| 1 | A digitalizing board for the prototype array of LHAASO WCDA显示文摘In this paper,a digitalizing board for readout of PMT signals in the prototype array of WCDA(water Cerenkov detector array)for LHAASO(Large high altitude air shower observatory)is designed.The prototype array is composed of 9 PMTs,including the pulse time and charge measurement from the PMTs,and clock generation and trigger decision.In the digitalizing board,FPGA reconfiguration and data readout via VME bus are implemented.Test results show that the performances meet well with the requirements of readout electronics.It has been installed in Yangbajing and tests with the prototype array and DAQ is ongoing. | HAO Xinjun LIU Shubin ZHAO Lei AN Qi | 2011 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2011,22,3: | 4 |
| 2 | Operational-space wrench and acceleration capability analysis for multi-link cable-driven robots显示文摘Multi-link cable-driven robots(MCDRs)have potential advantages in confined spaces exploration because of their redundancy and flexibility.Operational space wrench and acceleration capability analysis of MCDRs is important for their design,manipulability optimization,and motion planning.However,existing works mainly focus on capability analysis in the joint space.In this paper,we present a zonotope-based iterative method and a simplified capability zonotope to analyze the operational-space wrench and acceleration capability of MCDRs.In the iterative method,the capability generated by some cables can be iteratively added to the initial capability zonotope based on the Minkowski sum.In the simplified zonotope capability representation,a threshold is put forward to reduce redundant vertices and faces with little volume loss.Finally,simulations on a 24 DOFs MCDR are performed to verify the effectiveness of the developed method.The results demonstrate that our iterative algorithm can easily generate the capability zonotope with a few MB ROM,while traditional operational wrench capability evaluation without our iterative algorithm needs 18432 GB ROM.Furthermore,our simplified representation reduces the vertices and faces from 1260 and 2516 to 88 and 172,respectively,but with only 3.3%volume loss,which decreases the constraints of the robot and is conducive to manipulability optimization and motion planning. | SHENG XinJun TANG Lei HUANG XinJia ZHU LiMin ZHU XiangYang GU GuoYing | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,10: | 1 |

| 5 | Antithrombotic Management of Atrial Fibrillation Patients Presenting with Coronary Artery Disease:A Consensus Document of the Chinese Society of Cardiology显示文摘The coexistence of coronary artery disease(CAD)and atrial fibrillation(AF)is common in clinical practice.Patients with CAD require antiplatelet therapy to reduce the occurrence of myocardial ischemic events.However,patients with AF at high risk of thromboembolism require oral anticoagulants to reduce the occurrence of thromboembolic events such as stroke.In cases where CAD coexists with AF,the combined use of antiplatelet and anticoagulation therapy can effectively reduce the risk of ischemic and thromboembolic events but increase the risk of bleeding at the same time.The optimal antithrombotic regimen in patients with both CAD and AF has been controversial in clinical practice.In recent years,the expert consensuses on antithrombotic therapy in patients with AF presenting with acute coronary syndrome and/or undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention have been successively released in Europe and North America,and have been updated in a timely manner.In contrast,the guidelines on antithrombotic therapies in China are lacking.Based on published clinical evidence,this consensus incorporated relevant international and Chinese guidelines,consensuses,and expert recommendations,and addressed the issues encountered in the clinical practice of antithrombotic therapy in patients with AF and different types of CAD.The current guideline is of great significance to guide treatment in patients with both CAD and AF in China. | Chinese Society of Cardiology of Chinese Medical Association Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Cardiology Zuyi Yuan Shulin Wu Yaling Han Peng Qu Shaowen Liu Changsheng Ma Yumei Xue Xinjun Lei | 2021 | Cardiology Discovery2021,1,1: | 1 |

Ligation mediated PCR has been carried out following the chemical cleavage. | 8 | Identification of Fishing State of Purse Seine Fishing Vessels Based on Multi-Indices显示文摘With the popularization of vessel satellite AIS(automatic identification system)equipment and the continuous improve-ment of the AIS data’s coverage,continuity and effectiveness,AIS has become an important data source to study the navigation char-acteristics of vessel groups.This study established an identification model to extract the fishing state and intensity information of fishing vessels,based on the AIS data of purse seine fishing vessels,combined with the variables of vessel position,speed and course.Expert experience,spatial statistics and data mining analysis methods were applied to establish the model,and the Western and Cen-tral Pacific Ocean areas were studied.The results showed that the overall accuracy of identification of the fishing state using Support Vector Machine method is higher,and the method has a good modeling effect.The spatial distribution characteristics of the vessels’fishing intensity based on AIS data showed a significant cluster distribution pattern.The obtained high-intensity fishing area can be used as a prediction of purse seine fishing grounds in the Western and Central Pacific areas.Through the processing and research of AIS data,this study provided important scientific support for the identification of fishing state of purse seine fishing vessels.The spatial fishing intensity of fishing vessels based on AIS data can also be used for the analysis of fishery resources and fishing grounds,and further serve the sustainable development of marine fisheries. | XU Zhenqi WANG Jintao ZHOU Cheng LEI Lin CHEN Xinjun LI Bin | 2023 | Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,6: | 0 |
| 9 | Effects of H_2O_2 and NO on Flower Development and AP1 Gene Expression of Off-season Longan显示文摘[Objective] T his study aimed to investigate the effects of H_2O_2 and NO on flower development and AP1 gene expression of off-season longan. [Method] N ine-year-old off-season Chuliang longan was sprayed with enhancers and blockers of H_2O_2 and NO to analyze dynamic changes of flower development and AP1 expression. [Result] T he expression level of AP1 gene in off-season longan was improved during flower development. SNP and MV treatments up-regulated the expression level of AP1 gene in leaves and terminal buds to varying degrees during lateral primordium formation. Especially,SNP treatment exhibited the most remarkable effect. DMTU treatment significantly inhibited the expression of AP1 gene in leaves and terminal buds during lateral primordium formation. L-NNA treatment slightly inhibited the expression of AP1 gene in leaves and exerted no significant effect on expression of AP1 gene in terminal buds. | 12 | Influence of environmental data of different sources on marine species habitat modeling:A case study for Ommastrephes bartramii in the Northwest Pacific Ocean显示文摘The quality of environmental data and its possible impact on the marine species habitat modelling are often overlooked while the sources for these data are increasing.This study selected sea surface temperature(SST)from two commonly used sources,the NOAA Ocean Watch and IRI/LDEO Climate Data Library,and then constructed habitat suitability index model to evaluate the influences of SST from the two sources on the outcomes of Ommastrephes bartramii habitat models for the months of July–October in the Northwest Pacific Ocean during 1996–2012.This study examined the differences in the amount of estimated unfavourable/favourable habitat area when the SST used for model building and inference were the same or different.Dynamics in suitable habitat area calculated from SST was insensitive to the two different SST products.In the fishing season of O.bartramii,the changes of magnitude and trend of monthly suitable habitat area in August and September were similar over time,whereas there were large differences for July and October.Importantly,there is a substantial lack of consistency in the O.bartramii habitat distribution based on SST of two sources.This study considered the sources of environmental data for habitat modelling and then inferred species habitat distribution whether by the same or different data source. | Lin Lei Jintao Wang Xinjun Chen | 2022 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,1: | 0 |
