| 1 | Review and prospect of NiCo_(2)O_(4)-based composite materials for supercapacitor electrodes显示文摘Supercapacitors known as typical electrochemical capacitors have been considered as one of the most promising candidates of energy storage systems owing to their advantages such as high-power density,long life span and lower production cost.The electrode materials play a crucial role on properties of supercapacitors.Hence,many researches have been focused on the development of novel electrode materials for high-performance supercapacitors.NiCo_2O_4as supercapacitor electrode material has drawn more and more attentions in recent years due to its outstanding advantages,such as high theoretical capacity,low cost,natural abundance and easy of synthesis.However,the NiCo_2O_4always suffer from severe capacity deterioration because of the low electrical conductivity and small surface area.Hence,it is necessary to systematically and comprehensively summarize the progress in understanding and modifying NiCo_2O_4-based materials from various aspects.In this review,the structure and synthesis method of NiCo_2O_4-based materials are discussed in detail.And then,the major goal of this review is to highlight new progress in using proposed strategies to improve the cycling stability and rate capacity of NiCo_2O_4-based materials,including synthesis,control of special morphologies and design of composite materials.Finally,an insight into the future research and development of Ni Co_2O_4-based materials for supercapacitors is prospected. | Yanmei Li Xiao Han Tingfeng Yi Yanbing He Xifei Li | 2019 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,4: | 14 |
| 2 | The characteristic periodicity analysis of the radio flux variability of quasar PKS 1510-089显示文摘A wavelet analysis method is introduced to study the possible periods of PKS 1510-089 in radio bands. By compiling the radio light curve of PKS 1510-089 at frequencies of 22 and 37 GHz from 1990 to 2005, and using the wavelet analysis method, the evidence of quasi-periodic activity in PKS 1510-089 was obtained. The results indicate that: (1) There are two stable outburst periods of T1=(1.80±0.06) yr and T2= (0.90±0.07) yr presenting in the isoplethal map of PKS 1510-089 at the radio band 37 GHz; (2) there is an outburst period of T1=(1.80±0.06) yr presenting at the radio band 22 GHz; (3) by the continuum of the isograms map, we find the primary period of PKS 1510-089 is T1=(1.80±0.06) yr, and the period of T2= (0.90±0.07) yr may be the half period. The above results are consistent with the reports of Xie et al. (2004, 2005, 2008), Wu et al. (2005) and Liu & Fan (2007), using the other methods. | 3 | Powder electrochemical properties with different particle sizes of spinel LiAl_(0.05)Mn_(1.95)O_4 synthesized by sol-gel method显示文摘An Al-doped spinel lithium manganese oxide was prepared by the adipic acid-assisted sol-gel method at 800°C, and the cathode materials (LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4) with different particle sizes were obtained through ball milling. The effects of particle size on the electrochemical performance of LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 samples were investigated by differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetry, X-ray diffraction, galvanostatic charge-discharge test, cyclic voltammetry, and electro- chemical impedance spectroscopy. | 4 | Mesoporous NiCo_2O_4 nanoneedles@MnO_2 nanoparticles grown on nickel foam for electrode used in high-performance supercapacitors显示文摘Mesoporous NiCo_2O_4@MnO_2 nanoneedle arrays as electrode materials for supercapacitor grown on a conductive nickel foam were prepared by a facile hydrothermal route. The interconnected mesoporous structure of the NiCo_2O_4 nanoneedle arrays provides a large specific surface area for charge storage.The electrochemically active MnO_2 nanoparticles covered on the surface of NiCo_2O_4 nanoneedle result in a favorable synergistic storage effect because of charge redistribution at the NiCo_2O_4|MnO_2 interface,which reduces the interfacial polarization and facilitates ion diffusion. The initial specific capacitance of NiCo_2O_4@MnO_2(S2) is 1001 F g^(-1) at current density of 15 A g^(-1). The capacity retention of S2 is about87.4% after 4000 cycles, and the specific capacitance of S2 electrode only decreases from 1001 F g^(-1) to736 F g^(-1) even after 10,000 cycles. The first-principles calculations show that a chemical bonding between the NiCo_2O_4 and MnO_2 is not only helpful for stabilizing the composites but also leads to a charge redistribution at the interface, which may lead to a smaller interfacial polarization and thus beneficial for the interfacial capacity. The excellent electrochemical performance of NiCo_2O_4@MnO_2 composites(S2)can be ascribed to the high surface area, unique architecture, MnO_2 nanoparticle modification, reduced charge transfer resistance and stable interface between NiCo_2O_4 and MnO_2. | 5 | Temperature-sensitive polymeric nanogels encapsulating withβ-cyclodextrin and ICG complex for high-resolution deep-tissue ultrasound-switchable fluorescence imaging显示文摘One of the thorny problems currently impeding the applications of the fluorescence imaging technique is the poor spatial resolution in deep tissue.Ultrasound-switchable fluorescence(USF)imaging is a novel imaging tool that has recently been explored to possibly surmount the above-mentioned bottleneck.Herein,αβ-cyclodextrin/indocyanine green(ICG)complex-encapsulated poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)nanogel was synthesized and studied for ex vivo/in vivo deep tissue/high-resolution near infrared USF(NIR-USF)imaging.To be specific,our results revealed that the average diameter of the as-prepared nanogels was significantly decreased to-32 nm from-335 nm compared to the reported ICG-PNIPAM nanoparticles.Additionally,the excitation/emission characteristics of the ICG itself in present nanogels were almost completely retained,and the resultant nanogel exhibited high physiological stability and positive biocompatibility.In particular,the signal-to-noise ratio of the USF image for the PNIPAM/P-cyclodextrin/ICG nanogel(33.01±2.42 dB)was prominently higher than that of the ICG-PNIPAM nanoparticles(18.73±0.33 dB)in 1.5-cm-thick chicken breast tissues.The NIR-USF imaging in 3.5-cm-thick chicken breast tissues was achieved using this new probe.The e x v iv o NIR-USF imaging of the mouse liver was also successfully obtained.Animal experiments showed that the present nanogels were able to be effectively accumulated into U87 tumor-bearing mice via enhanced permeability and retention effects,and the high-resolution NIR-USF imaging of in v ivo tumor was efficiently acquired.The metabolism and in vivo biodistribution of the nanogels were evaluated.Overall,the results suggest that the current nanogel is a highly promising NIR-USF probe for deep tissue and high-resolution USF imaging. | Ruilin Liu Tingfeng Yao Yang Liu Shuai Yu Liqin Ren Yi Hong Kytai T.Nguyen Baohong Yuan | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,4: | 1 |

| 8 | Extended Kantorovich method for local stresses in composite laminates upon polynomial stress functions显示文摘The extended Kantorovich method is employed to study the local stress concentrations at the vicinity of free edges in symmetrically layered composite laminates subjected to uniaxial tensile load upon polynomial stress functions. The stress fields are initially assumed by means of the Lekhnitskii stress functions under the plane strain state. Applying the principle of complementary virtual work,the coupled ordinary differential equations are obtained in which the solutions can be obtained by solving a generalized eigenvalue problem. Then an iterative procedure is established to achieve convergent stress distributions. It should be noted that the stress function based extended Kantorovich method can satisfy both the traction-free and free edge stress boundary conditions during the iterative processes. The stress components near the free edges and in the interior regions are calculated and compared with those obtained results by finite element method(FEM). The convergent stresses have good agreements with those results obtained by three dimensional(3D) FEM. For generality, various layup configurations are considered for the numerical analysis. | 12 | Approaching high-performance lithium storage materials by constructing Li_(2)ZnTi_(3)O_(8)@LiAlO_(2) composites显示文摘The Li_(2)ZnTi_(3)O_(8)@Li AlO_(2)was synthesized by a facile high-temperature solid-state route.The LiAlO_(2)modification does not alter the morphology and particle size of Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)(LZTO).The LiAlO_(2)modification improves the structure stability,intercalation/deintercalation reversibility of lithium-ions,and electrochemical reaction activity of Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8),and promotes the transfer of lithium ions.Benefited from the unique component,Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)@Li AlO_(2)(8wt%) shows a good rate performance with charge capacities of 203.9,194.8,187.4,180.6,and177.1 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.5,1,2,3,and 5 C,respectively.Nevertheless,pure LZTO only delivers charge capacities of 134.5,109.7,89.4,79.9,and 72.9 mAh·g^(-1)at the corresponding rates.Even at large charge–discharge rate,the Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)@Li AlO_(2)(8wt%) composite indicates a good cycle performance with a high reversible charge/discharge capacity of 263.5/265.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 5 C after 150 cycles.The introduction of LiAlO_(2)on the surface of Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)enhances electronic conductivity of the composite,resulting in the good electrochemical performance of Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)@Li AlO_(2)composite.Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)@LiAlO_(2)(8wt%) composite shows a good potential as an anode material for the next generation of high-performance Li-ion batteries. | Jinpeng Qu Yushen Zhao Yurui Ji Yanrong Zhu Tingfeng Yi | 2023 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,4: | 1 |

| 17 | Effects of Al,F dual substitutions on the structure and electrochemical properties of lithium manganese oxide显示文摘Spinel LiMn2O4 and F, Al-doped spinel LiAl0.05Mn1.95O3.98F0.02 have been synthesized by a soft chemistry method using adipic acid as the chelating agent. The synthesized spinel materials were characterized by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetery (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV), and charge-discharge testing. The results indicate that all the samples have high phase purity, and fluorine is important in controlling the morphology; the doped aluminum enhances the stability of spinel LiMn2O4. The charge-discharge tests indicate that LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 has high capacity retention, which is 92.60% of the initial after 50 cycles. It is found that the novel compound LiAl0.05Mn1.95O3.98F0.02 with smaller particles can offer much higher capacity, whose initial discharge capacity is 126.5 mAh?g-1. | 20 | Spectral lags in different episodes of gamma-ray bursts显示文摘A systematical analysis of the spectral lags in different episodes within a gamma-ray burst (GRB) for the BATSE GRB sample is given. The identified episodes are usually a single pulse with mixing of small fluctuations. The spectral lags were calculated for lightcurves in the 25-55 keV and 110-320 keV bands. No universal spectral lag evolution feature in different episodes within a GRB were found for most GRBs. Among 362 bright GRBs that have at least three well-identified episodes, 19 of them show long-to-short lag and 19 of them show short-to-long lag in successive episodes. The other 324 GRBs have no clear evolution trend. Defining the specified lag with the ratio of the spectral lag to the episode duration in 110-320 keV band, no prominent case of specified lag was found showing clear evolution features.
