1The Chinese Stroke Association scientific statement:intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischaemic stroke显示文摘The most effective medical treatment for acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)is to offer intravenous thrombolysis during the ultra-early period of time after the onset.Even based on the Consensus of Chinese Experts on Intravenous Thrombolysis for AIS in 2012 and 2014 Chinese Guidelines on the Diagnosis and Treatment of AIS,the rate of thrombolysis for AIS in China remained around 2.4%,and the rate of intravenous tissue plasminogen activator usage was only about 1.6%in real world.The indication of thrombolysis for AIS has been expanded,and contraindications have been reduced with recently published studies.In order to facilitate the standardisation of treating AIS,improve the rate of thrombolysis and benefit patients who had a stroke,Chinese Stroke Association has organised and developed this scientific statement.Qiang Dong Yi Dong Liping Liu Anding Xu Yusheng Zhang Huaguang Zheng Yongjun Wang 2017Stroke & Vascular Neurology2017,2,3:56
2State-of-the-art review on frequency response of wind power plants in power systems显示文摘With an increasing penetration of wind power in the modern electrical grid, the increasing replacement of large conventional synchronous generators by wind power plants will potentially result in deteriorated frequency regulation performance due to the reduced system inertia and primary frequency response. A series of challenging issues arise from the aspects of power system planning,operation, control and protection. Therefore, it is valuable to develop variable speed wind turbines(VSWTs) equipped with frequency regulation capabilities that allow them to effectively participate in addressing severe frequency contingencies. This paper provides a comprehensive surveyon frequency regulation methods for VSWTs. It fully describes the concepts, principles and control strategies of prevailing frequency controls of VSWTs, including future development trends. 3Distributed Optimal Co-multi-microgrids Energy Management for Energy Internet显示文摘Unlike conventional power systems,the upcoming energy internet(EI) emphasizes comprehensive utilization of energy in the whole power system by coordinating multi-microgrids,which also brings new challenge for the energy management.To address this issue,this paper proposes a novel consensus-based distributed approach based on multi-agent framework to solve the energy management problem of the energy internet,which only requires local information exchange among neighboring agents.Correspondingly,two consensus algorithms are presented,one of which drives the incremental cost of each distributed generator(DG) converge to the state of the leader agent-energy router,and the other one is used to estimate the global power mismatch,which is a first-order average consensus algorithm modified by a correction term.In addition,in order to meet the supply-demand balance,an effective control strategy for the energy router is proposed to accurately calculate the power exchange between the microgrid and the main grid.Finally,simulation results within a 7-bus test system are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.Bonan Huang Yushuai Li Huaguang Zhang Qiuye Sun 2016IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2016,3,4:12
4Weather Prediction With Multiclass Support Vector Machines in the Fault Detection of Photovoltaic System显示文摘Since the efficiency of photovoltaic(PV) power is closely related to the weather,many PV enterprises install weather instruments to monitor the working state of the PV power system.With the development of the soft measurement technology,the instrumental method seems obsolete and involves high cost.This paper proposes a novel method for predicting the types of weather based on the PV power data and partial meteorological data.By this method,the weather types are deduced by data analysis,instead of weather instrument A better fault detection is obtained by using the support vector machines(SVM) and comparing the predicted and the actual weather.The model of the weather prediction is established by a direct SVM for training multiclass predictors.Although SVM is suitable for classification,the classified results depend on the type of the kernel,the parameters of the kernel,and the soft margin coefficient,which are difficult to choose.In this paper,these parameters are optimized by particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm in anticipation of good prediction results can be achieved.Prediction results show that this method is feasible and effective.Wenying Zhang Huaguang Zhang Jinhai Liu Kai Li Dongsheng Yang Hui Tian 2017IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2017,4,3:7
5Analytical validation of GMEX rapid point- of care CYP2C19 genotyping system for the CHANCE-2 trial显示文摘Background and purpose Rapid genotyping is useful for guiding early antiplatelet therapy in patients with high-risk nondisabling ischaemic cerebrovascular events(HR-NICE).Conventional genetic testing methods used in CYP2C19 genotype-guided antiplatelet therapy for patients with HR-NICE did not satisfy the needs of the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Acute Nondisabling Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE)-2 trial.Therefore,we developed the rapid-genotyping GMEX(point-of care)system to meet the needs of the CHANCE-2 trial.Methods Healthy individuals and patients with history of cardiovascular diseases(n=408)were enrolled from six centres of the CHANCE-2 trial.We compared the laboratory-based genomic test results with Sanger sequencing test results for accuracy verification.Next,we demonstrated the accuracy,timeliness and clinical operability of the GMEX system compared with laboratory-based technology(YZY Kit)to verify whether the GMEX system satisfies the needs of the CHANCE-2 trial.Results Genotypes reported by the GMEX system showed 100%agreement with those determined by using the YZY Kit and Sanger sequencing for all three CYP2C19 alleles(*2,*3 and*17)tested.The average result’s turnaround times for the GMEX and YZY Kit methods were 85.0(IQR:85.0-86.0)and 1630.0(IQR:354.0-7594.0)min(p<0.001),respectively.Conclusions Our data suggest that the GMEX system is a reliable and feasible point-of care system for rapid CYP2C19 genotyping for the CHANCE-2 trial or related clinical and research applications.Xia Meng Anxin Wang Guojun Zhang Siying Niu Wei Li Sifei Han Fang Fang Xingquan Zhao Kehui Dong Zening Jin Huaguang Zheng Kelin Chen Hao Li Chengyuan Yang Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2:7
6Estimating life-cycle energy payback ratio of overhead transmission line toward low carbon development显示文摘The energy conservation plays an important role for low carbon development.In order to evaluate the energy conservation in the full life-cycle,a scheme to estimate the energy consumption,or alternatively the energy pay,in constructing an overhead transmission line is proposed in this paper.The analysis of a typical projection is given for demonstration.With new additional overhead transmission lines,the energy consumption,known as the power loss in power network,is expected to be decline,which is defined in this paper as the energy payback.In order to estimate this kind of contribution,the scheme that consisted of load forecast,production simulation for generating systems,load flow simulation and power loss calculation has been proposed.Case studies,based on the IEEE 24-bus test system,are given to demonstrate the efficacy of the schemes.Moreover,several presumptive scenarios are deployed and analysed with the presented schemes for comparison.Xiaoming DONG Chongqing KANG Ning ZHANG Huaguang YAN Junxia MENG Xinsheng NIU Xin TIAN 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,1:5

10Implementation of regional Acute Stroke Care Map increases thrombolysis rates for acute ischaemic stroke in Chinese urban area in only 3 months显示文摘Background The rate of intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischaemic stroke remains low in China.We investigated whether the implementation of a citywide Acute Stroke Care Map(ASCaM)is associated with an improvement of acute stroke care quality in a Chinese urban area.Methods The ASCaM comprises 10 improvement strategies and has been implemented through a network consisting of 20 tertiary hospitals.We identified 7827 patients with ischaemic stroke admitted from April to October 2017,and 506 patients underwent thrombolysis were finally included for analysis.Results Compared with‘pre-ASCaM period’,we observed an increased rate of administration of tissue plasminogen activator within 4.5 hours(65.4% vs 54.5%;adjusted OR,1.724;95% CI 1.21 to 2.45;p=0.003)during‘ASCaM period’.In multivariate analysis models,‘ASCaM period’was associated with a significant reduction in onset-to door time(114.1±55.7 vs 135.7±58.4 min,p=0.0002)and onset-to needle time(ONT)(169.2±58.1 vs 195.6±59.3 min,p<0.0001).Yet no change was found in door-to needle time.Clinical outcomes such as symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage,favourable functional outcome(modified Rankin Scale≤2)and in-hospital mortality remained unchanged.Conclusion The implementation of ASCaM was significantly associated with increased rates of intravenous thrombolysis and shorter ONT.The ASCaM may,in proof-of principle,serve as a model to reduce treatment delay and increase thrombolysis rates in Chinese urban areas and possibly other highly populated Asian regions.Yi Sui Jianfeng Luo Chunyao Dong Liqiang Zheng Weijin Zhao Yao Zhang Ying Xian Huaguang Zheng Bernard Yan Mark Parsons Li Ren Ying Xiao Haoyue Zhu Lijie Ren Qi Fang Yi Yang Weidong Liu Bing Xu 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:4
11A New Robust Adaptive Neural Network Backstepping Control for Single Machine Infinite Power System With TCSC显示文摘For a single machine infinite power system with thyristor controlled series compensation(TCSC) device, which is affected by system model uncertainties, nonlinear time-delays and external unknown disturbances, we present a robust adaptive backstepping control scheme based on the radial basis function neural network(RBFNN). The RBFNN is introduced to approximate the complex nonlinear function involving uncertainties and external unknown disturbances, and meanwhile a new robust term is constructed to further estimate the system residual error,which removes the requirement of knowing the upper bound of the disturbances and uncertainty terms. The stability analysis of the power system is presented based on the Lyapunov function,which can guarantee the uniform ultimate boundedness(UUB) of all parameters and states of the whole closed-loop system. 12Static output feedback stabilization for systems with time-varying delay based on a matrix transformation method显示文摘This paper is concerned with the problem of static output feedback stabilization for linear systems with time-varying delay. A novel controller design is proposed based on a matrix transformation method with a new equation condition, which can solve the controller gain more easily and avoid complicated calculations of the non-linear matrix inequality. Then, the corresponding criteria can be obtained by combining the matrix transformation method and the ideas of non-uniformly dividing delay interval, which can guarantee the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop systems and calculate the satisfactory controller gain. 13Multilevel Feature Moving Average Ratio Method for Fault Diagnosis of the Microgrid Inverter Switch显示文摘Multilevel feature moving average ratio method is proposed to realize an open-switch fault diagnosis for any switch of the microgrid inverter. The main steps of the proposed method include multilevel signal decomposition, coefficient reconstruction, absolute average ratio process and artificial neural network(ANN) classification. Specifically, multilevel signal decomposition is realized by using the means of multi resolution analysis to obtain the different frequency band coefficients of the three-phase current signal. The related coefficient reconstruction is executed to achieve signals decomposition in different levels. Furthermore,according to the obtained data, the absolute average ratio process is used to extract absolute moving average ratio of signal decomposition in different levels for the three-phase current.Finally, to intelligently classify the inverter switch fault and realize the adaptive ability, the ANN technology is applied.Compared to conventional fault diagnosis methods, the proposed method can accurately detect and locate the open-switch fault for any location of the microgrid inverter. Additionally, it need not set related threshold of algorithm and does not require normalization process, which is relatively easy to implement. Based on the refined Jensen-based inequality, a novel multiple integral inequality is proposed. Applying the multiple integral inequality to estimate the derivative of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional(LKF) with multiple integral terms, a novel stability condition is formulated for the linear time-delay systems. 15Robust adaptive control for interval time-delay systems显示文摘This paper focuses on the robust adaptive control problems for a class of interval time-delay systems and a class of large-scale interconnected systems. The nonlinear uncertainties of the systems under study are bounded by high- order polynomial functions with unknown gains. Firstly, the adaptive feedback controller which can guarantee the stability of the closed-loop system in the sense of uniform ultimate boundedness is proposed. Then the proposed adaptive idea is extended to robust stabilizing designing method for a class of large-scale interconnected systems. Here, another problem we address is to design a decentralized feedback adaptive controller such that the closed-loop system is stable in the sense of uniform ultimate boundedness for all admissible uncertainties and time-delay. 16Distributed Formation Control of UAVs for Circumnavigating a Moving Target in Three-Dimensional Space显示文摘In this paper,a novel formation control strategy is proposed to address the target tracking and circumnavigating problem of multi-UAV formation.First,two sets of definitions,space angle definition and space vector definition,are presented in order to describe the flight state and construct the desired relative velocity.Then,the relative kinematic model between the UAV and the moving target is established.The distributed control law is constructed by using dynamic feedback linearization so as to realize the tracking and circumnavigating control with the desired velocity,circing radius and relative angular spacing.Next,the exponential stability of the closed-loop system is further guaranteed by properly choosing some corresponding parameters based on the Lyapunov method.Finally,the numerical simulation is caried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control method.Yanhong Luo Ao Bai Huaguang Zhang 2021Guidance, Navigation and Control2021,1,3:3
