1Outline of Metallogenic Regularity of Bauxite Deposits in China显示文摘Among the abundant aluminum ore resources in China, bauxite is dominated, which is mainly distributed in 19 provinces and regions, including Shanxi, Henan, Guizhou and Guangxi. The major deposit type of bauxite is paleo-weathering crust sedimentary type, and the other one is the accumulation type. The main metallogenic period is the late Paleozoic Era followed by the Cenozoic Era. The metallogenic tectonic background is characterized by a cratonic environment. This paper summarizes the bauxite metallogenic regularity based on the characteristics of bauxite resources, bauxite deposit type, bauxite metallogenic belt and metallogenic series in China, and 15 bauxite metallogenic belts, 8 bauxite metallogenic series and 7 bauxite ore concentrated areas were identified in the study. 3Vibration Frequency Characteristic Study of Two-stage Excitation Valve Used in Vibration Experiment System显示文摘To satisfy the demands of higher frequency and amplitude in hydraulic vibration experiment system,the two-stage excitation valve is presented,and a mathematical model of two-stage excitation valve is established after analyzing the working principle of two-stage excitation valve,then the influence of relevant parameters on the displacement of main spool of two-stage excitation valve is studied by using Matlab/Simulink to calculate and analyze.The results show that the displacement of main spool will be smaller with bigger diameter and more secondary valve ports.When the reversing frequency is higher and the oil supply pressure is lower as well as the axial guide width of valve ports is smaller,the maximum displacement of main spool is smaller.The new two-stage excitation valve is easy to adjust reversing frequency and flow.The high frequency can be achieved by improving the rotation speed of servo motor and adding the number of secondary valve ports;the large flow can be realized by increasing the axial guide width of secondary valve ports and oil supply pressure.The result of this study is of guiding significance for designing the rotary valve for the achievement of higher reversing frequency and larger flow.Yongping WU Chengwei XIONG Yi LIU Jiafei ZHENG Mingxuan ZOU 2020Mechanical Engineering Science2020,2,1:1
4Ice-volume and insolation influences on hydroclimate changes in central eastern China during the antepenultimate glacial period显示文摘The rainfall changes in East Asian summer monsoon(EASM)regions on the orbital timescale remain controversial due to the lack of reliable rainfall records.Here,we present new multiproxy records(δ^(18)O,δ^(13)C,Sr/Ca and Mg/Ca)of a230Thdated stalagmite from Hulu Cave in central eastern China.Multiproxy records reconstruct a regional hydroclimate history from 340 to 261 kyr BP(thousand years before present),approximately covering the antepenultimate glacial period.Theδ^(18)O record is dominated by the precessional cycles,suggesting that EASM responds to changes in Northern Hemisphere summer insolation(NHSI)on the orbital timescale.Significant correlations amongst theδ^(13)C,Sr/Ca and Mg/Ca suggest that a common factor,i.e.,the local hydrological cycle,controlled their variability,and their leading principal component can be used as a proxy linked to regional rainfall.This composite record bears a good similarity to those from the Chinese Loess Plateau,showing a gradually decreasing rainfall during the antepenultimate glacial period,consistent with changes in global ice volume.Superimposed on the long-term trend,three relative wetter intervals were responding to the higher NHSI periods,suggesting that EASM rainfall variability was induced by integrated effects of global ice volume and NHSI.The increased ice sheets and lower NHSI resulted in an increased meridional temperature gradient and southward shift of the westerlies,which shortened the duration of Meiyu and midsummer rainfall.The differences between the rainfall record and the stalagmiteδ^(18)O record indicate that the latter represents the overall EASM intensity linked to monsoon circulation,but does not directly reflect the rainfall changes at the cave sites.Quan WANG Shayue YUAN Yijia LIANG Kan ZHAO Qingfeng SHAO Zhenqiu ZHANG Junji ZHU Xinggong KONG Yongjin WANG Jianghu LAN Hai CHENG Chengwei XIA Yi LI 2023Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,1:0
5Discovery of a potent and highly selective inhibitor of SIRT6 against pancreatic cancer metastasis in vivo显示文摘Pancreatic cancer,one of the most aggressive malignancies,has no effective treatment due to the lack of targets and drugs related to tumour metastasis.SIRT6 can promote the migration of pancreatic cancer and could be a potential target for antimetastasis of pancreatic cancer.However,highly selective and potency SIRT6 inhibitor that can be used in vivo is yet to be discovered.Here,we developed a noveSIRT6 allosteric inhibitor,compound 11e,with maximal inhibitory potency and an IC_(50) value of 0.98±0.13μmol/L.Moreover,compound 11e exhibited significant selectivity against other histone deacetylases(HADC1-11 and SIRT1-3)at concentrations up to 100μmol/L.The allosteric site and the molecular mechanism of inhibition were extensively elucidated by cocrystal complex structure and dynamic structural analyses.Importantly,we confirmed the antimetastatic function of such inhibitors in four pancreatic cancer cell lines as well as in two mouse models of pancreatic cancer liver metastasis.To our knowledge,this is the first study to reveal the in vivo effects of SIRT6 inhibitors on liver metastatic pancreatic cancer.It not only provides a promising lead compound for subsequent inhibitor developmentargeting SIRT6 but also provides a potential approach to address the challenge of metastasis in pancreatic cancer.Xinyuan Xu Qian Zhang Xufeng Wang Jing Jin Chengwei Wu Li Feng Xiuyan Yang Mingzhu Zhao Yingyi Chen Shaoyong Lu Zhen Zheng Xiaobing Lan Yi Wang Yan Zheng Xuefeng Lu Qiufen Zhang Jian Zhang 2024Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,3:0
6Enabling high-efficiency ethanol oxidation on NiFe-LDH via deprotonation promotion and absorption inhibition显示文摘Nucleophile oxidation reaction(NOR), represented by ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR), is a promising pathway to replace oxygen evolution reaction(OER). EOR can effectively reduce the driving voltage of hydrogen production in direct water splitting. In this work, large current and high efficiency of EOR on a Ni, Fe layered double hydroxide(NiFe-LDH) catalyst were simultaneously achieved by a facile fluorination strategy. F in NiFe-LDH can reduce the activation energy of the dehydrogenation reaction, thus promoting the deprotonation process of NiFe-LDH to achieve a lower EOR onset potential. It also weakens the absorption of OH-and nucleophile electrooxidation products on the surface of NiFe-LDH at a higher potential, achieving a high current density and EOR selectivity, according to density functional theory calculations. Based on our experiment results, the optimized fluorinated NiFe-LDH catalyst achieves a low potential of 1.386 V to deliver a 10 mA cm^(-2)EOR. Moreover, the Faraday efficiency is greater than 95%, with a current density ranging from 10 to 250 mA cm^(-2). 7Li^(+)-ion bound crown ether functionalization enables dual promotion of dynamics and thermodynamics for ambient ammonia synthesis显示文摘Electrosynthesis of ammonia from the reduction of nitrogen is still confronted with the limited supply of gas reactant in dynamics as well as high activation barrier in thermodynamics.Unfortunately,despite tremendous efforts devoted to electrocatalysts themselves,they still fail to tackle the above two challenges simultaneously.Herein,we employ a heterogeneous catalyst adlayer-composed of crown ethers associated with Li^(+)ions-to achieve the dual promotion of dynamics and thermodynamics for ambient ammonia synthesis.Dynamically,the bound Li^(+)ions interact with the strong quadrupole moment of nitrogen,and trigger considerable reactant flux toward the catalyst.Thermodynamically,Li^(+)associated with the oxygen of crown ether achieves a higher density of states at the Fermi level for the catalyst,enabling effortless electron transfer from the catalysts to nitrogen and thus greatly reducing the activation barrier.As expected,the proof-of-concept system achieves an ammonia yield rate of 168.5μg h^(-1)mg^(-1)and a Faradaic efficiency of 75.3%at-0.3 V vs.RHE.This system-level approach opens up pathways for tackling the two key challenges that have limited the field of ammonia synthesis.Qiyang Cheng Sisi Liu Mengfan Wang Lifang Zhang Yanzheng He Jiajie Ni Jingru Zhang Chengwei Deng Yi Sun Tao Qian Chenglin Yan 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,10:0
8Synergistic combination of Pd nanosheets and porous Bi(OH)_(3) boosts activity and durability for ethanol oxidation reaction显示文摘Highly active and durable Pd-based electrocatalysts for ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR)play a crucial role in the commercialization of direct ethanol fuel cells(DEFCs).However,the poisonous intermediates(especially adsorbed CO species(COad))formed during the EOR process can easily adsorb and block the active sites on Pd electrodes,which in turn limits the catalytic efficiency.Hence,we present a series of Pd-based composites with a strong coupling interface consisting of Pd nanosheets and amorphous Bi(OH)_(3)species.The incorporation of Bi(OH)3 can induce an electron-rich state adjacent to the Pd sites and effectively separate the Pd ensemble,leading to excellent CO tolerance.The optimal Pd-Bi(OH)_(3)NSs catalyst manifests a mass activity of 2.2 A·mgPd^(-1),which is 5.7 and 2.0 times higher than that of Pd NSs and commercial Pd/C catalyst,respectively.Further CO-stripping experiments and CO-DRIFTS tests confirm the excellent CO tolerance on Pd-Bi(OH)3 NSs electrode,leading to the enhanced EOR durability.Mingyu Chu Jialu Huang Jin Gong Yi Qu Guoling Chen Hu Yang Xuchun Wang Qixuan Zhong Chengwei Deng Muhan Cao Jinxing Chen Xiaolei Yuan Qiao Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:0
