| 1 | Higher PD-1 expression concurrent with exhausted CD8+ T cells in patients with de novo acute myeloid leukemia显示文摘Objective: To investigate the association between the T cell inhibitory receptor programmed death 1(PD-1)and T cell exhaustion status in T cells from patients with de novo acute myeloid leukemia(AML) and AML in complete remission(CR).Methods:Surface expression of PD-1 and the exhaustion and immunosenescence markers CD244 and CD57 on CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood samples from 20 newly diagnosed,untreated AML patients and 10 cases with AML in CR was analyzed by flow cytometry.Twenty-three healthy individuals served as control.Results:A significantly higher percentage of PD-1+ cells were found for CD3+ T cells in the de novo AML group compared with healthy controls.In addition,an increased level of PD-1+ CD8+ T cells,but not PD-1+ CD4+,was found for CD3+ T cells in the de novo AML and AML-CR samples.A higher percentage of CD244+ CD4+,CD244+ CD8+,CD57+ CD4+ and CD57+ CD8+ T cells was found in CD3+ T cells in samples from those with de novo AML compared with those from healthy controls.Strong increased PD-1+ CD244+ and PD-1+ CD57+ coexpression was found for CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in the de novo AML group compared with healthy controls.Conclusions:We characterized the major T cell defects,including co-expression of PD-1 and CD244,CD57-exhausted T cells in patients with de novo AML,and found a particular influence on CD8+ T cells,suggesting a poor anti-leukemia immune response in these patients. | Jiaxiong Tan Shaohua Chen Yuhong Lu Danlin Yao Ling Xu Yikai Zhang Lijian Yang Jie Chen Jing Lai Zhi Yu Kanger Zhu Yangqiu Li | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,5: | 10 |

| 3 | Dielectric properties of saline soil based on a modified Dobson dielectric model显示文摘Soil salinization is a major concern for agricultural development in arid areas. In this paper, a modified Dobson dielectric model was applied to simulate the dielectric constant of saline soil in the Ugan-Kuqa river delta oasis of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, northwestern China. The model performance was examined through analyzing the influences of its parameters on the soil dielectric constant and the relationship between radar backscattering coefficient and the dielectric constant of saline soil. The results of the study indicate that:(1) The real part of the soil dielectric constant is affected by soil water content at low radar frequencies; the imaginary part is closely related with both the soil water content and soil salt content.(2) The soil water and salt contents are related with the coefficient of dialectical loss, which is consistent with the natural conditions of saline soil in arid areas and provides valuable references for the study of soil dielectric properties.(3) The changes of soil water content and soil salt content have instant influences on the dielectric constant of saline soil. Subsequently, the radar backscattering coefficient is affected to respond to the dielectric constant of saline soil. The radar backscattering coefficient is most responsible to the radar's cross polarization pattern with a correlation coefficient of R2=0.75. | 6 | Preparation of quaternarized N-halamine-grafted graphene oxide nanocomposites and synergetic antibacterial properties显示文摘At present,frequent outbreaks of bacteria and viruses have seriously affected people's normal lives.Therefore,the study of broad-spectrum antibacterial nanocomposites is very promising.However,most antibacterial materials have some disadvantages,such as single bactericidal mechanisms and unrepeatable use.Based on the current situation,a kind of nanocomposite with three structures of graphene oxide(GO),quaternary ammonium salt(QAs)and N-halamine was prepared,which showed synergistic effect to improve antibacterial activity and combined with a variety of sterilization mechanisms.Meanwhile,GO can provide richer ways of sterilization and high specific surface area,which is conducive to the grafting of quaternarized N-halamine.The advantages of physical sterilization of GO,charge adsorption of QAs,reuse of N-halamine and efficient sterilization are fully utilized.The results showed that the quaternarized N-halamine-grafted GO was obtained successfully.GO grafted with quaternarized N-halamine polymer showed strong speedy bactericidal activity against Escherichia coli(E.coli)and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)(99%).It had good storage and regeneration properties. | Danlin Bu Yu Zhou Chang Yang Hengyu Feng Chunxia Cheng Mengjie Zhang Zice Xu Linghan Xiao Yujing Liu Zhenai Jin | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,11: | 1 |
