| 1 | A Pricing Model for Big Personal Data显示文摘Big Personal Data is growing explosively. Consequently, an increasing number of internet users are drowning in a sea of data. Big Personal Data has enormous commercial value; it is a new kind of data asset. An urgent problem has thus arisen in the data market: How to price Big Personal Data fairly and reasonably. This paper proposes a pricing model for Big Personal Data based on tuple granularity, with the help of comparative analysis of existing data pricing models and strategies. This model is put forward to implement positive rating and reverse pricing for Big Personal Data by investigating data attributes that affect data value, and analyzing how the value of data tuples varies with information entropy, weight value, data reference index, cost, and other factors. The model can be adjusted dynamically according to these parameters. | 2 | The Mechanism of Cortico-Striato-Thalamo-Cortical Neurocircuitry in Response Inhibition and Emotional Responding in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder with Comorbid Disruptive Behavior Disorder显示文摘The neurocircuitries that constitute the corticostriato-thalamo-cortical(CSTC) circuit provide a framework for bridging gaps between neuroscience and executive function in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD), but it has been difficult to identify the mechanisms for regulating emotional problems from the understanding of ADHD comorbidity with disruptive behavior disorders(DBD). Research based on 'cool'' and 'hot''executive functional theory and the dual pathway models,which are thought of as applied response inhibition and delay aversion, respectively, within the neuropsychological view of ADHD, has shed light on emotional responding before and after decontextualized stimuli, while CSTC circuit-related domains have been suggested to explain the different emotional symptoms of ADHD with or without comorbid DBD. This review discusses the role of abnormal connections in each CSTC circuit, especially in the emotion circuit, which may be responsible for targeted executive dysfunction at the neuroscience level. | 4 | High nitrogen application rate and planting density reduce wheat grain yield by reducing filling rate of inferior grain in middle spikelets显示文摘Excessive use of nitrogen fertilizer and high planting density reduce grain weight in wheat.However,the effects of high nitrogen and planting density on the filling of grain located in different positions of the wheat spikelet are unknown.A two-year field experiment was conducted to investigate this question and the underlying mechanisms with respect to hormone and carbohydrate activity.Both high nitrogen application and planting density significantly increased spike density,while reducing kernel number per spike and 1000-kernel weight.However,the effects of high nitrogen and high plant density on kernel number per spike and 1000-kernel weight were different.The inhibitory effect of high nitrogen application and high planting density on kernel number per spike was achieved mainly by a reduction in kernel number per spikelet in the top and bottom spikelets.However,the decrease in 1000-kernel weight was contributed mainly by the reduced weight of grain in the middle spikelets.The grain-filling rate of inferior grain in the middle spikelets was significantly decreased under high nitrogen input and high planting density conditions,particularly during the early and middle grain-filling periods,leading to the suppression of grain filling and consequent decrease in grain weight.This effect resulted mainly from inhibited sucrose transport to and starch accumulation in inferior grain in the middle spikelets via reduction of the abscisic acid/ethylene ratio.This mechanism may explain how high nitrogen application and high planting density inhibit the grain filling of inferior wheat grain. | Yang Liu Yuncheng Liao Wenzhao Liu | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,2: | 9 |

In order to cope with system uncertainties and input deadzone, the neural network technique is introduced because of its capability in approximation. In order to update the weights of the neural network, an adaptive control method is utilized to improve the system adaptability. Furthermore, the integral barrier Lyapunov function(IBLF) is adopt in control design to guarantee the condition of output constraints and boundedness of the corresponding tracking errors. The Lyapunov direct method is applied in the control design to analyze system stability and convergence. | 11 | Sortilin promotes macrophage cholesterol accumulation and aortic atherosclerosis through lysosomal degradation of ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 protein显示文摘Sortilin is closely associated with hyperlipidemia and the risk of atherosclerosis(AS).The role of sortilin and the underlying mechanism in peripheral macrophage are not fully understood.In this study,we investigated the effect of macrophage sortilin on ATP-binding cassette transporter A1(ABCA1)expression,ABCA1-mediated cholesterol efflux,and aortic AS.Macrophage sortilin expression was upregulated by oxidized low-density lipoproteins(ox-LDLs)in both concentration-and time-dependent manners.Its expression reached the peak level when cells were incubated with 50μg/ml ox-LDL for 24 h.Overexpression of sortilin in macrophage reduced cholesterol efflux,leading to an increase in intracellular total cholesterol,free cholesterol,and cholesterol ester.Sortilin was found to bind with ABCA1 protein and suppress macrophage ABCA1 expression,resulting in a decrease in cholesterol efflux from macrophages.The inhibitory effect of sortilin in cholesterol efflux was partially reversed by treatment with chloroquine,a lysosomal inhibitor.On the contrary,the ABCA1 protein level and ABCA1-mediated cholesterol efflux is increased by sortilin short hairpin RNA transfection.The fecal and biliary cholesterol 3H-sterol from cholesterol-laden mouse peritoneal macrophage was reduced by sortilin overexpression through lentivirus vector(LV)-sortilin in low-density lipoprotein receptor knockout mice,which was prevented by co-treatment with chloroquine.Treatment with LV-sortilin reduced plasma high-density lipoprotein and increased plasma ox-LDL levels.Accordingly,aortic lipid deposition and plaque area were exacerbated,and ABCA1 expression was reduced in mice in response to infection with LV-sortilin alone.These effects of LV-sortilin were partially reversed by chloroquine.Sortilin enhances lysosomal degradation of ABCA1 protein and suppresses ABCA1-mediated cholesterol efflux from macrophages,leading to foam cell formation and AS development. | Yuncheng Lv Jing Yang Anbo Gao Sha Sun Xilong Zheng Xi Chen Wei Wan Chaoke Tang Wei Xie Suyun Li Dongming Guo Tianhong Peng Guojun Zhao Liyuan Zhong | 2019 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,5: | 4 |

| 13 | High-entropy ferroelastic(10RE_(0.1))TaO_(4) ceramics with oxygen vacancies and improved thermophysical properties显示文摘The primary purpose of this work is to optimize the thermophysical properties of rare-earth tan-talate ceramics using the high-entropy effect.Here,the high-entropy rare-earth tantalate ceramic(Y_(0.1)Nd_(0.1)Sm_(0.1)Gd_(0.1)Dy_(0.1)Ho_(0.1)Er_(0.1)Tm_(0.1)Yb_(0.1)Lu_(0.1))TaO_(4)((10RE_(0.1))TaO_(4))is synthesized successfully.The lat-tice distortion and oxygen vacancy concentration are characterized firstly in the rare-earth tantalates.Notably,compared with single rare-earth tantalates,the thermal conductivity of(10RE_(0.1))TaO_(4) is reduced by 16%-45%at 100℃ and 22%-45%at 800℃,and it also presents lower phonon thermal conductivity in the entire temperature range from 100 to 1200℃.The phonon thermal conductivity(1.0-2.2 W m^(-1) K^(-1),100-1200℃)of(10RE_(0.1))TaO_(4) is lower than that of the currently reported high-entropy four-,five-and six-component rare-earth tantalates.This is the result of scattering by the ferroelastic domain,lattice distortion associated with size and mass disorder,and point defects,which target low-,mid-and high-frequency phonons.Furthermore,(10RE_(0.1))TaO_(4),as an improved candidate for thermal barrier coatings materials(TBCs),has a higher thermal expansion coefficient(10.5×10^(-6)K^(-1) at 1400℃),lower Young’s modulus(123 GPa)and better high-temperature phase stability than that of single rare-earth tantalates. | Jun Wang Xiaoyu Chong Liang Lv Yuncheng Wang Xiaolan Ji Haitao Yun Jing Feng | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,26: | 4 |

| 17 | Efficient fixation of CO_(2) into propylene carbonate with [BMIM]Br in a continuous-flow microreaction system显示文摘Utilization of carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) is of great significance in the development of CO_(2) absorption and the solution of greenhouse gas effect.Highly efficient conversion of CO_(2) into cyclic carbonate with green catalysts is essential for the more sustainable expansion of CO_(2) fixation.Traditional batch reactor is limited by low efficiency, high cost and low security. Meanwhile, continuous flow system showcased a myriad of virtues, including shortening the residence time from hours to seconds, and decreasing reaction temperature, and possessing the nature of easy industrial scale-up. In this paper, a continuous-flow microreaction system was developed to synthesis propylene carbonate(PC) from propylene oxide(PO) and CO_(2) using 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide([BMIM]Br) as catalyst. By observing the flow patterns inside microreaction system, the effects of reaction temperature, molar fraction of catalyst, operating pressure, residence time, molar ratio of CO_(2)/PO as well as recycling performance of catalyst on the overall performances were comprehensively evaluated into details. Under different reaction conditions,the flow patterns were set to vary between slug flow and annular flow. | 19 | Distribution of δ^(34)S and δ^(18)O in SO_4^(2-) in Groundwater from the Ordos Cretaceous Groundwater Basin and Geological Implications显示文摘The Ordos Cretaceous Groundwater Basin,located in an arid-semiarid area in northwestern China,is a large-style groundwater basin.SO_4^(2-) is one of the major harmful components in groundwater.Dissolved SO_4^(2-) concentrations,andδ^(34)S-SO_4^(2-) andδ^(18)O-SO_4^(2-) in groundwater from 14 boreholes and in gypsum from aquifer were analyzed.Results show that SO_4^(2-) in shallow groundwaters originates from precipitation,sulfide oxidation,and dissolution of stratum sulphate,with a big range ofδ^(34)S values,from-10.7‰to 9.2‰,and addition of SO_4^(2-) in deep groundwater results from dissolution of stratum sulphate,with biggerδ^(34)S values,from 7.8‰to 18.5‰,compared with those in shallow groundwater.This research also indicates that three types of sulphate are present in the strata,and characterized by highδ^(34)S values and highδ^(18)O values-style,highδ^(34)S values and middleδ^(18)O valuesstyle, middleδ^(34)S values and lowδ^(18)O values-style,respectively.Theδ^(34)S-SO_4^(2-) andδ^(18)O-SO_4^(2-) in groundwater have a good perspective for application in distinguishing different groundwater systems and determining groundwater circulation and evolution in this area. | YANG Yuncheng SHEN Zhaoli WEN Dongguang HOU Guangcai SHE Hongquan ZHAO Zhenhong WANG Dong LI Jingwen | 2010 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2010,84,2: | 3 |
| 20 | Transcriptional control by HNF-1:Emerging evidence showing its role in lipid metabolism and lipid metabolism disorders显示文摘The present review focuses on the roles and underlying mechanisms of action of hepatic nuclear factor-1(HNF-1)in lipid metabolism and the development of lipid metabolism disorders.HNF-1 is a transcriptional regulator that can form homodimers,and the HNF-1αand HNF-1βisomers can form heterodimers.Both homo-and heterodimers recognize and bind to specific cis-acting elements in gene promoters to transactivate transcription and to coordinate the expression of target lipid-related genes,thereby influencing the homeostasis of lipid metabolism.HNF-1 was shown to restrain lipid anabolism,including synthesis,absorption,and storage,by inhibiting the expression of lipogenesis-related genes,such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ)and sterol regulatory element-binding protein-1/2(SREBP-1/2).Moreover,HNF-1 enhances the expression of various genes,such as proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9),glutathione peroxidase 1(GPx1),and suppressor of cytokine signaling-3(SOCS-3)and negatively regulates signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT)to facilitate lipid catabolism in hepatocytes.HNF-1 reduces hepatocellular lipid decomposition,which alleviates the progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).HNF-1 impairs preadipocyte differentiation to reduce the number of adipocytes,stunting the development of obesity.Furthermore,HNF-1 reduces free cholesterol levels in the plasma to inhibit aortic lipid deposition and lipid plaque formation,relieving dyslipidemia and preventing the development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD).In summary,HNF-1 transcriptionally regulates lipid-related genes to manipulate intracorporeal balance of lipid metabolism and to suppress the development of lipid metabolism disorders. | Fang Liu Xiao Zhu Xiaping Jiang Shan Li Yuncheng Lv | 2022 | Genes & Diseases2022,9,5: | 3 |
