1PGD: Pineapple Genomics Database显示文摘Pineapple occupies an important phylogenetic position as its reference genome is a model for studying the evolution the Bromeliaceae family and the crassulacean acid metabolism(CAM)photosynthesis.Here,we developed a pineapple genomics database(PGD,http://gffzzfd7a629e63504691hpwoq6q6xq6fu605o.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/pineapple/html/index.html)as a central online platform for storing and integrating genomic,transcriptomic,function annotation and genetic marker data for pineapple(Ananas comosus(L.)Merr.).The PGD currently hosts significant search tools and available datasets for researchers to study comparative genomics,gene expression,gene co-expression molecular marker,and gene annotation of A.comosus(L).PGD also performed a series of additional pages for a genomic browser that visualizes genomic data interactively,bulk data download,a detailed user manual,and data integration information.PGD was developed with the capacity to integrate future data resources,and will be used as a long-term and open access database to facilitate the study of the biology,distribution,and the evolution of pineapple and the relative plant species.An email-based helpdesk is also available to offer support with the website and requests of specific datasets from the research community.Huimin Xu Qingyi Yu Yan Shi Xiuting Hua Haibao Tang Long Yang Ray Ming Jisen Zhang 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:0
2CPT-Based estimation of undrained shear strength of fine-grained soils in the Huanghe River Delta显示文摘The Huanghe River(Yellow River)Delta has a wide distribution of fine-grained soils.Fluvial alluviation,erosion,and wave loads affect the shoal area,resulting complex physical and mechanical properties to sensitive finegrained soil located at the river-sea boundary.The cone penetration test(CPT)is a convenient and effective in situ testing method which can accurately identify various soil parameters.Studies on undrained shear strength only roughly determine the fine content(FC)without making the FC effect clear.We studied four stations formed in different the Huanghe River Delta periods.We conducted in situ CPT and corresponding laboratory tests,examined the fine content influence on undrained shear strength(S_(u)),and determined the cone coefficient(N_(k)).The conclusions are as follows.(1)The fine content in the area exceeded 90%,and the silt content was high,accounting for more than 70%of all fine particle compositions.(2)The undrained shear strength gradually increased with depth with a maximum of approximately 250 kPa.When the silt content was lower than 60%–70%,the undrained shear strength decreased.(3)The silt and clay content influenced undrained shear strength,and the fitted f_(s)h/q_(t) function model was established,which could be applied to strata with a high fine content.The cone coefficients were between 20 and 25,and the overconsolidated soil layer had a greater cone coefficient.Zhongnian Yang Xuesen Liu Lei Guo Yuxue Cui Xiuting Su Chao Jia Xianzhang Ling 2022Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,5:0

4Mechanism of Suppressing Transverse Wavevectors for Antidiffracting Propagation via Coherent Beam Combination显示文摘The elimination of transverse wavevectors during the propagation of electromagnetic waves is highly desirable because this would have a wide range of applications in probing,imaging,and communication.In this research,we propose and experimentally demonstrate a simple method to suppress transverse wavevectors by using coherent wave combinations.Using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,we show that transverse wavevectors can be greatly suppressed during propagation.For further verification,we perform experiments with light waves to realize coherently combined beams;our experimental results are in good agreement with the simulated results.More importantly,we generate pin-like optical beams using this method,and pin-like optical beams exhibit superior propagation behavior over conventional Gaussian beams in turbulent fluids.Yang Xiuting Ren Yuhang Zhang Ze Liang Xinli Chen Yan Gao Lu Zhao Juanying Cheng Wang Christodoulides Demetrios Chen Zhigang 2021激光与光电子学进展2021,58,7:0
5A Water-Stable 3D Eu(Ⅲ)-Organic Framework as a Bi-Functional Ratiometric Luminescent Sensor for Fast, Sensitive and Selective Detection of ODZ and Hg^(2+) in Aqueous Media显示文摘The fast,sensitive and selective detection of some antibiotics and heavy metal cations in water is highly desirable for environmental protection and human health,but it is still currently challenging.In this work,a new luminescent Eu(Ⅲ)-based metalorganic framework(MOF),{[(CH_(3))_(2)NH_(2)][Eu(L)2(H_(2)O)_(2)]·xDMF}n(1)[H_(2)L=4,4’-((naphthalene-1,4-dicarbonyl)bis(azanediyl))dibenzoic acid],was solvothermally synthesized.Complex 1 exhibits good water stability and luminescent property and could serve as a bifunctional ratiometric luminescent sensor for fast,sensitive and selective detection of ornidazole(ODZ)and Hg^(2+)in aqueous solution.The corresponding luminescent mechanism has also been discussed.This work indicates that 1 as a promising luminescent material exhibits luminescent quenching behavior for ODZ and luminescent enhancement behavior for Hg^(2+)in H_(2)O,which will promote the practical application of Ln-MOF-based ratiometric luminescent sensors in monitoring antibiotics and metal ions pollutants in the environmental water matrices.Xiuting Gao Nana Chen Minglei Cao Yang Shi Qingfu Zhang 2022Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2022,41,11:0
6Constructing high-capacity and flexible aqueous zinc-ion batteries with air-recharging capability using organic cathodes显示文摘Flexible aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)with air-recharging capability are a promising self-powered system applied in future wearable electronics.It is desired to develop high-capacity air-rechargeable AZIBs.Herein,we developed a flexible AZIB with air-recharging capability based on trinitrohexaazatrinaphthylene(TNHATN)cathode and a ZnSO_(4)electrolyte.The flexible Zn//TNHATN battery exhibits high volumetric energy density(21.36 mWh/cm^3)and excellent mechanical flexibility.Impressing,the discharged flexible Zn//TNHATN battery can be chemical self-charged via the redox reaction between TNHATN cathode and O_(2)from the air.After oxidation in air for 15 h,such flexible Zn//TNHATN battery can deliver a high specific capacity of 320 mAh/g at 0.5 A/g,displaying excellent air-recharging capability.Notably,this flexible Zn//TNHATN battery also works well in chemical or/and galvanostatic charging mixed modes,showing reusability.This work provides a new insight for designing flexible aqueous self-powered systems.Xiaojuan Chen Haoqi Su Baozhu Yang Xiaocen Liu Xiuting Song Lixin Su Gui Yin Qi Liu 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3:0
7Development and Validation of a Prognostic Risk Score System for COVID-19 Inpatients:A Multi-Center Retrospective Study in China显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a worldwide pandemic.Hospitalized patients of COVID-19 suffer from a high mortality rate,motivating the development of convenient and practical methods that allow clinicians to promptly identify high-risk patients.Here,we have developed a risk score using clinical data from 1479 inpatients admitted to Tongji Hospital,Wuhan,China(development cohort)and externally validated with data from two other centers:141 inpatients from Jinyintan Hospital,Wuhan,China(validation cohort 1)and 432 inpatients from The Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen,Shenzhen,China(validation cohort 2).The risk score is based on three biomarkers that are readily available in routine blood samples and can easily be translated into a probability of death.The risk score can predict the mortality of individual patients more than 12 d in advance with more than 90%accuracy across all cohorts.Moreover,the Kaplan-Meier score shows that patients can be clearly differentiated upon admission as low,intermediate,or high risk,with an area under the curve(AUC)score of 0.9551.In summary,a simple risk score has been validated to predict death in patients infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2);it has also been validated in independent cohorts.Ye Yuan Chuan Sun Xiuchuan Tang Cheng Cheng Laurent Mombaerts Maolin Wang Tao Hu Chenyu Sun Yuqi Guo Xiuting Li Hui Xu Tongxin Ren Yang Xiao Yaru Xiao Hongling Zhu Honghan Wu Kezhi Li Chuming Chen Yingxia Liu Zhichao Liang Zhiguo Cao Hai-Tao Zhang Ioannis Ch.Paschaldis Quanying Liu Jorge Goncalves Qiang Zhong Li Yan 2022Engineering2022,8,1:0
