| 1 | The global image of the Moon obtained by the Chang'E-1:Data processing and lunar cartography显示文摘The global lunar image of the first phase of Chinese Lunar Exploration Program is the first image that covered all over the surface of the Moon. It will serve as a critical foundation for succeeding exploration and scientific research. In this paper, the acquisition, characteristics, and data quality of Chang'E-1 CCD image data are described in detail. Also described are the methodology and procedure of data processing. According to rule of planetary cartography, the image data have been processed, geometrically corrected, and then mosaicked and merged in a scale of 1:2.5 million. The results of data processing and charting show that the image data of Chang'E-1 CCD and their geometric precision meet the demand of charting a map in the scale of 1:2.5 million. The relative geometric positioning precision of the global image is better than 240 m, and the absolute geometric positioning precision is slightly better than that of the ULCN2005 and Clementine lunar basemap (V2.0). The plane positioning precision is approximately 100-1500 m. | 2 | Laser altimetry data of Chang'E-1 and the global lunar DEM model显示文摘The Laser AltiMeter (LAM), as one of the main payloads of Chang'E-1 probe, is used to measure the topography of the lunar surface. It performed the first measurement at 02:22 on November 28th, 2007. Up to December 4th 2008, the total number of measurements was approximately 9.12 million, covering the whole surface of the Moon. Using the LAM data, we constructed a global lunar Digtal Elevation Model (DEM) with 3 km spatial resolution. The model shows pronounced morphological characteristics, legible and vivid details of the lunar surface. The plane positioning accuracy of the DEM is 445 m (1σ), and the vertical accuracy is 60 m (1σ). From this DEM model, we measured the full range of the altitude difference on the lunar sur-face, which is about 19.807 km. The highest point is 10.629 km high, on a peak between crater Korolev and crater Dirichlet-Jackson at (158.656°W, 5.441°N) and the lowest point is -9.178 km in height, inside crater Antoniadi (172.413°W, 70.368°S) in the South Pole-Aitken Basin. | 3 | Primary scientific results of Chang'E-1 lunar mission显示文摘The strategic plan for the development of the unmanned Chinese Lunar Exploration Program is characterized by three distinct stages: 'orbiting around', 'landing on' and 'returning from' the Moon. The first Chinese lunar probe, Chang'E-1, which was successfully launched on October 24th, 2007 at Xichang Satellite Launch Center, and guided to crash on the Moon on March 1st, 2009, at 52.36°E, 1.50°S, in the north of Mare Fecunditatis, is the first step towards the 'orbiting around' stage. The Chang'E-1 mission lasted 495 days, exceeding the expected life-span by about four months. A total of 1.37 TB raw data was received from Chang'E-1. It was then processed into 4 TB scientific data products at various levels. Many scientific results have been obtained by analyzing these data, including especially the 'global lunar image from the first Chinese lunar explora- tion mission'. All scientific goals of Chang'E-1 have been achieved. It provides much useful materials for further advances of lunar sciences and planetary chemistry. | 4 | Excretion of Four Catechins in Tea Polyphenols in Rats显示文摘Objective To investigate excretion profiles of the four major anti-oxidant active catechins, (-) epigallo-catechin-3-gallate (EGCG), (-) epicatechin-3-gallate (ECG), (-) epigallocatechin (EGC), and epicatechin (EC) in tea polyphenols (TP) in rats in order to provide experimental data for clinical uses and development of TP as a novel drug. Methods The above four catechins in urine, bile, and feces were simultaneously determined by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with ultraviolet absorption detector (HPLC-UV) assay with a binary gradient elution. The samples were extracted by ethyl acetate prior to HPLC. The quantification was carried out by peak area internal standard method. Following iv dosing TP 100 mg/kg to rats, the samples were collected at different time intervals up to 8 h (urine and bile) and 24 h (feces). Results The urinary Ae, 0-8 h (cumulative excretion amount over 8 h) of EGCG, ECG, EGC, and EC were, on the average, 150.83, 30.75, 116.69, and 254.56 μg, corresponding to fe, 0-8 h (cumulative excretion fraction of dose over 8 h) of 1.45%, 0.84%, 7.88%, and 10.73%, respectively; the biliary Ae, 0-8 h were 12.61, 42.64, 6.61, and 1.24 μg, corresponding to the fe, 0-8 h of 0.12%, 1.16%, 0.45%, and 0.053%,respectively. For fecal excretion, only EGCG and EGC were detected with Ae, 0-24 h of 7.38 μg (fe, 0-24 h of 0.07%) and 157 μg (fe, 0-24 h of 9.99 %), respectively. The fe, total (the total fe of 3 excretory routes) were 18.32%, 10.78%, 2.00%, and 1.64% for EGC, EC, ECG, and EGCG, respectively. Conclusion EGCG and EC are mainly excreted in urine, ECG in bile, and EGC in feces by reference to their Ae and fe. The excretion of the four catechins based on fe, total is ranked in order of EGC > EC > ECG > EGCG. | 5 | Recovery of iron and calcium aluminate slag from high-ferrous bauxite by high-temperature reduction and smelting process显示文摘A high-temperature reduction and smelting process was used to recover iron and calcium aluminate slag from high-ferrous bauxite. The effects of w(CaO)/w(SiO_2) ratio, anthracite ratio, and reduction temperature and time on the recovery and size of iron nuggets and on the Al_2O_3 grade of the calcium aluminate slag were investigated through thermodynamic calculations and experiments. The optimized process conditions were the bauxite/anthracite/slaked lime weight ratio of 100:16.17:59.37, reduction temperature of 1450°C and reduction time of 20 min. Under these conditions, high-quality iron nuggets and calcium aluminate slag were obtained. The largest size and the highest recovery rate of iron nuggets were 11.42 mm and 92.79wt%, respectively. | 6 | Physiological and molecular responses to cold stress in rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)显示文摘Low temperature is one of the most important abiotic factors inhibiting growth, productivity, and distribution of rapeseed(Brassica napus L.). Therefore, it is important to identify and cultivate cold-tolerant germplasm. The objective of this study was to figure out the mechanism of chilling(4 and 2°C) and freezing(–2 and –4°C) stresses along with a control(22°C) in B. napus cultivars(1801 and C20) under controlled environment(growth chamber). The experiment was arranged in a complete randomized design with three replications. Our results exhibited that under chilling and freezing stresses, the increment of proline accumulation, soluble sugar and protein contents, and antioxidant enzyme activity were enhanced more in 1801 cultivar compared with C20 cultivar. At –2 and –4°C, the seedlings of C20 cultivar died completely compared with 1801 cultivar. Hydrogen peroxide(H2 O2) and malondialdehyde contents(MDA) increased in both cultivars, but when the temperature was decreased up to –2 and –4°C, the MDA and H2 O2 contents continuously dropped in 1801 cultivar. Moreover, we found that leaf abscisic acid(ABA) was enhanced in 1801 cultivar under chilling and freezing stresses. Additionally, the transcriptional regulations of cold-tolerant genes(COLD1, CBF4, COR6.6, COR15, and COR25) were also determined using real-time quantitative PCR(RT-q PCR). RT-q PCR showed that higher expression of these genes were found in 1801 as compared to C20 under cold stress(chilling and freezing stresses). Therefore, it is concluded from this experiment that 1801 cultivar has a higher ability to respond to cold stress(chilling and freezing stresses) by maintaining hormonal, antioxidative, and osmotic activity along with gene transcription process than C20. | 10 | The nonleptonic two body B decays involving a light tensor meson in final states显示文摘The nonleptonic two body Bu;d;s;c decays involving a light tensor meson in final states are studied in the perturbative QCD approach based on kTfactorization.The decay modes with a tensor meson emitted,are prohibited in naive factorization,since the emission diagram with a tensor meson produced from vacuum is vanished.While contributions from the so-called hard scattering emission diagrams and annihilation type diagrams are important and calculable in the perturbative QCD approach.The branching ratios of most decays are in the range of 10 4–10 8,which are bigger by 1 or 2 orders of magnitude than the predictions given by the naive factorization,but consistent with the predictions from the QCD factorization and the recent experimental measurements.We also give the predictions for the direct CP asymmetries,some of which are large enough for the future experiments to measure.We also find that,even with a small mixing angle,the mixing between f2and f02can bring remarkable changes to both branching ratios and the direct CP asymmetries for some decays involving fe0T2mesons.For decays with a vector meson and a tensor meson in final states,we predict a large percentage of transverse polarization contributions due to the contributions of the orbital angular momentum of the tensor mesons. | Zhi-Tian Zou Cai-Dian L | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,29: | 2 |

| 13 | Triaxial ellipsoid models of the Moon based on the laser altimetry data of Chang'E-1显示文摘Lunar geodetic parameters, which play an important role in lunar exploration, can be calculated from the gravity and topography data. With the CE-1 altimetry data and LP gravity model, we calculate such geodetic parameters as the principle moment of inertia, the principle inertia axes, equatorial radius, polar radius, mean radius, flattening and offset between center of mass and center of figure (DCOM-COF). | 16 | Numerical simulation of effect of rotational tool with screw on material flow behavior of friction stir welding of Ti6Al4V alloy显示文摘The rotational tool is put forward, which is composed of the one-spiral-flute shoul-der and the rotational pin with screw. Using the turbulent model of the FLUENT software, material plastic flow behavior during the process of friction stir welding of Ti6Al4V alloy is researched by the numerical simulation method and then the effect of rotational tool geometry on material flow during the welding process is attained. The results show that the flow direction of the material near the rotational tool is mainly the same as the rotational direction of the tool while the material near tool flows more violently than the other regions. For the tapered rotational pin, the flow velocity of material inside the workpiece decreases with the increase of the distance away from the workpiece surface because of the change of pin diameter. For the rotational tool, the flute added to the shoulder and the screw added to the pin can greatly increase the flow velocity of material during the welding process while the peak value of the flow velocity of material appears on the flute or the screw. Moreover, the rotational tool with the one-spiral-flute shoulder is better than the tool with the concentric-circles-flute shoulder.
