| 1 | Pa、SPI和SPEI干旱指数对青藏高原东部高寒草地干旱的响应比较显示文摘利用甘南州及周边地区33个气象台站1965-2013年的降水和温度数据,比较分析了降水距平指数(Pa)、标准化降水指数(SPI)和标准化降水蒸散指数(SPEI)对高寒草地干旱响应的有效性,并结合历史旱灾统计资料进行了结果验证。结果表明,从Pa指数、SPI指数、SPEI指数与草地NDVI的相关分析可以看出,SPI_6和SPEI_6与草地NDVI关系较好,Pa、SPI_1、SPEI_1、SPI_3、SPEI_3不足是波动不稳定,SPI_(12)、SPEI_(12)对干旱的反应表现出一定的滞后性。SPI_6和SPEI_6均适于定量研究高寒草地的干旱状况,结合历史统计资料验证,两项干旱指数监测效果相对较好。本研究结果将为有关青藏高原高寒草地的干旱研究提供有益的参考。 | 赵新来 李文龙 Xulin Guo 余翠 赵玉婷 许静 | 2017 | 草业科学2017，34，2： | 10 |

| 4 | mTOR regulates TLR-induced c-fos and Th1 responses to HBV and HCV vaccines显示文摘Although IL-12 plays a critical role in priming Th1 and cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL) responses, Toll-like receptor(TLR) signaling only induces low amounts of IL-12 in dendritic cells and macrophages, implying the existence of stringent regulatory mechanisms. In this study, we sought to uncover the mechanisms underlying TLR-induced IL-12 expression and the Th1 response. By systemic screening, we identified a number of protein kinases involved in the regulation of TLRinduced IL-12 expression. In particular, PI3 K, ERK, and m TOR play critical roles in the TLR-induced Th1 response by regulating IL-12 and IL-10 production in innate immune cells. Moreover, we identified c-fos as a key molecule that mediates m TOR-regulated IL-12 and IL-10 expression in TLR signaling. Mechanistically, m TOR plays a crucial role in c-fos expression, thereby modulating NFκB binding to promoters of IL-12 and IL-10. By controlling the expression of a special innate gene program, m TOR can specifically regulate the TLR-induced T cell response in vivo. Furthermore, blockade of m TOR by rapamycin efficiently boosted TLR-induced antigen-specific T and B cell responses to HBV and HCV vaccines. | 8 | Modeling of grout crack of rockbolt grouted system显示文摘This paper presents a numerical study on the pullout behavior of the rockbolt grouted system. Among the complicated failure modes of the rockbolt grouted system, the crack of the grout is concerned here. A trilinear cohesive zone model(CZM) is used to simulate the interfacial behavior of rockbolt–grout interface;and a plastic damaged model is adopted for the grout materials. The feasibility of the numerical method is verified by comparing the calculated results with the test observations. The numerical results indicate that two types of cracks of the grout materials can be identified as the inclined crack and the horizontal crack. The inclined crack forms firstly and then the horizontal crack. Both cracks can reduce the interfacial shear stress and thus reduce the load transfer efficiency. Further analysis indicates that the crack of the gout material can induce the obvious drops of load capacity, which is not a safe failure mode. | 13 | Variational Quality Control of Non-Gaussian Innovations in the GRAPES m3DVAR System: Mass Field Evaluation of Assimilation Experiments显示文摘The existence of outliers can seriously influence the analysis of variational data assimilation.Quality control allows us to effectively eliminate or absorb these outliers to produce better analysis fields.In particular,variational quality control(VarQC) can process gray zone outliers and is thus broadly used in variational data assimilation systems.In this study,governing equations are derived for two VarQC algorithms that utilize different contaminated Gaussian distributions(CGDs): Gaussian plus flat distribution and Huber norm distribution.As such,these VarQC algorithms can handle outliers that have non-Gaussian innovations.Then,these VarQC algorithms are implemented in the Global/Regional Assimilation and PrEdiction System(GRAPES) model-level three-dimensional variational data assimilation(m3 DVAR) system.Tests using artificial observations indicate that the VarQC method using the Huber distribution has stronger robustness for including outliers to improve posterior analysis than the VarQC method using the Gaussian plus flat distribution.Furthermore,real observation experiments show that the distribution of observation analysis weights conform well with theory,indicating that the application of VarQC is effective in the GRAPES m3 DVAR system.Subsequent case study and longperiod data assimilation experiments show that the spatial distribution and amplitude of the observation analysis weights are related to the analysis increments of the mass field(geopotential height and temperature).Compared to the control experiment,VarQC experiments have noticeably better posterior mass fields.Finally,the VarQC method using the Huber distribution is superior to the VarQC method using the Gaussian plus flat distribution,especially at the middle and lower levels. | Jie HE Xulin MA Xuyang GE Juanjuan LIU Wei CHENG Man-Yau CHAN Ziniu XIAO | 2021 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021，38，9： | 1 |

| 17 | Quantitative angiographic haemodynamic evaluation of bypasses for complex aneurysms: a preliminary study显示文摘Objective Open microsurgery,often with bypass techniques,is indispensable for complex aneurysms.To date,it remains unknown whether arterial anatomy or quantitative blood flow measurements can predict insufficient flow-related stroke(IRS).The present study aimed to evaluate the risk factors for IRS in patients treated with open microsurgery with bypass procedures for complex internal carotid artery aneurysms.Methods Patients with complex aneurysms undergoing bypass surgery were retrospectively reviewed.The recipient/donor flow index(RDFI)was preoperatively evaluated using colour-coding angiography.RDFI was defined as the ratio of the cerebral blood volume of the recipient and donor arteries.The sizes of the recipient and donor arteries were measured.The recipient/donor diameter index(RDDI)was then calculated.IRS was defined as the presence of new postoperative neurological deficits and infarction on postoperative CT scans.We assessed the association between RDFI and other variables and the IRS.Results Twenty patients(38±12 years)were analysed.IRS was observed in 12 patients(60%).Patients with postoperative IRS had a higher RDFI than those without postoperative IRS(p<0.001).RDDI was not significantly different between patients with and without IRS(p=0.905).Patients with RDFI>2.3 were more likely to develop IRS(p<0.001).Conclusion Quantitative digital subtraction angiography enables preoperative evaluation of cerebral blood volume.RDFI>2.3,rather than RDDI,was significantly associated with postoperative IRS.This preoperative evaluation allows appropriate decisions regarding the treatment strategy for preventing postoperative IRS. | Junlin Lu Chao Xue Xulin Hu Yuanli Zhao Dong Zhang Xiaolin Chen Ji Zong Zhao | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022，7，1： | 1 |
