| 2 | A study on relationship of nitric oxide,oxidation,peroxidation,lipoperoxidation with chronic cholecystitis显示文摘AIM To study relationship of injury induced bynitric oxide,oxidation,peroxidation,lipoperoxidation with chronic cholecystitis.METHODS The values of plasma nitric oxide(P-NO),plasma vitamin C(P-VC),plasma vitamin E(P-VE),plasma β-carotene(P-β-CAR),plasmalipoperoxides(P-LPO),erythrocyte superoxidedismutase(E-SOD),erythrocyte catalase(E-CAT),erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase(E-GSH-Px)activities and erythrocyte lipoperoxides(E-LPO)level in 77 patients with chronic cholecystitisand 80 healthy control subjects were determined,differences of the above average values betweenthe patient group and the control group anddifferences of the average values betweenpreoperative and postoperative patients wereanalyzed and compared,linear regression andcorrelation of the disease course with the abovedetermination values as well as the stepwiseregression and correlation of the course with thevalues were analyzed.RESULTS Compared with the control group,theaverage values of P-NO,P-LPO,E-LPO weresignificantly increased(P<0.01),and of P-VC, P-VE,P-β-CAR,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Pxdecreased(P<0.01)in the patient group.Theanalysis of the linear regression and correlationshowed that with prolonging of the course,thevalues of P-NO,P-LPO and E-LPO in the patientswere gradually ascended and the values of P-VC,P-VE,P-β-CAR,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Pxdescended(P<0.01).The analysis of thestepwise regression and correlation indicated thatthe correlation of the course with P-NO,P-VE andP-β-CAR values was the closest.Compared withthe preoperative patients,the average values of P-NO,P-LPO and E-LPO were significantlydecreased(P<0.01)and the average values of P-VC,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Px in postoperativepatients increased(P<0.01)in postoperativepatients.But there was no significant difference inthe average values of P-VE,P-β-CAR preoperativeand postoperative patients.CONCLUSION Chronic cholecystitis could inducethe increase of nitric oxide,oxidation,peroxidation and lipoperoxidation. | Jun Fu Zhou Dong Cai You Gen Zhu Jin Lu Yang Cheng Hong Peng Yang Hai Yu | 2000 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2000，6，4： | 36 |

| 9 | Oxidative Stress before and after Operation in Patients with Chronic Cholecystitis Containing Gallstone显示文摘To study the relationship of oxidative, antioxidative constituents and antioxidases in blood with chronic cholecystitis containing gallstone, levels of lipoperoxides (LPO), nitric oxide (NO), vitamin C(VC), vitamin E (VE) and β carotene (β CAR) in plasma as well as level of LPO, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) in erythrocytes were investigated by spectrophotometric assay in 107 patients with this condition (PCg) and 100 healthy volunteers (HVs). Compared with HVs group, the average value of LPO and NO in plasma and that of LPO in erythrocytes of PCg group were significantly increased ( P <0.0001), while that of VC, VE and β CAR in plasma and the average activities of SOD, CAT and GSH Px in erythrocytes were significantly decreased ( P <0.0001). Linear regression and correlation analysis for 107 preoperative PCg showed that the value of LPO and NO in plasma and that of LPO in erythrocytes of PCg gradually increased ( P <0.0001), representing a significant linear positive correlation. The value of VC, VE and β CAR in plasma and that of SOD, CAT and GSH Px in erythrocytes of PCg gradually decreased ( P <0.0001), representing a significant linear negative correlation. Stepwise regression and correlation analysis for 107 preoperative PCg suggested that the closest correlation was observed between the course of disease and the value of NO and VC in plasma and that of SOD, GSH Px and LPO in erythrocytes, r =0.7306, F =32.1408, P <0.0001. Compared with the preoperative PCg group, the average value of LPO and NO in plasma and that of LPO in erythrocytes of the postoperative PCg group were significantly decreased ( P <0.0001). Furthermore, the average value of VC in plasma and that of SOD, CAT and GSH Px in erythrocytes of the postoperative PCg group were significantly increased ( P <0.0001), whereas no significant difference was found between their average value of VE and β CAR in plasma. These findings suggested that oxidative stress was an aggravating pathological condition in PCg group. | 13 | Transfer of mitochondria from mesenchymal stem cells derived from induced pluripotent stem cells attenuates hypoxia-ischemia-induced mitochondrial dysfunction in PC12 cells显示文摘Mitochondrial dysfunction in neurons has been implicated in hypoxia-ischemia-induced brain injury.Although mesenchymal stem cell therapy has emerged as a novel treatment for this pathology,the mechanisms are not fully understood.To address this issue,we first co-cultured 1.5×10^5 PC12 cells with mesenchymal stem cells that were derived from induced pluripotent stem cells at a ratio of 1:1,and then intervened with cobalt chloride(CoCl2)for 24 hours.Reactive oxygen species in PC12 cells was measured by Mito-sox.Mitochondrial membrane potential(ΔΨm)in PC12 cells was determined by JC-1 staining.Apoptosis of PC12 cells was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidal transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling staining.Mitochondrial morphology in PC12 cells was examined by transmission electron microscopy.Transfer of mitochondria from the mesenchymal stem cells derived from induced pluripotent stem cells to damaged PC12 cells was measured by flow cytometry.Mesenchymal stem cells were induced from pluripotent stem cells by lentivirus infection containing green fluorescent protein in mitochondria.Then they were co-cultured with PC12 cells in Transwell chambers and treated with CoCl2 for 24 hours to detect adenosine triphosphate level in PC12 cells.CoCl2-induced PC12 cell damage was dose-dependent.Co-culture with mesenchymal stem cells significantly reduced apoptosis and restoredΔΨm in the injured PC12 cells under CoCl2 challenge.Co-culture with mesenchymal stem cells ameliorated mitochondrial swelling,the disappearance of cristae,and chromatin margination in the injured PC12 cells.After direct co-culture,mitochondrial transfer from the mesenchymal stem cells stem cells to PC12 cells was detected via formed tunneling nanotubes between these two types of cells.The transfer efficiency was greatly enhanced in the presence of CoCl2.More importantly,inhibition of tunneling nanotubes partially abrogated the beneficial effects of mesenchymal stem cells on CoCl2-induced PC12 cell injury.Mesenchymal stem cells reduced CoCl2-induced PC12 cell injury and these effects were in part due to efficacious mitochondrial transfer. | Yan Yang Gen Ye Yue-Lin Zhang Hai-Wei He Bao-Qi Yu Yi-Mei Hong Wei You Xin Li | 2020 | Neural Regeneration Research2020，15，3： | 6 |

| 16 | Thermal performance analysis of non-uniform height rectangular fin based on constructal theory and entransy theory显示文摘A model of non-uniform height rectangular fin, in which the variation of base's thickness and width are taken into account, is established in this paper. The dimensionless maximum thermal resistance(DMTR) and the dimensionless equivalent thermal resistance(DETR) defined based on the entransy dissipation rate(EDR) are taken as performance evaluation indexes. According to constructal theory, the variations of the two indexes with the geometric parameters of the fin are analyzed by using a finite-volume computational fluid dynamics code, the effects of the fin-material fraction on the two indexes are analyzed. It is found that the two indexes decrease monotonically as the ratio between the front height and the back height of the fin increases subjected to the non-uniform height rectangular fin. When the model is reduced to the uniform height fin, the two indexes increase first and then decrease with increase in the ratio between the height of the fin and the fin space. The fin-material fraction has no effect on the change rule of the two indexes with the ratio between the height of the fin and the fin space. The sensitivity of the DETR to the geometric parameters of the fin is higher than that of the DMTR to the geometric parameters.
