| 2 | Characteristics of the lower layer of sandstorms in the Minqin desert-oasis zone显示文摘By measuring the sand-dust flux,vertical deposition,and the wind velocity throughout 19 sandstorms in the Minqin region,we quantitatively analyzed the horizontal distribution and vertical variation in sandstorm characteristics under different land cover conditions.The effect of different land cover on mitigating sandstorms was also investigated.The results indicated that,in the surface layer ranging from 0-50 m,the intensity of sand-dust horizontal flux and concentration of sand-dust decreased with the increase of the height in the desert and the edge of oasis,whereas the two physical quantities increased slightly with the increase of the height in the oasis.The two physical quantities obey power function well under all three cover conditions.Moreover,in the desert and at the edge of oasis,the sand-dust vertical deposition decreased with the increase of the height.But a partial unimodal distribution at the oasis site and the maximum deposition occurred at the height of 9 m,which corresponds to the middle height of farmland protection forest.The annual flux that passed through a section of 1 m in width and 50 m in height was 9169 kg in the desert,5318 kg at the edge of oasis,and 2345 kg in the oasis.And the annual fluxes at the edge of oasis and in the oasis are 42% and 74% less,respectively,than that in the desert.This implies that the wind break forest significantly reduced the intensity of sandstorms. | ZHAO Ming ZHAN KeJie YANG ZiHui FANG ErTian QIU GuoYu WANG QiangQiang ZHANG YinChang GUO ShuJiang LI AiDe ZHANG JingChun | 2011 | Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,5: | 8 |

| 4 | Preparation,Dispersion and Tribological Properties of Oleophilic Lanthanum Hydroxide/Graphene Oxide Nanocomposites显示文摘Lanthanum hydroxide/graphene oxide nanocomposites(La(OH)3/GO)modified by octadecylamine(OCA),oleylamine(OLA),and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)were prepared,respectively,as the base oil additives.The dispersion stability of different modified La(OH)3/GO in base oil was studied by means of centrifugation.The tribological properties of oleophilic La(OH)3/GO in base oil were investigated using an UMT ball-disc tribometer.The micro-morphology and chemical composition of the worn surface were characterized by 3 D laser microscope,SEM,EDS,XPS,and Raman spectroscopy,respectively.The wettability performance of the worn surface was also studied based on the contact angle measurements.The test results showed that the OLA-La(OH)3/GO nanocomposites had good dispersion stability in base oil.The anti-wear performance of base oil was improved significantly by the addition of OLA-La(OH)3/GO nanocomposites.The characterizations of worn surface showed that the OLA-La(OH)3/GO nanocomposites could form the metal oxide and graphene protective films effectively on the friction interface and thus increased the oil wettability of the worn surface,thereby resulting in an improved wear resistance. | Wu Bo Zhang Qiangqiang Song Hui Yang Bingxun Tian Ming Hu Xianguo | 2020 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2020,22,2: | 3 |
| 5 | Effect of potential HONO sources on peroxyacetyl nitrate(PAN)formation in eastern China in winter显示文摘As an important secondary photochemical pollutant,peroxyacetyl nitrate(PAN)has been studied over decades,yet its simulations usually underestimate the corresponding observations,especially in polluted areas.Recent observations in north China found unusually high concentrations of PAN during wintertime heavy haze events,but the current model still cannot reproduce the observations,and researchers speculated that nitrous acid(HONO)played a key role in PAN formation.For the first time we systematically assessed the impact of potential HONO sources on PAN formation mechanisms in eastern China using the Weather Research and Forecasting/Chemistry(WRF-Chem)model in February of 2017.The results showed that the potential HONO sources significantly improved the PAN simulations,remarkably accelerated the RO x(sum of hydroxyl,hydroperoxyl,and organic peroxy radicals)cycles,and resulted in 80%–150%enhancements of PAN near the ground in the coastal areas of eastern China and 10%–50%enhancements in the areas around 35–40°N within 3 km during a heavy haze period.The direct precursors of PAN were aldehyde and methylglyoxal,and the primary precursors of PAN were alkenes with C>3,xylenes,propene and toluene.The above results suggest that the potential HONO sources should be considered in regional and global chemical transport models when conducting PAN studies. | Jingwei Zhang Yitian Guo Yu Qu Yong Chen Ruipeng Yu Chaoyang Xue Rui Yang Qiang Zhang Xingang Liu Yujing Mu Jing Wang Can Ye Haihan Zhao Qiangqiang Sun Ziwen Wang Junling An | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,8: | 3 |
| 6 | Observation and research of deep underground multi-physical fields—Huainan–848 m deep experiment显示文摘Compared with the surface,the deep environment has the advantages of allowing“super-quiet and ultra-clean”-geophysical field observation with low vibration noise and little electromagnetic interference,which are conducive to the realization of long-term and high-precision observation of multi-physical fields,thus enabling the solution of a series of geoscience problems.In the Panyidong Coal Mine,where there are extensive underground tunnels at the depth of 848 m below sea level,we carried out the first deep-underground geophysical observations,including radioactivity,gravity,magnetic,magnetotelluric,background vibration and six-component seismic observations.We concluded from these measurements that(1)the background of deep subsurface gravity noise in the long-period frequency band less than 2 Hz is nearly two orders of magnitude weaker than that in the surface observation environment;(2)the underground electric field is obviously weaker than the surface electric field,and the relatively high frequency of the underground field,greater than 1 Hz,is more than two orders of magnitude weaker than that of the surface electric field;the east-west magnetic field underground is approximately the same as that at the surface;the relatively high-frequency north-south magnetic field underground,below 10 Hz,is at least one order of magnitude lower than that at the surface,showing that the underground has a clean electromagnetic environment;(3)in addition to the highfrequency and single-frequency noises introduced by underground human activities,the deep underground space has a significantly lower background vibration noise than the surface,which is very beneficial to the detection of weak earthquake and gravity signals;and(4)the underground roadway support system built with ferromagnetic material interferes the geomagnetic field.We also found that for deep observation in the“ultra-quiet and ultra-clean”environment,the existing geophysical equipment and observation technology have problems of poor adaptability and insufficient precision as well as data cleaning problems,such as the effective separation of the signal and noise of deep observation data.It is also urgent to interpret and comprehensively utilize these high-precision multi-physics observation data. | Yun WANG Yaxin YANG Heping SUN Chengliang XIE Qisheng ZHANG Xiaoming CUI Chang CHEN Yongsheng HE Qiangqiang MIAO Chaomin MU Lianghui GUO Jiwen TENG | 2023 | Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,1: | 3 |

| 12 | Modification of NASICON Electrolyte and Its Application in Real Na-Ion Cells显示文摘The low ionic conductivity of solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)and the inferior interfacial reliability between SSEs and solid-state electrodes are two urgent challenges hindering the application of solid-state sodium batteries(SSSBs).Herein,sodium(Na)super ionic conductor(NASICON)-type SSEs with a nominal composition of Na_(3+2x)Zr_(2-x)MgxSi_(2)PO_(12) were synthesized using a facile two-step solid-state method,among which Na_(3.3)Zr_(1.85)Mg_(0.15)Si_(2)PO_(12)(x=0.15,NZSP-Mg_(0.15))showed the highest ionic conductivity of 3.54mS∙cm^(-1) at 25℃.By means of a thorough investigation,it was verified that the composition of the grain boundary plays a crucial role in determining the total ionic conductivity of NASICON.Furthermore,due to a lack of examination in the literature regarding whether NASICON can provide enough anodic electrochemical stability to enable high-voltage SSSBs,we first adopted a high-voltage Na_(3)(VOPO_(4))2F(NVOPF)cathode to verify its compatibility with the optimized NZSP-Mg_(0.15) SSE.By comparing the electrochemical performance of cells with different configurations(low-voltage cathode vs high-voltage cathode,liquid electrolytes vs SSEs),along with an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy evaluation of the after-cycled NZSP-Mg_(0.15),it was demonstrated that the NASICON SSEs are not stable enough under high voltage,suggesting the importance of investigating the interface between the NASICON SSEs and high-voltage cathodes.Furthermore,by coating NZSP-Mg_(0.15) NASICON powder onto a polyethylene(PE)separator(PE@NASICON),a 2.42 A∙h non-aqueous Na-ion cell of carbon|PE@NASICON|NaNi_(2/9)Cu_(1/9)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2) was found to deliver an excellent cycling performance with an 88%capacity retention after 2000 cycles,thereby demonstrating the high reliability of SSEs with NASICON-coated separator. | Qiangqiang Zhang Quan Zhou Yaxiang Lu Yuanjun Shao Yuruo Qi Xingguo Qi Guiming Zhong Yong Yang Liquan Chen Yong-Sheng Hu | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,1: | 1 |
| 13 | Application of artificial intelligence in clinical diagnosis and treatment:an overview of systematic reviews显示文摘Objective This study aimed to summarize the characteristics and methodological quality of systematic reviews on the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods We systematically searched seven English-and Chinese-language literature databases to identify sys-tematic reviews on the application of AI,deep learning,or machine learning in the diagnosis and treatment of any disease published in 2020.We evaluated the methodological quality of the included systematic reviews using“A Measurement tool for the assessment of multiple systematic reviews”(AMSTAR).We also conducted meta-analyses on the diagnostic accuracy of AI on selected disease categories with a large number of included studies and low clinical heterogeneity.Results A total of 40 systematic reviews reporting 1,083 original studies were included,covering 31 diseases from 11 groups of diseases.Eleven systematic reviews were related to neoplasms and nine were systematic reviews related to diseases of the digestive system.We selected digestive system diseases for the meta-analysis.The pooled sensitivities(with 95%confidence interval(CI))of AI to assist the diagnosis of helicobacter pylori,gastrointestinal ulcers,hemorrhage,esophageal tumors,gastric tumors,and intestinal tumors(with 95%CI)were 0.91(0.83-0.95),0.99(0.76-1.00),0.95(0.83-0.99),0.90(0.85-0.93),0.90(0.82-0.95),and 0.93(0.88-0.96),respectively,and the pooled specificities were 0.82(0.77-0.87),0.97(0.86-1.00),1.00(0.99-1.00),0.80(0.71-0.87),0.93(0.87-0.97),and 0.89(0.85-0.92),respectively.The AMSTAR items“the list of included studies”(n=39,97.5%)and“the characteristics of the included studies”(n=39,97.5%)had the highest compliance among the reviews;the compliance was relatively low to the items“the consideration of publication status”(n=1,2.5%),“the consideration of scientific quality”(n=19,47.5%),“data synthesis methods”(n=18,45.0%),and“the evaluation of publication bias”(n=13,32.5%).Conclusions The main subjects of systematic reviews on AI applications in clinical diagnosis and treatment pub-lished in 2020 were diseases of the digestive system and neoplasms.The methodological quality of the systematic reviews on AI needs to be improved,paying particular attention to publication bias and the rigorous evaluation of the quality of the included studies. | Shouyuan Wu Jianjian Wang Qiangqiang Guo Hui Lan Juanjuan Zhang Ling Wang Estill Janne Xufei Luo Qi Wang Yang Song Joseph LMathew Yangqin Xun Nan Yang Myeong Soo Lee Yaolong Chen | 2022 | Intelligent Medicine2022,2,2: | 1 |

| 19 | Engineering multifunctional bioadhesive powders through dynamic metal-ligand coordination显示文摘Bioadhesive gels with robust adhesion on wet and irregular tissue surfaces are desirable for clinical applications.Assembly of bioadhesive powders is an effective strategy for obtaining gels that adhere to wet and irregular tissue surfaces by absorbing interfacial water.However,current bioadhesive powders lack positive biological functions and are prone to postoperative adhesion.Here,we present a powder strategy based on metal-ligand coordination to create a series of bioadhesive polyacrylic acid(PAA)gels.In the gel network,metal ions(M^(n+))are used to coordinate with the carboxy ligands of PAA to form dynamic noncovalent crosslinks.The powders can absorb interfacial water and assemble into gels on wet and irregular tissue surfaces within a few seconds,forming an initial adhesion layer by electrostatic interactions.Furthermore,the polymers can diffuse into the tissue matrix,and metal-ligand coordination is reconstructed to enhance the adhesion.Moreover,with a cationic shield layer,the bioadhesive powders can effectively avoid postoperative adhesion.Importantly,M^(n+) ions endow the gel with customized biological functions.We demonstrate that the hemostatic,antibacterial,peroxidase-like catalytic,and photodetachment abilities of the gels by incorporating different M^(n+) ions.These advantages make the bioadhesive powder a promising platform for diverse tissue repair applications. | Junchang Guo Yue Hou Liansong Ye Junnan Chen Hong Wang Li Yang Jinbo Jiang Qiangqiang Sun Chaoming Xie Bing Hu Jiaxi Cui Xu Deng | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,11: | 0 |
| 20 | Effect of Atmosphere on HCI Releasement during MSWI Fly Ash Thermal Treatment显示文摘Municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)fly ash constitutes a hazardous waste.Melting disposal has been verified to be prospective for stabilizing heavy metals and dioxins.Release of contaminant HCl during MSWI fly ash thermal treatment leads to potential environmental risks.The behavior and transformation of chlorine are critical to the disposal strategy of MSWI fly ash.In this study,the pathway of HCl formation in MSWI fly ash thermal treatment under complex atmosphere was revealed.Results show that CaOHCl in fly ash was first decomposed to CaCl_(2),CaO and H_(2)O below 550°C,which provides H for HCl generation.Then,CaCl_(2),NaCl or KCl were reacted with H_(2)O to release HCI,during which process H_(2)O and O2 promote HCl formation,CO inhibit HCl production since H_(2)O is consumed in water-gas reaction.The initial temperature of HCl generation affected by the concentration of H_(2)O in the atmosphere.When temperature up to 1250°C,almost all NaCl or KCl were volatilized,HCl mainly from the reaction of chlorine-containing minerals with H_(2)O,such as Ca_(19.2)Mg_(2.8)(Si_(0.75)Al_(0.75))8 O36Cl_(2),Ca4(SiO4)(SO4)Cl_(2)and Ca10(SiO4)3Cl_(2)in N_(2),CO and air atmosphere separately.Moreover,in a reducing atmosphere,metals are more easily chlorinated by HCI,resulting in further consumption of HCI.The order of atmosphere for reducing HCl emissions should be CO>N_(2)>Air>>H_(2)O. | YANG Guiyun REN Qiangqiang ZHOU Li XU Jing LYU Qinggang | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,6: | 0 |
