| 1 | The application of perovskite materials in solar water splitting显示文摘Solar water splitting is a promising strategy for sustainable production of renewable hydrogen,and solving the crisis of energy and environment in the world.However,large-scale application of this method is hampered by the efficiency and the expense of the solar water splitting systems.Searching for non-toxic,low-cost,efficient and stable photocatalysts is an important way for solar water splitting.Due to the simplicity of structure and the flexibility of composition,perovskite based photocatalysts have recently attracted widespread attention for application in solar water splitting.In this review,the recent developments of perovskite based photocatalysts for water splitting are summarized.An introduction including the structures and properties of perovskite materials,and the fundamentals of solar water splitting is first provided.Then,it specifically focuses on the strategies for designing and modulating perovskite materials to improve their photocatalytic performance for solar water splitting.The current challenges and perspectives of perovskite materials in solar water splitting are also reviewed.The aim of this review is to summarize recent findings and developments of perovskite based photocatalysts and provide some useful guidance for the future research on the design and development of highly efficient perovskite based photocatalysts and the relevant systems for water splitting. | Yanbin Huang Jun Liu Yanchun Deng Yuanyuan Qian Xiaohao Jia Mengmeng Ma Cheng Yang Kong Liu Zhijie Wang Shengchun Qu Zhanguo Wang | 2020 | Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,1: | 6 |

| 3 | Design and application of 60mer oligonucleotide microarray in SARS coronavirus detection显示文摘The 60mer oligonucleotide microarray was designed and applied to detecting of SARS (severe acute res-piratory syndrome) coronavirus. Thirty 60mer specific oligos were designed to cover the whole genome of the first submit-ted coronavirus strain, according to the sequence of TOR2 (GENEBANK Accession: AY274119). These primers were synthesized and printed into a microarray with 12×12 spots. RNAs were extracted from the throat swab and gargling fluid of SARS patients and reverse-transcripted into the double strand cDNAs. The cDNAs were prepared as re-stricted cDNA fragments by the restriction display (RD) technique and labeled by PCR with the Cy5-universal primer. The labeled samples were then applied to the oligo microar-ray for hybridization. The diagnostic capability of the mi-croarray was evaluated after the washing and scanning steps. The scanning result showed that samples of SARS patients were hybridized with multiple SARS probes on the microar-ray, and there is no signal on the negative and blank controls. These results indicate that the genome of SARS coronavirus can be detected in parallel by the 60mer oligonucleotide mi-croarray, which can improve the positive ratio of the diagno-sis. | 6 | Polydopamine-modified collagen sponge scaffold as a novel dermal regeneration template with sustained release of platelet-rich plasma to accelerate skin repair:A one-step strategy显示文摘Although employed to release growth factors(GFs)for regenerative medicine,platelet-rich plasma(PRP)has been hindered by issues like burst effect.Based on collagen sponge scaffolds(CSSs)modified with polydopamine(pDA),a novel dermal regeneration template(DRT)was designed.However,whether it could efficiently deliver PRP and even foster wound healing remained unclear.In this work,after PRP was prepared and pDA-modified CSSs(pDA-CSSs)were fabricated,microscopic observation,GFs release assay and in-vitro biological evaluations of pDA-CSSs with PRP(pDA-CSS@PRP)were performed,followed by BALA-C/nu mice full-thickness skin defects implanted with pDA-CSS@PRP covered by grafted skins(termed as a One-step strategy).As a result,scanning electron microscope demonstrated more immobilized platelets on pDA-CSS′surface with GFs’controlled release via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,compared with CSSs.In line with enhanced in-vitro proliferation,adhesion and migration of keratinocytes&endothelial cells,pDA-CSS@PRP were histologically revealed to accelerate wound healing with less scar via rapid angiogenesis,arrangement of more mature collagen,guiding cells to spread,etc.In conclusion,pDA-CSSs have potential to serve as a novel DRT capable of delivering PRP,which may foster full-thickness skin defect healing by means of a One-step strategy. | Zijun Zheng Minxiong Li Pengwei Shi Yanbin Gao Jun Ma Yuchen Li Lei Huang Zhangfeifan Yang Lei Yang | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,8: | 2 |
| 7 | Organelle-inspired supramolecular nanomedicine to precisely abolish liver tumor growth and metastasis显示文摘Organelles are responsible for the efficient storage and transport of substances in living systems.A myriad of extracellular vesicles(EVs)acts as a bridge to exchange signaling molecules in cell-cell communication,and the highly dynamic tubulins and actins contribute to efficient intracellular substance transport.The inexhaustible cues of natural cargo delivery by organelles inspire researchers to explore the construction of biomimetic architectures for“smart”delivery carriers.Herein,we report a 10-hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT)-peptide conjugate HpYss that simulates the artificial EV-to-filament transformation process for precise liver cancer therapy.Under the sequential stimulus of extracellular alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and intracellular glutathione(GSH),HpYss proceeds via tandem self-assembly with a morphological transformation from nanoparticles to nanofibers.The experimental phase diagram elucidates the influence of ALP and GSH contents on the self-assembled nanostructures.In addition,the dynamic transformation of organelle-mimetic architectures that are formed by HpYss in HepG2 cells enables the efficient delivery of the anticancer drug HCPT to the nucleus,and the size-shape change from extracellular nanoparticles(50-100 nm)to intracellular nanofibers(4-9 nm)is verified to be of key importance for nuclear delivery.Nuclear targeting of HpYss amplifies apoptosis,thus significantly enhancing the inhibitory effect of HCPT(>10-fold)to HepG2 cells.Benefitting from the spatiotemporally controlled nanostructures,HpYss exhibited deep penetration,enhanced accumulation,and long-term retention in multicellular spheroid and xenograft models,potently abolishing liver tumor growth and preventing lung metastasis.We envision that our organelle-mimicking delivery strategy provides a novel paradigm for designing nanomedicine to cancer therapy. | Jie Zhan Yuhan Wang Shaodan Ma Qin Qin Ling Wang Yanbin Cai Zhimou Yang | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,3: | 1 |
