Clinical observation on effect of scalp electroacupuncture for mild cognitive impairment显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of scalp electroacupuncture for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in the early stage. METHODS: Two hundred and thirty three MCI patients were randomly divided into three groups: the drug group, the scalp electroacupuncture group, and the syndrome differentiation group. For the scalp electroacupuncture group, the points of Baihui (DU 20), Sishecong (EX-HN1), Fengchi (GB 20), and Shenting (DU 24) were selected. For the syndrome differentiation group, specific acupoints were added on the basis of syndrome differentiation and according to the scale for the differentiation of syndromes in vascular dementia (SDSVD) beside the acupoints used in the scalp electroacupuncture group. For the drug group, nimodipine was orally administered. Each patient was treated for two courses, eight weeks. The score differences in minimental state examination (MMSE), picture recognition, and clock drawing test were observed before and after the treatment. RESULTS: After treatment, the score differences in MMSE and clock drawing test were of obvious statistical significance among three groups (P<0.01, P<0.05). The score differences in picture recognition were of extremely statistical significance between the scalp electroacupuncture group and the syndrome differentiation group (P<0.01), while the difference was not found in the drug group (P>0.05). There were statistical significant differences in therapeutic effects between the scalp electroacupuncture group and the drug group, and between the syndrome differentiation group and the drug group (P<0.05), while no statistical difference was found between scalp electroacupuncture group and the syndrome differentiation group (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: All the three therapies may improve the cognitive function of MCI patients. The therapeutic effects in the scalp electroacupuncture and syndrome differentiation groups were basically the same, but superior to nimodipine. | Hong Zhang Ling Zhao Sha Yang Zhigang Chen Yingkun Li Xiaohong Peng Yulong Yang Manjia Zhu | 2013 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,1: | 23
A Possible Configuration with Motor-generator Pair for Renewable Energy Integration显示文摘High penetration rates of renewable energy will bring stability problems for the future power grid. One of the critical issues is lack of inertia. In this paper,a synchronous motor-generator pair(MGP)system is proposed as a possible solution for renewable energy integration to enhance inertia and improve grid stability.First, feasibility studies of MGP on inertia, damping, efficiency, and cost are presented.Second,an analytical model is established based on its rotor angle relation. An active power control scheme based on voltage phase difference between renewable energy source and grid is then proposed, and state equations of MGP are derived for small signal stability.Next, two experiments are designed and implemented to verify stable operation and active power regulation of the MGP system.A single-machine infinite bus system is tested to investigate small signal stability and frequency response of MGP.The results show that the MGP system has a solid base in physics and is a feasible solution for providing enough inertia and improving small signal performance in the power grid with high penetration of renewable energy. The paper concludes with a discussion on future research directions to gain a better understanding of MGP. | Siming Wei Yingkun Zhou Song Li Yongzhang Huang | 2017 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2017,3,1: | 20
Pore structure and heterogeneity of shale gas reservoirs and its effect on gas storage capacity in the Qiongzhusi Formation显示文摘Fine characterization of pore systems and heterogeneity of shale reservoirs are significant contents of shale gas reservoir physical property research. The research on micro-control factors of low productivity in the Qiongzhusi Formation(Fm.) is still controversial. The lower Cambrian Qiongzhusi Fm. in the Qujing, Yunnan was taken as the object to investigate the influence of mineral compositions on the physical properties of the reservoir and the heterogeneity of shale, using the algorithm to improve the characterization ability of Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM). The results showed that:(1) The pores are mainly wedge-shaped pores and V-shaped pores. The pore diameter of the main pore segment ranges from 5 to 10 nm. Mesopores are mainly developed in the Qiongzhusi Fm. shale in Well QD1, with the average pore diameter of 6.08 nm.(2) Microscopic pore structure and shale surface properties show strong heterogeneity, which complicates the micro-migration of shale gas and increases the difficulty of identifying high-quality reservoirs.(3) The increase of clay mineral content intensifies the compaction and then destroys the pores. Conversely, brittle minerals can protect pores. The support and protection of brittle minerals to pores space depend on their content, mechanical properties and diagenesis.(4)Compression damage to pores, large microscopic roughness and surface fluctuations and strong pore structure heterogeneity are the reasons for the poor gas storage capacity of the Qiongzhusi Fm., which will lead to poor productivity in the Qiongzhusi Fm. | Shangbin Chen Zhuo Gong Xueyuan Li Huijun Wang Yang Wang Yingkun Zhang | 2021 | Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,6: | 5
Rapid growth of a large-scale(600 mm aperture) KDP crystal and its optical quality显示文摘Potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KDP) single crystals are the only nonlinear crystals currently used for electro-optic switches and frequency converters in inertial confinement fusion research, due to their large dimension and exclusive physical properties. Based on the traditional solution-growth process, large bulk KDP crystals, usually with sizes up to600 × 600 mm2 so as to make a frequency doubler for the facility requirement loading highly flux of power laser, can be grown in standard Holden-type crystallizers, without spontaneous nucleation and visible defects, one to two orders of magnitude faster than by conventional methods. Pure water and KDP raw material with a few ion impurities such as Fe,Cr, and Al(less than 0.1 ppm) were used. The rapid-growth method includes extreme conditions such as temperature range from 60 to 35℃ , overcooling up to 5℃ , growth rates exceeding 10 mm/day, and crystal size up to 600 mm. The optical parameters of KDP crystals were determined. The optical properties of crystals determined indicate that they are of favorable quality for application in the facility. | Guohui Li Guozong Zheng Yingkun Qi Peixiu Yin En Tang Fei Li Jing Xu Taiming Lei Xiuqin Lin Min Zhang Junye Lu Jinbo Ma Youping He Yuangen Yao | 2014 | High Power Laser Science and Engineering2014,2,1: | 3
High-voltage 4H-SiC PiN diodes with the etched implant junction termination extension显示文摘This paper presents the design and fabrication of an etched implant junction termination extension(JTE)for high-voltage 4H-SiC PiN diodes. Unlike the conventional JTE structure, the proposed structure utilizes multiple etching steps to achieve the optimum JTE concentration range. The simulation results show that the etched implant JTE method can improve the blocking voltage of SiC PiN diodes and also provides broad process latitude for parameter variations, such as implantation dose and activation annealing condition. The fabricated SiC PiN diodes with the etched implant JTE exhibit a highest blocking voltage of 4.5 kV and the forward on-state voltage of 4.6 V at room temperature. These results are of interest for understanding the etched implant method in the fabrication of high-voltage power devices. | Juntao Li Chengquan Xiao Xingliang Xu Gang Dai Lin Zhang Yang Zhou An Xiang Yingkun Yang Jian Zhang | 2017 | Journal of Semiconductors2017,38,2: | 2
Geostatistical Analysis of Spatial Distribution and Dynamics of Dead Heart of Sugarcane Seedlings Caused by Borer显示文摘Dead heart of sugarcane is an important symptom caused by borer attack. In the present study, the spatial distribution and dynamics of dead heart of sugarcane in the field were investigated based on geostatistical analysis, and semivariograms were computed in four separate directions(0°, 45°, 90° and 135°) and fitted with various theoretical models to determine the best fitted one. The Ordinary Kriging was used to interpolate spatial data. The results revealed that the density of dead hearts of sugarcane increased in a single-peak pattern, and the degree of spatial aggregation and random variation both decreased with the increase in the density of dead heart. In addition, dead heart of sugarcane caused by borer exhibited spatial aggregation. With the increase in the density of dead heart, the degree of spatial aggregation decreased, while the correlation increased. Kriging interpolation indicated that the correlation between the spatial patches was weak in early seedling stage, and became strong in middle and late seedling stage. | Zhiming LUO Jiong YIN Wenfeng LI Rongyue ZHANG Hongli SHAN Xiaoyan WANG Yingkun HUANG | 2017 | Agricultural Science & Technology2017,18,4: | 2
Three Gorges Dam Controls Sediment Coarsening of the Mud Patch on the Inner East China Sea Shelf显示文摘The well-known Three Gorges Dam(TGD) within the Yangtze catchment launched its operation in 2003. The effect of the TGD operation on the sediment size on the East China Sea shelf is rarely known. High resolution(0.5 cm sampling) grain size analysis and 137 Cs and 210 Pb dating of the DH8-1 core were conducted with core collected from the distal part of a main sink for the modern Yangtze sediment entering the sea, the Min-Zhe Coastal Mud Deposits(MZCMD) on the inner East China Sea shelf. The 137 Cs dating results show that the core DH8-1 formed during 1946–2012 with a mean deposition rate of 0.65 cm yr^(-1), indicating that the 0.5 cm sampling for grain size analysis in this local area could reflect environmental changes generally on a one-year time scale. The mean grain size of DH8-1 core sediment that deposited after 2003 is significantly larger than that deposited during 1988–2002. After ruling out other possible factors, we infer that the sediment coarsening of DH8-1 core after 2003 is attributed to the TGD operation which causes the erosion of the Yangtze subaqueous delta. Specifically, the TGD operation significantly intensifies the declining trend of the Yangtze sediment loads to the sea despite no decreased water discharge, which results in extensive erosion of the Yangtze subaqueous delta. The relatively coarse sediment of the subaqueous delta is eroded and resuspended by ocean dynamics and then transported by coastal current, finally depositing on the MZCMD area. In addition, the general sediment fining of core DH8-1 that deposited during 1988–2002, comparing with 1946–1987, is mainly caused by dam construction and soil and water conservation within the Yangtze catchment. Our findings are helpful for better understanding the effects of such a huge dam as the TGD on a sediment sink like the MZCMD of such a large river as the Yangtze River. | MIAO Anyang CHU Zhongxin LI Yingkun | 2016 | Journal of Ocean University of China2016,15,3: | 2

A Cross-Layer Cooperative Jamming Scheme for Social Internet of Things显示文摘In this paper,we design a friendly jammer selection scheme for the social Internet of Things(IoT).A typical social IoT is composed of a cellular network with underlaying Device-to-Device(D2D)communications.In our scheme,we consider signal characteristics over a physical layer and social attribute information of an application layer simultaneously.Using signal characteristics, one of the D2D gadgets is selected as a friendly jammer to improve the secrecy performance of a cellular device. In return, the selected D2D gadget is allowed to reuse spectrum resources of the cellular device.Using social relationship,we analyze and quantify the social intimacy degree among the nodes in IoT to design an adaptive communication time threshold.Applying an artificial intelligence forecasting model,we further forecast and update the intimacy degree, and then screen and filter potential devices to effectively reduce the detection and calculation costs. Finally,we propose an optimal scheme to integrate the virtual social relationship with actual communication systems. To select the optimal D2D gadget as a friendly jammer,we apply Kuhn-Munkres(KM)algorithm to solve the maximization problem of social intimacy and cooperative jamming.Comprehensive numerical results are presented to validate the performance of our scheme. | Yan Huo Jingjing Fan Yingkun Wen Ruinian Li | 2021 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2021,26,4: | 1

Simulation of methane adsorption in diverse organic pores in shale reservoirs with multi-period geological evolution显示文摘In shale reservoirs, the organic pores with various structures formed during the thermal evolution of organic matter are the main storage site for adsorbed methane. However,in the process of thermal evolution, the adsorption characteristics of methane in multi type and multi-scale organic matter pores have not been sufficiently studied. In this study, the molecular simulation method was used to study the adsorption characteristics of methane based on the geological conditions of Longmaxi Formation shale reservoir in Sichuan Basin,China. The results show that the characteristics of pore structure will affect the methane adsorption characteristics. The adsorption capacity of slit-pores for methane is much higher than that of cylindrical pores. The groove space inside the pore will change the density distribution of methane molecules in the pore, greatly improve the adsorption capacity of the pore, and increase the pressure sensitivity of the adsorption process.Although the variation of methane adsorption characteristics of different shapes is not consistent with pore size, all pores have the strongest methane adsorption capacity when the pore size is about 2 nm.In addition, the changes of temperature and pressure during the thermal evolution are also important factors to control the methane adsorption characteristics. The pore adsorption capacity first increases and then decreases with the increase of pressure, and increases with the increase of temperature. In the early stage of thermal evolution, pore adsorption capacity is strong and pressure sensitivity is weak;while in the late stage,it is on the contrary. | Shangbin Chen Chu Zhang Xueyuan Li Yingkun Zhang Xiaoqi Wang | 2021 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2021,8,5: | 1
Application of 3D T1-SPACE combined with 3D-TOF sequence for follow-up evaluation of stent-assisted coil embolization for intracranial aneurysm显示文摘Objectives:To assess 3D T1-SPACE combined with 3D-TOF sequence for follow-up evaluation of stent-assisted coil embolization for intracranial aneurysm.Materials and methods:Between Oct 2018 and May 2019,we enrolled 25 patients with intracranial aneurysm who underwent stent-assisted coil embolization. All patients were followed up for 6 to10 months after endovascular treatment(EVT)using 3D-TOF MRA,3D T1-SPACE and DSA to evaluate aneurysm occlusion and parent artery patency. Results:With regards to aneurysm occlusion, the specificity of 3D-TOF MRA was 86.9%(20/23)and the accuracy was 84%(21/25).There was no statistical significance(P=0.409)compared with the DSA.The parent artery by3D-TOF MRA showed that there were 14 patients with grade 3,8 patients with grade 2 and 3 patients with grade1.However,3D T1-SPACE showed that all 25 patients were grade 4,and were clearly displayed without metal artifacts. The comparison of the two MR techniques demonstrated that 3D T1-SPACE was superior to 3D-TOF MRA in the evaluation of parent artery(P<0.001).Conclusions:3D T1-SPACE sequence provides better image quality and higher accuracy for evaluating stented parent arteries compared to TOF-MRA.This study also shows that 3D-TOF MRA has a merit to evaluate aneurysm occlusion. The combination of these two modalities can be used as an optional follow-up evaluation after EVT of intracranial aneurysms. | Qiuji Shao Qiang Li Qiaowei Wu Tianxiao Lin Li Li Kaitao Chang Yingkun He | 2021 | Journal of Interventional Medicine2021,4,2: | 1
