1Influence of cerium content on the corrosion behavior of Al-Co-Ce amorphous alloys in 0.6 M NaCl solution显示文摘The effect of cerium content on the corrosion behavior of Al-Co-Ce amorphous alloys in 0.6 M NaCl solution was investigated by cyclic polarization, Mott-Schottky and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques. Results indicated that the open circuit potential of Al-Co-Ce amorphous alloys displayed a decreased tendency with the increase in Ce content, and the amorphous alloy with 4 at.% Ce presented both the lowest passive current density and donor density indicating the best corrosion resistance, while adding excess Ce led to the reduced corrosion resistance of Al-Co-Ce alloys, Furthermore, it was found that a low Ce content is beneficial to the formation of a more protective passive film on Al-Co-Ce amorphous alloys, and the corrosion inhibition reactions of Al-Co-Ce alloys in 0.6 M NaCl solution were changed with the increase in Ce content and the detailed reasons were discussed.L.M.Zhang S.D.Zhang A.L.Ma A.J.Umoh H.X.Hu Y.G.Zheng B.J.Yang J.Q.Wang 2019Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,7:4
2Correlation between depassivation and repassivation processes determined by single particle impingement:Its crucial role in the phenomenon of critical flow velocity for erosion-corrosion显示文摘The correlation between depassivation and repassivation processes,which is significant in erosioncorrosion,was quantitatively investigated by single particle impingement tests at various flow velocities and impact angles.The results show that both repassivation and depassivation processes are associated with the kinetic energy of solid particle,and demonstrate that the repassivation is retarded by depassivation.This phenomenon probably results from the depassivation-induced microstructure evolution.On this basis,the dependence of critical flow velocity(CFV)for erosion-corrosion on the solid particle concentration and diameter is further theoretically predicted and experimentally verified.Accordingly,the crucial role of depassivation-repassivation in CFV phenomenon is further highlighted.L.L.Li Z.B.Wang S.Y.He Y.G.Zheng 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,30:3
3Large deformation and wrinkling analyses of bimodular structures and membranes based on a peridynamic computational framework显示文摘In this paper,the quasi-static large deformation,wrinkling and fracture behaviors of bimodular structures and membranes are studied with an implicit bond-based peridynamic computational framework.Firstly,the constant and tangential stiffness matrices of the implicit peridynamic formulations for the nonlinear problems are derived,respectively.The former is con structed from the linearization of the bond strain on the basis of the geometric approximation while the latter is established according to the linearization of the pairwise force by using first-order Taylor’s expansion.Then,a bimodular material model in peridynamics is developed,in which the tensile or compressive behavior of the material at each point is conveniently described by the tensile or compressive states of the bonds in its neighborhood.Moreover,the bimodular material model is extended to deal with the wrinkling and fracture problems of membranes by setting the compressive micro-modulus to be zero.In addition,the incremental-iterative algorithm is adopted to obtain the convergent solutions of the nonlinear problems.Finally,several representative numerical examples are presented and the results demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method for the large deformation,wrinkling and fracture analyses of bimodular structures and membranes.H.Li Y.G.Zheng Y.X.Zhang H.F.Ye H.W.Zhang 2019Acta Mechanica Sinica2019,35,6:2
