| 1 | Ultra-sensitive Nanoprobe Modified with Tumor Cell Membrane for UCL/MRI/PET Multimodality Precise Imaging of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a subtype of breast cancer in which the estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor are not expressed,and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 is not amplified or overexpressed either,which make the clinical diagnosis and treatment very challenging.Molecular imaging can provide an effective way to diagnose TNBC.Upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs),are a promising new generation of molecular imaging probes.However,UCNPs still need to be improved for tumor-targeting ability and biocompatibility.This study describes a novel probe based on cancer cell membrane-coated upconversion nanoparticles(CCm-UCNPs),owing to the low immunogenicity and homologous-targeting ability of cancer cell membranes,and modified multifunctional UCNPs.This probe exhibits excellent performance in breast cancer molecular classification and TNBC diagnosis through UCL/MRI/PET tri-modality imaging in vivo.By using this probe,MDA-MB-231 was successfully differentiated between MCF-7 tumor models in vivo.Based on the tumor imaging and molecular classification results,the probe is also expected to be modified for drug delivery in the future,contributing to the treatment of TNBC.The combination of nanoparticles with biomimetic cell membranes has the potential for multiple clinical applications. | Hanyi Fang Mengting Li Qingyao Liu Yongkang Gai Lujie Yuan Sheng Wang Xiao Zhang Min Ye Yongxue Zhang Mingyuan Gao Yi Hou Xiaoli Lan | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,5: | 5 |
| 2 | Synthesis, characterization and tribological evaluation of novel1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane based dicationic ionic liquids as efficient antiwear lubricant additives显示文摘Ionic liquids have developed and been applied in lubricant field since 2001. Nevertheless, it is little known about novel dicationic ionic liquids for tribology applications in the past several years. In this paper, a sequence of novel dicationic ionic liquids based on 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane cations(DABCO) and different anions have been designed and identified. The structures of ILs were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectra, multinuclear(~1H,^(13)C,^(11)B,^(31)P and ^(19)F) magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry. The effects of anion type on thermal properties, wettability, kinematic viscosity and tribological properties were studied. It is found that all of these dicationic ionic liquids as additives exhibit excellent anti-wear and friction-reducing properties in PEG synthetic base oil under boundary lubrication conditions for steel-to-steel contact, which offers great potential for the highly efficient lubricant additives. | 3 | Histone deacetylase inhibitors inhibit cervical cancer growth through Parkin acetylationmediated mitophagy显示文摘Parkin,an E3 ubiquitin ligase,plays a role in maintaining mitochondrial homeostasis through targeting damaged mitochondria for mitophagy.Accumulating evidence suggests that the acetylation modification of the key mitophagy machinery influences mitophagy level,but the underlying mechanism is poorly understood.Here,our study demonstrated that inhibition of histone deacetylase(HDAC)by treatment of HDACis activates mitophagy through mediating Parkin acetylation,leading to inhibition of cervical cancer cell proliferation.Bioinformatics analysis shows that Parkin expression is inversely correlated with HDAC2 expression in human cervical cancer,indicating the low acetylation level of Parkin.Using mass spectrometry,Parkin is identified to interact with two upstream molecules,acetylase acetyl-Co A acetyltransferase 1(ACAT1)and deacetylase HDAC2.Under treatment of suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid(SAHA),Parkin is acetylated at lysine residues 129,220 and 349,located in different domains of Parkin protein.In in vitro experiments,combined mutation of Parkin largely attenuate the interaction of Parkin with PTEN induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)and the function of Parkin in mitophagy induction and tumor suppression.In tumor xenografts,the expression of mutant Parkin impairs the tumor suppressive effect of Parkin and decreases the anticancer activity of SAHA.Our results reveal an acetylation-dependent regulatory mechanism governing Parkin in mitophagy and cervical carcinogenesis,which offers a new mitophagy modulation strategy for cancer therapy. | Xin Sun Yuhan Shu Guiqin Ye Caixia Wu Mengting Xu Ruilan Gao Dongsheng Huang Jianbin Zhang | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2: | 3 |

| 5 | Coordinated regulation of BACH1 and mitochondrial metabolism through tumor-targeted self-assembled nanoparticles for effective triple negative breast cancer combination therapy显示文摘The poor prognosis of triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)results from a lack of approved targeted therapies coupled with aggressive proliferation and metastasis,which is associated with high recurrence and short overall survival.Here we developed a strategy by employing tumor-targeted selfassembled nanoparticles to coordinately regulate BACH1(BTB domain and CNC homology 1)and mitochondrial metabolism.The BACH1 inhibitor hemin and mitochondria function inhibitor berberine derivative(BD)were used to prepare nanoparticles(BH NPs)followed by the modification of chondroitin sulfate(CS)on the surface of BH NPs to achieve tumor targeting(CS/BH NPs).CS/BH NPs were found to be able to inhibit tumor migration and invasion by significantly decreasing the amounts of tumor cell metabolites,glycolysis and metastasis-associated proteins,which were related to the inhibition of BACH1 function.Meanwhile,decreased mitochondrial membrane potential,activated caspase 3/9 and increased ROS production demonstrated coordinated regulation of BACH1 and mitochondrial metabolism.In a xenograft mice model of breast cancer,CS/BH NPs significantly inhibited tumor growth and metastasis due to the synergetic effect of hemin and BD without showing obvious toxicities for major organs.In sum,the results of efficacy and safety experiments suggest potential clinical significance of the prepared self-assembled CS/BH nanoparticles for the treatment of TNBC. | Xuan Yang Yalong Wang Junke Zhao Hehui Rong Yujun Chen Mengting Xiong Xiaoxing Ye Shihui Yu Haiyan Hu | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,10: | 1 |
| 6 | Climate warming restructures seasonal dynamics of grassland soil microbial communities显示文摘Soil microbial community's responses to climate warming alter the global carbon cycle.In temperate ecosystems,soil microbial communities function along seasonal cycles.However,little is known about how the responses of soil microbial communities to warming vary when the season changes.In this study,we investigated the seasonal dynamics of soil bacterial community under experimental warming in a temperate tall‐grass prairie ecosystem.Our results showed that warming significantly(p=0.001)shifted community structure,such that the differences of microbial communities between warming and control plots increased nonlinearly(R^(2)=0.578,p=0.021)from spring to winter.Also,warming significantly(p<0.050)increased microbial network complexity and robustness,especially during the colder seasons,despite large variations in network size and complexity in different seasons.In addition,the relative importance of stochastic processes in shaping the microbial community decreased by warming in fall and winter but not in spring and summer.Our study indicates that climate warming restructures the seasonal dynamics of soil microbial community in a temperate ecosystem.Such seasonality of microbial responses to warming may enlarge over time and could have significant impacts on the terrestrial carbon cycle. | Xue Guo Mengting Yuan Jiesi Lei Zhou Shi Xishu Zhou Jiabao Li Ye Deng Yunfeng Yang Liyou Wu Yiqi Luo James MTiedje Jizhong Zhou | 2022 | mLife2022,1,3: | 1 |

| 10 | Lightweight axiom pinpointing via replicated driver and customized SAT-solving显示文摘In description logic,axiom pinpointing is used to explore defects in ontologies and identify hidden justifications for a logical consequence.In recent years,SAT-based axiom pinpointing techniques,which rely on the enumeration of minimal unsatisfiable subsets(MUSes)of pinpointing formulas,have gained increasing attention.Compared with traditional Tableau-based reasoning approaches,SAT-based techniques are more competitive when computing justifications for consequences in large-scale lightweight description logic ontologies.In this article,we propose a novel enumeration justification algorithm,working with a replicated driver.The replicated driver discovers new justifications from the explored justifications through cheap literals resolution,which avoids frequent calls of SAT solver.Moreover,when the use of SAT solver is inevitable,we adjust the strategies and heuristic parameters of the built-in SAT solver of axiom pinpointing algorithm.The adjusted SAT solver is able to improve the checking efficiency of unexplored sub-formulas.Our proposed method is implemented as a tool named RDMinA.The experimental results show that RDMinA outperforms the existing axiom pinpointing tools on practical biomedical ontologies such as Gene,Galen,NCI and Snomed-CT. | Dantong OUYANG Mengting LIAO Yuxin YE | 2023 | Frontiers of Computer Science2023,17,2: | 0 |
| 11 | Prestoring lithium into SnO_(2)coated 3D carbon fiber cloth framework as dendrite-free lithium metal anode显示文摘For several decades,the promise of implementing of lithium(Li)metal anodes has been regarded as the'holy grail'for Li-based batteries.Herein,we have proposed a facile design of a carbon fiber cloth(CFC)framework coated with SnO_(2)nanoparticles through a hydrothermal process,which served as a reliable host for prestoring molten Li to produce a CFC@SnO_(2)@Li composite anode.XRD,TEM,HRTEM,XPS and different electrochemical characterizations were carried out.Owing to the synergetic effects of the 3D conductive CFC and the coated lithiophilic SnO_(2)nanoparticles,the designed CFC@SnO_(2)@Li electrodes can buffer the volume changes and reduce the local current density,thus suppress the Li dendrites during cycling.Consequently,the CFC@SnO_(2)electrodes showed a high and stable CE of 98.6%for 1000 cycles at a current density of 1 mA cm^(-2)(1 mAh cm^(-2)).What is more,at a high current density of 5 mA cm^(-2)and a high areal capacity of 5 mAh cm^(-2),the symmetric cell displayed relatively low overpotential and long cycling lifetime of 1600 h.The results confirm its great potential as lithium metal anodes in practical battery applications. | Tao Wei Yanyan Zhou Cheng Sun Lesheng Liu Sijia Wang Mengting Wang Ye Liu Qing Huang Quanchao Zhuang Yongfu Tang | 2024 | Particuology2024,84,1: | 0 |
