| 1 | Wideband tunable passively Q-switched fiber laser at 2.8 μm using a broadband carbon nanotube saturable absorber显示文摘We propose and demonstrate a widely tunable passively Q-switched Ho^(3+)∕Pr^(3+)-codoped ZrF_4-BaF_2-LaF_3-AlF_3-NaF fiber laser operating in the 2.8 μm mid-infrared(MIR) waveband based on a single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT) saturable absorber(SA). The SWCNTs have diameters ranging from 1.4 to 1.7 nm. The modulation depth and saturation intensity of the SWCNT SA measured at 2850 nm are 16.5% and 1.66 MW∕cm^2, respectively. Stable Q-switched pulses with the shortest pulse duration of 1.46 μs and the maximum pulse energy of 0.43 μJ are achieved at a launched pump power of 445.6 mW. The combined use of a broadband SWCNT SA and a plane ruled grating ensures a broad continuously tuning range of 55.0 nm from 2837.6 to 2892.6 nm.The output powers, emission spectra, repetition rates, and pulse durations at different tuning wavelengths are also characterized and analyzed. Our results indicate that SWCNTs can be excellent broadband SAs in the 3 μm MIR region. | 2 | Effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion on dopamine levels and dopamine receptor 1 expression in the colon and central nervous system in rats with Crohn’s disease显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion at the Tianshu (ST 25) and Qihai (CV 6) acupoints in rats with Crohn's disease,and explore the underlying mechanism from dopamine (DA) and dopamine receptor 1 (D1 R) in the colon,spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus.METHODS:The rats were randomly divided into the normal,model (CD),herb-partitioned moxibustion (Mox) and mesalazine (Mesa) groups.Damage in the colons was scored and observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining.DA and D1R protein expression in the colonic mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry.The concentrations of DA and D1R in the spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and D1R mRNA expression was evaluated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:In the colon,compared with the normal group,DA,D1 R protein expressions and D1 R mRNA expression were significantly higher in the model group,while decreased in the Mox group and the Mesa group.In the spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus,compared with the normal group,the concentrations of DA and D1 R,and the D1R mRNA expressions were significantly higher in the model group,and decreased in the Mox group and the Mesa group.CONCLUSION:Herb-partitioned moxibustion at the Tianshu (ST 25) and Qihai (CV 6) acupoints relieved ulceration in CD rats,the underlying mechanism maybe relative with the regulation of DA and D1R in the colon,spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus by moxibustion. | Lu Yuan Zheng Handan Lü Tingting Ma Zhe Wu Huangan Xu Manwen Weng Zhijun Feng Hui Zhang Fang Ding Guanghong Wu Luyi Liu Huirong | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3: | 3 |
| 3 | Electrochemical performance of La_(2)NiO_(4+δ)-Ce_(0.55)La_(0.45)O_(2−δ)as a promising bifunctional oxygen electrode for reversible solid oxide cells显示文摘In this work,La_(2)NiO_(4+δ)-Ce_(0.55)La_(0.45)O_(2−δ)(denoted as LNO-xLDC)with various LDC contents(x=0,10,20,30,and 40 wt%)were prepared and evaluated as bifunctional oxygen electrodes for reversible solid oxide cells(RSOCs).Compared with the pure LNO,the optimum composition of LNO-30LDC exhibited the lowest polarization resistance(Rp)of 0.53 and 0.12Ω·cm^(2)in air at 650 and 750℃,respectively.The enhanced electrochemical performance of LNO-30LDC oxygen electrode was mainly attributed to the extended triple phase boundary and more oxygen ionic transfer channels.The hydrogen electrode supported single cell with LNO-30LDC oxygen electrode displayed peak power densities of 276,401,and 521 mW·cm^(−2)at 700,750,and 800℃,respectively.Moreover,the electrolysis current density of the single cell demonstrated 526.39 mA·cm^(−2) under 1.5 V at 800℃,and the corresponding hydrogen production rate was 220.03 mL·cm^(−2)·h^(−1).The encouraging results indicated that LNO-30LDC was a promising bifunctional oxygen electrode material for RSOCs. | Pengzhang Li Wei Yang Chuanjin Tian Wenyan Zhao Zhe Lü Zhipeng Xie Chang-An Wang | 2021 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,2: | 2 |
