1High performance liquid chromatographic separation of thirteen drugs collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010(Ch.P2010) on cellulose ramification chiral stationary phase显示文摘The enantiomers separation of thirteen drugs collected in Ch.P2010 was performed on chiral stationary phase of cellulose ramification (chiralpak OD and chiralpak OJ) by high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) methods, which included ibuprofen (C1), ketoprofen (C2), nitrendipine (C3), nimodipine (C4), felodipine (C5), omeprazole (C6), praziquantel (C7), propranolol hydrochloride (C8), atenolol (C9), sulpiride (C10), clenbuterol hydrochloride (C11), verapamil hydrochloride (C12), and chlorphenamine maleate (C13). The mobile phase consisted of isopropanol and n-hexane. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the fiow rate was 0.7 mL/min. The enantiomers separation of these thirteen racemates on chiralpak OD column and chiralpak OJ column was studied, while the effects of proportion of organic additives, alcohol displacer and temperature on the separation were studied. And the mechanism of some of racemates was discussed. The results indicated that thirteen chiral drugs could be separated onchiral stationary phase of cellulose ramification in normal phase chromatographic system. The chromatographic retention and resolution of enantiomers could be adjusted by factors including column temperature and the concentration of alcohol displacer and organic alkaline modifier in mobile phase. It was shown that the resolution was improved with reducing concentration of alcohol displacer. When concentration of organic alkaline modifier was 0.2% (v/v), the resolution and the peak shape were fairly good. Most racemates mentioned above had better resolution at column temperature of 25 1C. 2Atmospheric fine particles in a typical coastal port of Yangtze River Delta显示文摘In recent decades, coastal ports have experienced rapid development and become an important economic and ecological hub in China. Atmospheric particle is a research hotspot in atmospheric environmental sciences in inland regions. However, few studies on the atmospheric particle were conducted in coastal port areas in China, which indeed suffers atmospheric particle pollution. Lack of the physicochemical characteristics of fine particles serves as an obstacle toward the accurate control for air pollution in the coastal port area in China. Here, a field observation was conducted in an important coastal port city in Yangtze River Delta from March 6 to March 19, 2019. The average PM2.5 concentration was 63.7 ±27.8 μg/m^3 and NO3^-, SO4^2-, NH4^+, and organic matter accounted for ?60% of PM 2.5. Fe was the most abundant trace metal element and V as the ship emission indicator was detected. Transmission electron microscopy images showed that SK-rich, soot, Fe, SK-soot and SK-Fe were the major individual particles in the coastal port. V and soluble Fe were detected in sulfate coating of SK-Fe particles. We found that anthropogenic emissions, marine sea salt, and secondary atmosphere process were the major sources of fine particles. Backward trajectory analysis indicated that the dominant air masses were marine air mass, inland air mass from northern Zhejiang and inland-marine mixed air mass from Shandong and Shanghai during the sampling period. 3Effects of ultrasonic assisted friction stir welding on flow behavior,microstructure and mechanical properties of 7N01-T4 aluminum alloy joints显示文摘Conventional friction stir welding(FSW)and ultrasonic assisted friction stir welding(UAFSW)were employed to weld 6-mm thick 7 N01-T4 aluminum alloy plates.Weld forming characteristics and material flow behavior in these two different welding processes were studied and compared.Ultrasonic vibration was applied directly on the weld in axial direction through the welding tool.Metal flow behavior,microstructure characteristics in the nugget zone(NZ)and evolution of the mechanical properties of naturally aged joints were studied.Results show that the ultrasonic vibration can significantly increase the welding speed of defect-free welded joint.At the rotation speed of 1200 rpm,the UAFSW can produce defect-free welded joints at a welding speed that is 50%higher than that of the conventional FSW.Ultrasonic vibrations can also improve surface quality of the joints and reduce axial force by 9%.Moreover,ultrasonic vibrations significantly increase the volume of the pin-driven zone(PDZ)and decrease the thickness of the transition zone(TZ).The number of subgrains and deformed grains resulting from the UAFSW is higher than that from the FSW.By increase the strain level and strain gradient in the NZ,the ultrasonic vibrations can refine the grains.Ultrasonic energy is the most at the top of the NZ,and gradually reduces along the thickness of the plate.The difference in strengths between the FSW and the UAFSW joints after post-weld natural aging(PWNA)is small.However,the elongation of the UAFSW is8.8%higher than that of the FSW(PWNA for 4320 h).Fracture surface observation demonstrates that all the specimens fail by ductile fracture,and the fracture position of the UAFSW joint changes from HAZ(PWNA for 120 h)to NZ(PWNA for 720 and 4320 h).Zhiqiang Zhang Changshu He Ying Li Lei Yu Su Zhaoc Xiang Zhao 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,36,8:4
