1Virtual target guidance-based distributed model predictive control for formation control of multiple UAVs显示文摘The paper proposes a Virtual Target Guidance(VTG)-based distributed Model Predictive Control(MPC) scheme for formation control of multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs).First, a framework of distributed MPC scheme is designed in which each UAV only shares the information with its neighbors, and the obtained local Finite-Horizon Optimal Control Problem(FHOCP) can be solved by swarm intelligent optimization algorithm.Then, a VTG approach is developed and integrated into the distributed MPC scheme to achieve trajectory tracking and obstacle avoidance.Further, an event-triggered mechanism is proposed to reduce the computational burden for UAV formation control, which takes into consideration the predictive state errors as well as the convergence of cost function.Numerical simulations show that the proposed VTG-based distributed MPC scheme is more computationally efficient to achieve formation control of multiple UAVs in comparison with the traditional distributed MPC method.Zhihao CAI Longhong WANG Jiang ZHAO Kun WU Yingxun WANG 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,3:20
2Binding Activity Difference of Anti-CD20 scFv-Fc Fusion Protein Derived from Variable Domain Exchange显示文摘Two novel engineered antibody fragments binding to antigen CD20 were generated by fusing a murine IgM-type anti-CD20 single-chain Fv fragment (scFv) to the human IgG1 CH2 (i.e., Cγ2) and CH3 (i.e., Cγ3) domains with the human IgG1 hinge (i.e. Hγ). Given the relationship between structure and function of protein, the 3-D structures of the two engineered antibody fragments were modeled using computer-aided homology modeling method. Furthermore, the relationship between 3-D conformation and their binding activity was evaluated theoretically. Due to the change of active pocket formed by CDRs, the HL23 (VH-Linker-VL-Hγ-Cγ2-Cγ3) remained its activity because of its preserved conformation, while the binding activity of the LH23 (VL-Linker-VH-Hγ-Cγ2-Cγ3) was impaired severely. Experimental studies by flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy showed that HL23 possessed significantly superior binding activity to CD20-expressing target cells than LH23. That is to say, the order of variable regions could influence the binding activity of the fusion protein to CD20+ cell lines, which was in accordance with the theoretical results. 3Buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depth and its implication for unconventional resource prediction显示文摘The discovery of unconventional hydrocarbon resources since the late 20th century changed geologists’understanding of hydrocarbon migration and accumulations and provides a solution to energy shortage.In 2016,unconventional oil production in the USA accounted for 41%of the total oil production;and unconventional natural gas production in China accounted for 35%of total gas production,showing strong growth momentum of unconventional hydrocarbons explorations.Unconventional hydrocarbons generally coexist with conventional petroleum resources;they sometimes distribute in a separate system,not coexisting with a conventional system.Identification and prediction of unconventional resources and their potentials are prominent challenges for geologists.This study analyzed the results of 12,237 drilling wells in six representative petroliferous basins in China and studied the correlations and differences between conventional and unconventional hydrocarbons by comparing their geological features.Migration and accumulation of conventional hydrocarbon are caused dominantly by buoyance.Wepropose a concept of buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depth to describe the deepest hydrocarbon accumulation depth driven dominantly by buoyance;beyond this depth the buoyance becomes unimportant for hydrocarbon accumulation.We found that the buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depth in petroliferous basins controls the different oil/gas reservoirs distribution and resource potentials.Hydrocarbon migration and accumulations above this depth is dominated by buoyancy,forming conventional reservoirs in traps with high porosity and permeability,while hydrocarbon migration and accumulation below this depth is dominated by non-buoyancy forces(mainly refers to capillary force,hydrocarbon volumeexpansion force,etc.),forming unconventional reservoirs in tight layers.The buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depths in six basins in China range from 1200mto 4200 m,which become shallowerwith increasing geothermal gradient,decreasing particle size of sandstone reservoir layers,or an uplift in the whole petroliferous basin.The predicted unconventional resource potential belowthe buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depth in six basins in China is more than 15.71×10^(9) t oil equivalent,among them 4.71×10^(9) t reserves have been proved.Worldwide,94%of 52,926 oil and gas reservoirs in 1186 basins are conventional reservoirs and only 6%of them are unconventional reservoirs.These 94%conventional reservoirs show promising exploration prospects in the deep area below buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depth.Xiongqi Pang Chengzao Jia Wenyang Wang Zhangxin Chen Maowen Li Fujie Jiang Tao Hu Ke Wang Yingxun Wang 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,4:9

5A Novel PF-LSSVR-based Framework for Failure Prognosis of Nonlinear Systems with Time-varying Parameters显示文摘Particle filtering (PF) is being applied successfully in nonlinear and/or non-Gaussian system failure prognosis. However, for failure prediction of many complex systems whose dynamic state evolution models involve time-varying parameters, the traditional PF-based prognosis framework will probably generate serious deviations in results since it implements prediction through iterative calculation using the state models. To address the problem, this paper develops a novel integrated PF-LSSVR framework based on PF and least squares support vector regression (LSSVR) for nonlinear system failure prognosis. This approach employs LSSVR for long-term observation series prediction and applies PF-based dual estimation to collaboratively estimate the values of system states and parameters of the corresponding future time instances. Meantime, the propagation of prediction uncertainty is emphatically taken into account. Therefore, PF-LSSVR avoids over-dependency on system state models in prediction phase. With a two-sided failure definition, the probability distribution of system remaining useful life (RUL) is accessed and the corresponding methods of calculating performance evaluation metrics are put forward. 6Carbamylated erythropoietin regulates immune responses and promotes long-term kidney allograft survival through activation of PI3K/AKT signaling显示文摘Modulation of alloimmune responses is critical to improving transplant outcome and promoting long-term graft survival.To determine mechanisms by which a nonhematopoietic erythropoietin(EPO)derivative,carbamylated EPO(CEPO),regulates innate and adaptive immune cells and affects renal allograft survival,we utilized a rat model of fully MHC-mismatched kidney transplantation.CEPO administration markedly extended the survival time of kidney allografts compared with the transplant alone control group.This therapeutic effect was inhibited when the recipients were given LY294002,a selective inhibitor of the phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)signaling pathway or anti-EPO receptor(EPOR)antibody,in addition to CEPO.In vitro,CEPO inhibited the differentiation and function of dendritic cells and modulated their production of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines,along with activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and increasing EPOR mRNA and protein expression by these innate immune cells.Moreover,after CD4^(+)T cells were exposed to CEPO the Th1/Th2 ratio decreased and the regulatory T cell(Treg)/Th17 ratio increased.These effects were abolished by LY294002 or anti-EPOR antibody,suggesting that CEPO regulates immune responses and promotes kidney allograft survival by activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in an EPOR-dependent manner.The immunomodulatory and specific signaling pathway effects of CEPO identified in this study suggest a potential therapeutic approach to promoting kidney transplant survival.Ning Na Daqiang Zhao Jinhua Zhang Jiaqing Wu Bin Miao Heng Li Yingxun Luo Zuofu Tang Wensheng Zhang Joseph A.Bellanti Song Guo Zheng 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:4

8I-doping of anodized TiO_2 nanotubes using an electrochemical method显示文摘In order to obtain TiO2 with high photocatalytic activity,a cathode reduction was used to dope I 7+ and I5+into TiO 2 nanotubes of anodized Ti in C2H2O4·2H2O+NH4F electrolyte.SEM images show that the anodization method integrated the preparation with the doping process,which for nonmetals-doping is advantageous to maintain the morphological integrity of TiO2 nanotubes. 11Correlation between the fragmentation modes and light charged particles emission in heavy ion collisions显示文摘The correlation between the shape of rapidity distribution of the yield of light charged particles and the fragmentation modes in semi-peripheral collisions for70Zn+70Zn,64Zn+64Zn and64Ni+64Ni at the beam energy of 35 Me V/nucleon is investigated based on Im QMD05 code. Our studies show there is an interplay between the binary, ternary and multi-fragmentation break-up modes.The binary and ternary break-up modes more prefer to emit light charged particles at middle rapidity and give larger values of Rmid yieldcompared with the multi-fragmentation break-up mode does. The reduced rapidity distribution for the normalized yields of p, d, t,3He,4He and6 He and the corresponding values of Rmid yieldcan be used to estimate the probability of multi-fragmentation break-up modes. 13Photocatalytic degradation of microcystin-LR using TiO_2 nanotubes under irradiation with UV and natural sunlight显示文摘In order to investigate the catalytic performance of anodic TiO2 nanotubes and their practical application in the treatment of refractory microcystins(MCs) in natural-water samples,TiO2 nanotubes of diameter of 50-80 nm were fabricated by anodization in C2H2O4·2H2O containing NH4F.Under irradiation with natural sunlight,MC-LR was totally degraded after 1 d using the anodic TiO2 nanotubes.In contrast,the removal efficiency without TiO2 nanotubes was as low as 47.7% within 20 d.In addition,a mixture of anatase and rutile TiO2 gave higher photocatalytic activity than the single phase did.The pH also influenced the adsorption capacity of the TiO2 nanotubes.The order of MC-LR degradation efficiencies at different pH values was 3.5 > 8.0 > 10.0.After five repeated experiments on the degradation of MC-LR for 7 h,the degradation efficiency was still stable.SU YaLing DENG YiRong ZHAO Lu DU YingXun 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,10:1

15Novel photocatalysis oxidation system UV/Fe^(2+)/air to degrade 4-CP wastewater显示文摘This paper reported the degradation of 4-CP wastewater by a novel photocatalysis oxidation system--UV/Fe2+/air system, in which air was used as a cheap oxidant that reacted with the excitation state of organics to form H2O2 under the UV light. The formed H2O2 reacted with the added ferrous ion to form Fenton reaction and led to the quick degradation of organic pollutants. It was found that 4-CP could be completely removed within 40 min. The deg-radation of 4-CP in the UV/Fe2+/air system was superior to the conventional UV/Fenton system (the initial concentration of H2O2 was 22 mg?L-1). 19Constraints on symmetry energy and n/p effective mass splitting with improved quantum molecular dynamics model显示文摘A new version of improved quantum molecular dynamics model that includes standard Skyrme interactions has been developed.Based on the new code,four commonly used parameter sets,SLy4,SkI2,SkM*and Gs are adopted in the improved quantum molecular dynamics model and the isospin sensitive observables,namely isospin transport ratios,single and double ratios of the yields of neutrons and protons are investigated.The isospin transport ratios are strongly sensitive to the slope of symmetry energy,and are not very sensitive to the nucleon effective mass splitting.On the other hand,the high energy neutrons and protons yields ratios from reactions at different incident energies provide a good observable to the momentum dependence of nucleon effective mass splitting.By comparing our calculations with the data,we find that the constrained L value(the slope of density dependence of symmetry energy) is about ~46 MeV when the Skyrme type interaction is considered in transport models,and the isospin diffusion data prefer to mn*>mp*,but it is not a strong constraint with deep χ2minimum.ZHANG Yingxun LI Zhuxia ZHAO Kai LIU Hang TSANG M B 2013Nuclear Science and Techniques2013,24,5:1
20Human IgG1 C_γ1 Domain Is Crucial for the Bioactivity of the Engineered Anti-CD20 Antibodies显示文摘In this study, we discussed the necessity of human IgG1 Cγ1 domain for recombinant antibody using computeraided homology modeling method and experimental studies. The heavy (VH) and light (VL) chain variable regions of 1-28, a murine IgM-type anti-CD20 mAb, were ligated by linker peptide (Gly4Ser)3 to form the single-chain Fv fragment (scFv). Then, the engineered antibody (LH1-3) was generated by fusing scFv with the entire IgG1 heavy constant regions. The 3-D structure of LH1-3 was modeled using computer-aided homology modeling method and the binding activity of LH1-3 was evaluated theoretically. Compared to the 3-D structure of the Fv fragment of the parent antibody, the conformation of the active pocket of LH1-3 was remained because of the rigid support of Cγ1. Further experimental results of flow cytometry showed that the engineered anti-CD20 antibody possessed specifically binding activity to CD20-expressing target cells. The anti-CD20 antibody fragments could also mediate complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) of human B-lymphoid cell lines.
