1Hydroxyapatite Bioceramic Coatings Prepared by Hydrothermal-electrochemical Deposition Method显示文摘The hydroxyapatite(HA) ceramic coating was successfully prepared on Ti6Al4V alloy by the hydrothermal-electrochemical deposition method with constant voltage model. The phases of deposits were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The releationship between crystallinity and depositing temperature was discussed. The microstructures of hydroxyapatite coating were observed by scanning electron microscope. The experimental results showed that the phases, crystallinity and morphologies of deposits were influenced by depositing temperature(100 ℃, 120 ℃, 140 ℃, 160 ℃, 180 ℃ and 200 ℃, respectively). The special hydrothermal environment can lower the crystallization temperature of HA. The crystallinity of HA increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of temperature. There is little hydroxyapatite deposited on the Ti6Al4V surface when the depositing temperature is 100 ℃. The HA deposition increases with the increase of the depositing temperature. 2Preparation of Hydroxyapatite-titanium Dioxide Coating on Ti6Al4V Substrates using Hydrothermal-electrochemical Method显示文摘Ti6Al4V substrates were anodized in a 0.5 mol/L H_2SO_4 solution at applied voltages of 90-140 V.A hydroxyapatite-titanium oxide(HA-TiO2)coating was then deposited on the anodized Ti6Al4 V substrates via a hydrothermal-electrochemicalmethod at a constant current.The obtained films and coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,and Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry.The microstructures of the porous films on the Ti6Al4 V substrates were studied to investigate the effect of the anodizing voltage on the phase and morphology of the HATiO_2 coating.The results indicated that both the phase composition and the morphology of the coatings were significantly influenced by changes in the anodizing voltage.HA-TiO_2 was directly precipitated onto the surface of the substrate when the applied voltage was between 110 and 140 V.The coatings had a gradient structure and the HA exhibited both needle-like and cotton-like structures.The amount of cotton-like HA structures decreased with an increase in voltage from 90 to 120 V,and then increased slightly when the voltage was higher than 120 V.The orientation index of the(002)plane of the coating was at a minimum when the Ti6Al4 V substrate was pretreated at 120 V.何代华 WANG Pu LIU Ping LIU Xinkuan MA Fengcang LI Wei CHEN Xiaohong ZHAO Jun YE Hong 2016Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2016,31,2:3
3Hydroxyapatite Growth on Ti MAO Surface Assisted by the Addition of Calcium and Phosphate Ions in Hydrothermal Treatment Solution显示文摘Microarc oxidation was performed on Ti-6Al-4V in an electrolyte containing calcium and phosphate ions.Samples were hydrothermally treated in different solutions containing calcium and phosphate ions.Various hydroxyapatite coatings were formed.It was found that hydroxyapatite coating is improved by the addition of calcium and phosphate ions in hydrothermal solutions.The addition of phosphate ions promotes the nucleation and growth of hydroxyapatite.But the effect of single calcium ions is not obvious.The addition of calcium and phosphate ions increases the nucleation and growth of hydroxyapatite,but decreases the preferred growth trend in some extent.Ma Fengcang Liu Ping Li Wei Liu Xinkuan Chen Xiaohong Yang Lihong Zhu Jianmin 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:3
4Development and Commercial Application of Ultra-Low Pressure Naphtha Reforming Technology with Continuous Catalyst Regeneration显示文摘The development history and major technological innovations of the ultra-low pressure naphtha reforming technology with continuous catalyst regeneration in China were introduced.This technology had been adopted by the 1.0 Mt/a CCR unit at the Guangzhou Company.The appropriate catalyst was selected to meet the demand of the unit capacity,the feedstock,and the product slate.The design parameters,including the reaction pressure,the octane number of C5+liquid product,the reaction temperature,the space velocity,the hydrogen/oil molar ratio,and the catalyst circulating rate,were chosen based on the study of process conditions and parameters.The commercial test results showed that the research octane number of C5+product reached 104 when the capacity of the CCR unit was 100%and 115%of the design value.The other technical targets attained or exceeded the expected value.Ma Aizeng Xu Youchun Yang Dong Zhang Xinkuan Wang Jieguang 2013China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2013,15,4:2
5Effects of Al Content on Microstructure and Mechanical Property of CrAlN Coating Synthesized by Reactive Magnetron Sputtering显示文摘A series of CrAlN coatings with different Al content were synthesized on high-speed steel(M2)substrate by reactive direct current(DC)magnetron sputtering.The influences of Al content on the microstructure and mechanical property of CrAlN coatings were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy dispersive spectrum(EDS)and nano-indentation techniques,respectively.The results indicate that the coatings exhibit only fcc c-CrN phase when Al content is less than 65 at%,and fcc c-CrN and c-AlN phases when Al content is 78 at%.The coating with Al content of 60 at%exhibits high hardness and elastic modulus.The maximum hardness and elastic modulus values could reach 36.8 GPa and 459.5 GPa,respectively.Li Wei Liu Ping Zheng Kangpei Ma Fengcang Liu Xinkuan Chen Xiaohong Yang Lihong 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:1

7Study on Technology of Aluminizing and Internal Oxidation on Surface of Cu-Al-Y Alloy显示文摘Aluminum was deposited by diffusion into Cu-Al-Y alloy substrates by the pack-cementation process.Diffusion was carried out in two kinds of container with pot-type and can-type,and the results are presented.The effects of various time and temperature on the coating characteristics of Cu-Al-Y was also investigated.The result shows that the diffusion layer is nearly 170-200μm in thickness by aluminizing treatment at 900-950℃for 6-8 h in pot-type container.The aluminized layers were observed by a scanning electron micrograph(SEM),we can found:A uniform coating was achieved on Cu-Al-Y alloy surface,relatively uniform thickness and even interfaces between the layers and the substrate.The diffusion coefficient of Al in Cu-Al-Y alloys at 900℃in pot-type container can be calculated is 3.65×10-12 m 2 /s.Chen Xiaohong Liu Ping Liu Xinkuan Ma Fengcang Li Wei Zhang Yi Tian Baohong 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:1

9Neurocircuitry of Predatory Hunting显示文摘Predatory hunting is an important type of innate behavior evolutionarily conserved across the animal king-dom.It is typically composed of a set of sequential actions,including prey search,pursuit,attack,and consumption.This behavior is subject to control by the nervous system.Early studies used toads as a model to probe the neuroethology of hunting,which led to the proposal of a sensory-triggered release mechanism for hunting actions.More recent stud-ies have used genetically-trackable zebrafish and rodents and have made breakthrough discoveries in the neuroethol-ogy and neurocircuits underlying this behavior.Here,we review the sophisticated neurocircuitry involved in hunting and summarize the detailed mechanism for the circuitry to encode various aspects of hunting neuroethology,including sensory processing,sensorimotor transformation,motivation,and sequential encoding of hunting actions.We also discuss the overlapping brain circuits for hunting and feeding and point out the limitations of current studies.We propose that hunting is an ideal behavioral paradigm in which to study the neuroethology of motivated behaviors,which may shed new light on epidemic disorders,including bingeeating,obesity,and obsessive-compulsive disorders.Zheng-Dong Zhao Li Zhang Xinkuan Xiang Daesoo Kim Haohong Li Peng Cao Wei L.Shen 2023Neuroscience Bulletin2023,39,5:0
10Time-restricted feeding is an intervention against excessive dark-phase sleepiness induced by obesogenic diet显示文摘High-fat diet(HFD)-induced obesity is a growing epidemic and major health concern.While excessive daytime sleepiness(EDS)is a common symptom of HFD-induced obesity,preliminary findings suggest that reduced wakefulness could be improved with time-restricted feeding(TRF).At present,however,the underlying neural mechanisms remain largely unknown.The paraventricular thalamic nucleus(PVT)plays a role in maintaining wakefulness.We found that chronic HFD impaired the activity of PVT neurons.Notably,inactivation of the PVT was sufficient to reduce and fragment wakefulness during the active phase in lean mice,similar to the sleep-wake alterations observed in obese mice with HFD-induced obesity.On the other hand,enhancing PVT neuronal activity cons olidated wakefulness in mice with HFD-induced obesity.We observed that the fragmented wakefulness could be eliminated and reversed by TRF.Furthermore,TRF prevented the HFD-induced disruptions on synaptic transmission in the PVT,in a feeding duration-dependent manner.Collectively,our findings demonstrate that ad libitum access to a HFD results in inactivation of the PVT,which is critical to impaired nocturnal wakefulness and increased sleep,while TRF can prevent and reverse diet-induced PVT dysfunction and excessive sleepiness.We establish a link between TRF and neural activity,through which TRF can potentially serve as a lifestyle intervention against diet/obesity-related ED S.Xu Wang Keke Xing Mengge He Ting He Xinkuan Xiang Tao Chen Luoying Zhang Haohong Li 2023National Science Review2023,10,1:0
11Synthesis of Carbon Nanotubes using Cu-Cr-O as Catalyst by Chemical Vapor Deposition显示文摘A novel powder catalyst Cu-Cr-O applied to the synthesis of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) was developed, which was prepared via ammonia precipitation method. Techniques of thermo-gravimetric/ differential scanning calorimeter(TG-DSC), X-ray diffraction(XRD) as well as scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) have been employed to characterize the thermal decomposition procedure, crystal phase and micro structural morphologies of the as-synthesized materials, respectively. The results show that carbon nanotubes are successfully synthesized using Cu-Cr-O as catalyst when the precursors are calcined at 400, 500, 600, and 700 ℃.
