malignant lesions, particularly in the differential diagnosis of type II curve played an important role. 18Sol-gel approach to low-temperature synthesis of single-phase metastable La_(2)Ga_(3)O_(7.5) melilite with enhanced grain-boundary oxide ionic conductivity via a kinetically favorable mechanism显示文摘Starting with the stoichiometric and highly homogeneous gel-precursor,single-phase metastable melilite La_(2)Ga_(3)O_(7.5),as the end-member of solid solution La_(1+x)Sr_(1−x)Ga_(3)O_(7+x/2)(0≤x≤1),has been synthesized by solid-state reaction at 700℃ for 2 h via a kinetically favorable mechanism and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),AC impedance spectroscopy,etc.It has been revealed that the as-synthesized melilite La_(2)Ga_(3)O_(7.5) shows an orthorhombic symmetry with crystal cell parameters a=11.4690(1)A,b=11.2825(4)A,and c=10.3735(4)A,while has more Raman active modes than LaSrGa_(3)O_(7) with a tetragonal structure,which was also synthesized under the same conditions for comparison,but tends to slowly decompose into perovskite LaGaO_(3) and Ga2O_(3) when annealed at 700℃ for over 20 h driven by its meta-stability.Moreover,the metastable La2Ga3O7.5 shows a higher XPS binding energy for the excess oxide ions in the crystal structure than those at normal lattice sites.Its intrinsic grain oxide ion conductivity can reach as high as 0.04 and 0.51 mS·cm^(-1) at 550 and 700℃,respectively,characterized by a simple Arrhenius relationship ln(σT)-1/T with invariable activation energy,E_(a)=1.22 eV,over the temperature range from 300 to 700℃,along with an apparent grain boundary conductivity that is about double that from the grains thanks to the clean grain boundaries.This paper provides a new strategic approach to the synthesis of complex oxides that may be of high performance but are difficultly achieved by the conventional ceramic method at high temperatures.Yuan ZHANG Longfei ZHAO Zhupeng YE Yanwei ZENG 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,10:0
19Successful medical treatment of west syndrome with a KCNA2 variant: a case report显示文摘Background:West syndrome is a devastating disorder characterized by a triad of epileptic spasms,abnormal electroencephalography(EEG),and developmental arrest or psychomotor delay.In addition to early diagnosis,knowing the etiology of the condition is also important for its treatment.Among various etiologies,the genetic factors,especially mutations of ion channel genes,are very common and strongly linked to West syndrome.Case presentation:A boy who had epileptic spasms from the age of 4 months was diagnosed with West syndrome based on the clinical manifestation and EEG results in Shenzhen Children's Hospital in June 2019.Trios whole-exome sequencing(WES)test and protein structural model prediction were performed.We also reviewed the clinical and genetic features of this syndrome and the mechanisms of action of topiramate(TPM)by literature search in databases of Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man,Clinical Genome Resource,PubMed,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang database using keywords'KCNA2''West syndrome'and'Topiramate'by December 2020.The relationship between the effect of TPM and the pathogenesis of the KCNA2 variant was also assessed.The WES test revealed c.244C>T/p.Arg82Cys varaint of KCNA2(NM_004974.3)in this patient,and Sanger sequencing identified this was a de novo mutation.As far as we know,this is the first report of the C.244C>T/p.Arg82Cys variant in KCNA2,which was likely a pathogenic mutation.The seizures were successfully controlled for 10 months by TPM after failure of sodium valproate,large doses of vitamin B6,and adrenocorticotropic hormone.We speculate that the therapeutic effect of TPM in this patient is partially due to the inhibition of carbonic anhydrase.Conclusions:Mutations in the KCNA2 gene should be considered for patients with West syndrome.The TPM treatment is probably effective for KCNA2-associated disorders.Han Wang Yanwei Zhu Dezhi Cao Hong Chen Xin Ding Qi Zeng Huafang Zou Jianxiang Liao 2022Acta Epileptologica2022,5,1:0
20A DNN based trajectory optimization method for intercepting non-cooperative maneuvering spacecraft显示文摘Current successes in artificial intelligence domain have revitalized interest in neural networks and demonstrated their potential in solving spacecraft trajectory optimization problems. This paper presents a data-free deep neural network(DNN) based trajectory optimization method for intercepting noncooperative maneuvering spacecraft, in a continuous low-thrust scenario. Firstly, the problem is formulated as a standard constrained optimization problem through differential game theory and minimax principle. Secondly, a new DNN is designed to integrate interception dynamic model into the network and involve it in the process of gradient descent, which makes the network endowed with the knowledge of physical constraints and reduces the learning burden of the network. Thus, a DNN based method is proposed, which completely eliminates the demand of training datasets and improves the generalization capacity.
