1板蓝根水提取物的化学成分研究显示文摘采用大孔树脂、MCI树脂、正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、制备薄层色谱和反相HPLC等多种色谱技术和方法,从板蓝根的水煎煮提取物中分离得到33个化合物,借助理化性质和波谱学数据分析,鉴定其结构为:(+)-去氢催吐罗芙木醇(1),(S)-(+)-脱落酸(2),(R)-4-羟基-4-[(R,E)-3-羟基丁-1-烯基]-5,5-二甲基环己烷-2-烯酮(3),环(L-苯丙-L-亮)二肽(4),环(L-苯丙-L-酪)二肽(5),环(L-酪-L-亮)二肽(6),环(L-脯-L-酪)二肽(7),(+)-3-羟基-1,2-二(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(8),(+)-丁香树脂醇(9),(-)-(7R,7'R,8S,8'S)-4,4'-二羟基-3-甲氧基-7,9';9,7'-双环氧木脂素(10),(-)-皮树脂醇(11),(+)-(7R,7'R,8S,8'S)-新橄榄树脂素(12),(-)-5-甲氧基异落叶松树脂酚(13),1,3-二氢-2H-吲哚-2-酮(14),4-甲氧基-2,3-吲哚二酮(15),N-甲氧基二氢抗坏血酸原(16),尿蓝母(17),(-)-(S)-腈甲基-3-羟基氧吲哚(18),4'-羟基-7-甲氧基异黄酮(19),毛蕊异黄酮(20),豆甾-5-烯-3β-醇-7-酮(21),香草乙酮(22),4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯乙酮(23),二氢松柏醇(24),3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯丙酸(25),3-羟基-1-(4-羟基苯基)丙-1-酮(26),3-羟基-1-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)丙-1-酮(27),对氨基苯甲酸(28),3-(4-羟基苯基)丙-1-醇(29),4-(2-羟乙基)苯酚(30),2-甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚(31),邻苯二酚(32)和4-戊烯酰胺(33)。这些化合物均为首次从板蓝根中分离得到。在初步体外抗病毒活性筛选中,异黄酮类化合物19对流感病毒A/汉防/359/95(H3N2)、单纯性疱疹病毒1型(HSV-1)和柯萨奇病毒B3型(Cox-B3)病毒株均显示有一定抑制活性,IC50分别为2.06,6.84,8.70μmol.L-1;在1.0×10-5mol.L-1下,其他化合物均未表现出活性。王晓良 陈明华 王芳 卜鹏滨 林生 朱承根 李玉环 蒋建东 石建功 2013中国中药杂志2013,38,8:45
2Antiviral enantiomers of a bisindole alkaloid with a new carbon skeleton from the roots of Isatis indigotica显示文摘A pair of indole alkaloid enantiomers with a novel bisindolylacetamide skeleton, insatindibisindolamides A and B(1a and 1b), was isolated from an aqueous extract of Isatis indigotica roots. The enantiomers were separated by chiral HPLC. Their structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 2D NMR, X-ray crystallography, and electronic CD(ECD) calculation. 38,4′-Oxyneolignane glucosides from an aqueous extract of“ban lan gen”(Isatis indigotica root)and their absolute configurations显示文摘Three pairs of glycosidic 8,4′-oxyneolignane diastereoisomers, named isatioxyneolignosides A-F(1–6), were isolated from an aqueous extract of Isatis indigotica roots. Their structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic data analysis and enzyme hydrolysis. 6板蓝根化学成分信息库的构建显示文摘目的板蓝根(Isatidis Radix)为十字花科菘蓝属植物菘蓝(Isatis indigotica Fortune)的干燥根。作为清热解毒的代表中药之一,板蓝根与其制剂广泛用于各类感冒的预防和治疗,在严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)、甲流和新冠疫情的防治中发挥了积极作用。尽管板蓝根的化学成分研究已经十分深入,但目前国内外尚无可全面查询所有化合物信息的数据库、网站或文献,不利于相关研究的开展,因此需要建立板蓝根化学成分信息库。方法本研究按化学成分类别,对板蓝根中近400个化学成分的中英文名称、分子式、精确相对分子质量、结构式、参考文献等信息进行了全面的整理,构建了板蓝根化学成分信息库。结果截至2020年9月,研究人员共从板蓝根中提取、分离、鉴别得到17大类392个化合物。结论构建的化学成分信息库可为该药材及制剂的化学成分分离鉴定、质量控制、物质基础挖掘、网络药理学研究等提供基础。聂黎行 王馨平 黄烈岩 钱秀玉 李翔 康帅 戴忠 马双成 2022中国药学杂志2022,57,6:9
7Antiviral stereoisomers of 3,5-bis(2-hydroxybut-3-en-1-yl)-1,2,4-thiadiazole from the roots of Isatis indigotica显示文摘Four stereoisomers of 3,5-bis(2-hydroxybut-3-en-1-yl)-1,2,4-thiadiazole, named insatindigothiadiazoles A–D(1a–1d), were isolated from the roots of Isatis indigotica. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis; specifically, the absolute configurations were assigned by using the MPA determination rule based on Δδ^(RS)values of MPA esters, and supported by electronic CD(ECD)calculations. 8Sulfur-enriched alkaloids from the root of Isatis indigotica显示文摘Five new sulfur-enriched alkaloids isatithioetherins A–E(1–5), and two pairs of scalemic enantiomers(t)-and( à)-isatithiopyrin B(6 a and 6 b) and isoepigoitrin and isogoitrin(7 a and 7 b), along with the known scalemic enantiomers epigoitrin and goitrin(8 a and 8 b), were isolated and characterized from an aqueous extract of the Isatis indigotica roots. Their structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic data analysis, including 2 D NMR and theoretical calculations of electronic circular dichroism(ECD) spectra based on the quantum-mechanical time-dependent density functional theory(TDDFT). Compounds 1–5 represent a novel group of sulfur-enriched alkaloids, biogenetically originating from stereoselective assemblies of epigoitrin-derived units. Isolation and structure characterization of 6 a and 6 b support the postulated biosynthetic pathways for the diastereomers 9 a and 9 b via a rare thio-Diels–Alder reaction. Compounds 2 and 4 showed antiviral activity against the influenza virus A/Hanfang/359/95(H3 N2, IC500.60 and 1.92 μmol/L) and the herpes simplex virus 1(HSV-1, IC503.70 and 2.87 μmol/L), and 2 also inhibited Coxsackie virus B3(IC500.71 μmol/L).& 2018 Chinese Pharmaceutical Association and Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. 10中性条件下Ni-Pi修饰α-Fe_2O_3及其在葡萄糖燃料电池的应用显示文摘通过水热法制备具有棒状结构的α-Fe_2O_3,并在其表面用磷酸根离子修饰,将用磷酸根修饰过的α-Fe_2O_3(Pi-Fe_2O_3)用作光阳极可以在中性介质中稳定存在.通常情况下,α-Fe_2O_3是在碱性条件下稳定存在的半导体,而将Pi-Fe_2O_3作为光阳极用在葡萄糖燃料电池中,可以在中性条件下直接利用太阳能将生物质能转化为电能,这样不仅可以扩大α-Fe_2O_3的使用范围,并且可以避免生物质氧化产生的CO_2与电解液反应,保持了电池的效率.在Pi-Fe_2O_3表面担载助催化剂镍,可有效的将电流密度提高1.5倍.运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-Vis)和电化学阻抗对样品进行结构和电化学性能进行表征,进一步证明,中性条件下修饰过的具有棒状结构的α-Fe_2O_3在葡萄糖燃料电池的研究中有很大的应用价值.王宝云 王广 刘亚珍 常志显 何建英 张凌 种瑞峰 2017化学研究2017,28,3:0
