1Stable carbon and hydrogen isotopes of gases from the large tight gas fields in China显示文摘By the end of the year 2010,a total of 15 large tight gas fields have been found in China,located in the Ordos,Sichuan,and Tarim basins.The annual production and total reserves of these fields in 2010 were 222.5×108and 28657×108m3,respectively,accounting for 23.5%and 37.3%,respectively,of the total annual production and reserves of natural gases in China.They took a major part of all natural gas production and reserves in China.According to the analyses of 81 gas samples,the stable carbon and hydrogen isotopic compositions of tight gases in China have following characteristics:(1)Plots of 13C1-13C2-13C3,13C1-C1/C2+3and 13C1-13C2demonstrate the coal-derived origin of tight gases in China;(2)For the primary alkane gases,both carbon and hydrogen isotopic values increase with increasing molecular mass,i.e.,13C1<13C2<13C3<13C4and2H1<2H2<2H3;(3)The isotopic differences of 13C2-13C1,13C3-13C1,2H2-2H1and 2H3-2H1decrease with increasing Ro(%)and C1/C1–4;(4)There are seven causes for the carbon and hydrogen isotopic reversal,however,the carbon and hydrogen isotopic reversal of tight gases in China is caused mainly by multiple stages of gas charge and accumulation.DAI JinXing NI YunYan HU GuoYi HUANG ShiPeng LIAO FengRong YU Cong GONG DeYu WU Wei 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,1:17

3Single optical microfiber enabled tactile sensor for simultaneous temperature and pressure measurement显示文摘The ability to sense heat and touch is essential for healthcare,robotics,and human–machine interfaces.By taking advantage of the engineerable waveguiding properties,we design and fabricate a flexible optical microfiber sensor for simultaneous temperature and pressure measurement based on theoretical calculation.The sensor exhibits a high temperature sensitivity of 1.2 nm/℃ by measuring the shift of a high-order mode cutoff wavelength in the short-wavelength range.In the case of pressure sensing,the sensor shows a sensitivity of 4.5%per kilopascal with a fast temporal frequency response of 1000 Hz owing to the strong evanescent wave guided outside the microfiber.The cross talk is negligible because the temperature and pressure signals are measured at different wavelengths based on different mechanisms.The properties of fast temporal response,high temperature,and pressure sensitivity enable the sensor for real-time skin temperature and wrist pulse measurements,which is critical to the accurate analysis of pulse waveforms.We believe the sensor will have great potential in wearable optical devices ranging from healthcare to humanoid robots.NI YAO XIAOYU WANG SHUQI MA XINGDA SONG SHAN WANG ZHANGXING SHI JING PAN SHIPENG WANG JIANLIANG XIAO HAITAO LIU LONGTENG YU YAO TANG ZHANG ZHANG XIONG LI WEI FANG LEI ZHANG LIMIN TONG 2022Photonics Research2022,10,9:2

11Autocatalytic reduction-assisted synthesis of segmented porous PtTe nanochains for enhancing methanol oxidation reaction显示文摘Morphology engineering has been developed as one of the most widely used strategies for improving the performance of electrocatalysts.However,the harsh reaction conditions and cumbersome reaction steps during the nanomaterials synthesis still limit their industrial applications.Herein,one-dimensional(1D)novel-segmented PtTe porous nanochains(PNCs)were successfully synthesized by the template methods assisted by Pt autocatalytic reduction.The PtTe PNCs consist of consecutive mesoporous architectures that provide a large electrochemical surface area(ECSA)and abundant active sites to enhance methanol oxidation reaction(MOR).Furthermore,1D nanostructure as a robust sustaining frame can maintain a high mass/charge transfer rate in a long-term durability test.After 2,000 cyclic voltammetry(CV)cycles,the ECSA value of PtTe PNCs remained as high as 44.47 m^(2)·gPt^(-1),which was much larger than that of commercial Pt/C(3.95 m^(2)·gPt^(-1)).The high catalytic activity and durability of PtTe PNCs are also supported by CO stripping test and density functional theory calculation.This autocatalytic reduction-assisted synthesis provides new insights for designing efficient low-dimensional nanocatalysts.Qiqi Zhang Tianyu Xia He Huang Jialong Liu Mengyuan Zhu Hao Yu Weifeng Xu Yuping Huo Congli He Shipeng Shen Cong Lu Rongming Wang Shouguo Wang 2023Nano Research Energy2023,2,1:1

14Molecular cytogenetic map visualizes the heterozygotic genome and identifies translocation chromosomes in Citrus sinensis显示文摘Citrus sinensis is the most cultivated and economically valuable Citrus species in the world,whose genome has been assembled by three generation sequencings.However,chromosome recognition remains a problem due to the small size of chromosomes,and difficulty in differentiating between pseudo and real chromosomes because of a highly heterozygous genome.Here,we employ fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)with 9 chromosome painting probes,30 oligo pools,and 8 repetitive sequences to visualize 18 chromosomes.Then,we develop an approach to identify each chromosome in one cell through single experiment of oligo-FISH and Chromoycin A3(CMA)staining.By this approach,we construct a high-resolution molecular cytogenetic map containing the physical positions of CMA banding and 38 sequences of FISH including centromere regions,which enables us to visualize significant differences between homologous chromosomes.Based on the map,we locate several highly repetitive sequences on chromosomes and estimate sizes and copy numbers of each site.In particular,we discover the translocation regions of chromosomes 4 and 9 in C.sinensis“Valencia.”The high-resolution molecular cytogenetic map will help improve understanding of sweet orange genome assembly and also provide a fundamental reference for investigating chromosome evolution and chromosome engineering for genetic improvement in Citrus.Shipeng Song Hui Liu Luke Miao Li He Wenzhao Xie Hong Lan Changxiu Yu Wenkai Yan Yufeng Wu Xiao-peng Wen Qiang Xu Xiuxin Deng Chunli Chen 2023Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,6:0
15Reliability of online near-infrared spectroscopy analysis of the ex-traction process of Huatan Qushi decoction for phlegm-dampness constitution显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To establish a quantitative model for the online analysis of hesperidin content in the extraction process of Huatan Qushi decoction for individuals with phlegm-dampness constitution by using near-infrared(NIR) spectroscopy and partial least squares(PLS) methods.METHODS: The reference content of hesperidin, an effective ingredient of Huatan Qushi decoction,was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The modeling band was selected using synergy interval PLS(Si PLS) algorithms, and a PLS model demonstrating the relationship between NIR predictive values and HPLC reference values was established. The optimal modeling route was selected through global optimization of process trace parameters.RESULTS: The root mean square error of cross-validation was 9.8410. The coefficients of determination of the calibration set and prediction set were0.9860(R2 cal) and 0.9458(R_(cal)~2), respectively. The residual predictive deviation was 3.0115. The parameters demonstrated high predictive capability and reliability. The band was selected via the Si PLS method. 16Effects of Rice-Wheat Rotation and Afforestation on Microbial Biomass Carbon in Coastal Salt-Affected Soils of Eastern China显示文摘Rice-wheat rotation and poplar afforestation are two typical land use types in the coastal reclaimed flatlands of eastern China.This study investigated two rice-wheat rotation lands(one reclaimed from 1995 to 2004 and cultivated since 2005, RW1, and the other reclaimed from 1975 to 1995 and cultivated since 1996, RW2) and a poplar woodland(reclaimed from 1995 to 2004 and planted in2004, PW1) to determine the effects of land use types and years of cultivation on soil microbial biomass and mineralizable carbon(C) in this coastal salt-affected region. The results showed that the soil in PW1 remained highly salinized, whereas desalinization was observed in RW1. The total organic C(TOC) in the top soil of PW1 and RW1 did not show significant differences, whereas at a soil depth of 20–30 cm, the TOC of RW1 was approximately 40%–67% higher than that of PW1. The TOC of 0–30-cm soil in RW2 was approximately 37% higher than that in RW1. Microbial biomass C(MBC) and mineralizable C(MNC) exhibited the trend of RW2 > RW1 > PW1. Sufficient nutrition with more abundant C substrates resulted in higher MBC and MNC, and soil respiration rates were negatively correlated with C/N in RW1 and RW2. Nutrient deficiency and high salinity played key roles in limiting MBC in PW1.
