1Mitogenomic phylogeny of the Asian colobine genus Trachypithecus with special focus on Trachypithecus phayrei(Blyth, 1847) and description of a new species显示文摘Trachypithecus,which currently contains 20 species divided into four groups,is the most speciose and geographically dispersed genus among Asian colobines.Despite several morphological and molecular studies,however,its evolutionary history and phylogeography remain poorly understood.Phayre’s langur(Trachypithecus phayrei) is one of the most widespread members of the genus,but details on its actual distribution and intraspecific taxonomy are limited and controversial.Thus,to elucidate the evolutionary history of Trachypithecus and to clarify the intraspecific taxonomy and distribution of T.phayrei,we sequenced 41 mitochondrial genomes from georeferenced fecal samples and museum specimens,including two holotypes.Phylogenetic analyses revealed a robustly supported phylogeny of Trachypithecus,suggesting that the T.pileatus group branched first,followed by the T.francoisi group,and the T.cristatus and T.obscurus groups most recently.The four species groups diverged from each other 4.5-3.1 million years ago(Ma),while speciation events within these groups occurred much more recently(1.6-0.3 Ma).Within T.phayrei,we found three clades that diverged 1.0-0.9 Ma,indicating the existence of three rather than two taxa.Following the phylogenetic species concept and based on genetic,morphological,and ecological differences,we elevate the T.phayrei subspecies to species level,describe a new species from central Myanmar,and refine the distribution of the three taxa.Overall,our study highlights the importance of museum specimens and provides new insights not only into the evolutionary history of T.phayrei but the entire Trachypithecus genus as well.Christian Roos Kristofer MHelgen Roberto Portela Miguez Naw May Lay Thant Ngwe Lwin Aung Ko Lin Aung Lin Khin Mar Yi Paing Soe Zin Mar Hein Margaret Nyein Nyein Myint Tanvir Ahmed Dilip Chetry Melina Urh EGrace Veatch Neil Duncan Pepijn Kamminga Marcus AHChua Lu Yao Christian Matauschek Dirk Meyer Zhi-Jin Liu Ming Li Tilo Nadler Peng-Fei Fan Le Khac Quyet Michael Hofreiter Dietmar Zinner Frank Momberg 2020Zoological Research2020,41,6:5
2The effects of 12 weeks of functional strength training on muscle strength,volume and activity upon exposure to elevated Gz forces in high-performance aircraft personnel显示文摘Background:Technological advancements in modern military and acrobatic jet planes have resulted in extraordinary psychophysiological loads being exerted upon flying personnel,including inducing neck and back pain.The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of 12 weeks of functional strength training on 1)the volume and strength of the neck and shoulder muscles and 2)muscular activity upon exposure to helmets of different masses and elevated Gz forces in a long-arm centrifuge in high-performance aircraft personnel.Methods:Eighteen participants underwent 12 weeks of functional strength training(n=12)or the control protocol(n=6)without additional strength training.Pre-and post-intervention tests included evaluations of isometric strength of the head extensor muscles,flexion,and lateral flexion and rotation,as well as magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)to measure the volume of the m.sternocleidomastoideus,m.trapezius,and deep neck muscles.Furthermore,during a long-arm centrifuge(+1.4 and+3Gz)protocol,the muscular activity levels of the m.sternocleidomastoideus,m.trapezius and m.erector spinae muscles were assessed without a flight helmet,with a helmet,and with a helmet and night vision goggles.Each participant’s perception of muscular strain was noted immediately after the long-arm centrifuge protocol.Results:The maximal isometric strength in all exercises and muscle volumes increased in the training group but not the control group(P<0.05).Relative muscle activity(%MVC)with a helmet decreased after the intervention in the training but not the control group(P=0.01).Relative muscle activity while wearing a helmet and night vision goggles was higher after intervention in the control group than in the training group(P<0.01).The perceived muscular strain of the neck muscles induced by the long-arm centrifuge did not differ between the groups.Conclusions:Twelve weeks of functional strength training improves the maximal isometric strength and volume of neck and shoulder muscles and leads to lower relative muscle activation upon exposure to elevated Gz forces in a long-arm centrifuge.Monika Rausch Frank Weber Sven Kühn Carla Ledderhos Christoph Zinner Billy Sperlich 2021Military Medical Research2021,8,4:4
3吉非替尼治疗复治、晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床分析显示文摘目的:观察晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者接受吉非替尼(gefitinib)治疗后的生存期、缓解率、疗效。方法:分析2000年12月-2003年10月美国M.D.Anderson癌症治疗中心与上海市胸科医院接受吉非替尼250mg/d口服治疗的共175例晚期NSCLC患者。用Kaplan-Meier及logrank进行生存分析和比较,并用Cox多因素回归分析生存相关因素。用x^2检验比较不同因素在缓解率及疾病控制方面有无差异,logistic多因素回归分析疾病控制率、缓解率的相关因素。结果:175名患者的中位生存期(MST)为6.9个月(95%CI:4.19~9.61);中位无疾病进展时间(PFS)为3.47个月(95%CI:2.67~4.27)。Cox多因素分析显示性别(P=0.002)、年龄(P〈0.001)、治疗前血红蛋白水平(P=0.034)、PS评分(P=0.019)、既往化疗方案次数(P=0.013)、病理类型(P=0.030)是影响生存的独立因素。性别(P=0.002)、PS评分(P=0.013)是影响PFS的独立因素。所有患者的缓解率为10.14%;疾病控制率为40.54%。影响缓解率与疾病控制率的多因素分析提示性别(P=0.041)、年龄(P=0.035)、吸烟情况(P=0.038)是影响缓解率的独立因素,而性别是影响疾病控制率的独立因素(P=0.036)。结论:吉非替尼治疗复治、晚期NSCLC患者是安全、有效的。陆舜 李子明 虞永峰 廖美琳 ZINNER R 2006肿瘤2006,26,12:2
