| 2 | Structural and photoluminescent properties of ZnO films deposited by radio frequency reactive sputtering显示文摘Zinc oxide films with c-axis preferred orientation were deposited on silicon (100) substrates by radio frequency (RF) reactive sputtering. The properties of the sam- ples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and fluorescent-spectrophotometer. The effect of sputtering power and substrate temperature on the structural and photoluminescent (PL) properties of the ZnO films was investigated. The results indicated that when the sputtering power is 100 W and the substrate temperature is 300-400℃, it is suitable for the growth of high c-axis orientation and small strain ZnO films. | 12 | Analysis of functional hub genes indicates DLGAP5 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma prognosis显示文摘Introduction:The difficulty in treating lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)is caused by a shortage of knowledge about the biological mechanisms and a lack of treatment choices.Objectives:The aim of this study was to identify a valuable molecular target for the treatment of LUAD.Methods:Using multiple databases,we screened for hub genes in LUAD using Cytoscape and explored the expression and prognosis of DLG associated protein 5(DLGAP5)in LUAD.We investigated the genetic variation,functional enrichment,and epigenetic activity of DLGAP5.Furthermore,we evaluated the relationship between the tumor microenvironment(TME)and DLGAP5.Results:Our study identified 10 hub genes in LUAD:CDC45,KIAA0101,DLGAP5,CDT1,NCAPG,CCNB1,CDCA5,CDC20,KIF11,and AURKA.We discovered that DLGAP5 was overexpressed and associated with poor prognosis in LUAD.DLGAP5 exhibited an overall genetic variation frequency of 2%,and its DNA promoter was hypomethylated in LUAD(p<0.05).The expression of DLGAP5 in LUAD showed a positive correlation with the majority of N6-methyladenosine(m6A)-methylation genes.Additionally,DLGAP5 was primarily associated with the cell cycle in LUAD.Notably,there was a significant favorable association between DLGAP5 and CD274,CTLA4,HAVCR2,and LAG3 in LUAD.Conclusion:DLGAP5 may be a therapeutic target for LUAD,as it affects cancer cells proliferation and development through the regulation of cell-cycle checkpoints and modulation of immune cell infiltration and immune checkpoints in the TME. | HAOSHENG ZHENG RUIJUN LIN WEIJIE CAI YUZHEN ZHENG XINGPING YANG ZUI LIU FEI QIN YONGJIE CAI XIANYU QIN HONGYING LIAO | 2023 | BIOCELL2023,47,11: | 0 |

| 14 | Effect of Trap Space Layout on Trapped Number of Spodoptera litura in Tobacco Field显示文摘[Objectives] This study was to find out the effect of trap space layout on the trapped number of Spodoptera litura in tobacco field. [Methods]From2015 to 2017,investigations were made using different hanging heights,distances( densities) and equidistant plane layout in the tobacco planting area in central Guizhou Province. [Results] The trapped number of S. litura was different at different hanging heights of the trap,and some had the difference reached the5% significant level in the trapped number. The optimum hanging height was 1. 5-2. 0 m. The trapping effect was the best at the field layout distance of20. 0-30. 0 m( density of 5-8 traps/hm^2). Under the conditions of even distribution at the equal distance between traps of 40.0 m in the field,the accumulated trapped number of S. litura from April to August was in the order of outer ring > central ring > inner ring,presenting the zonal distribution. The difference in the trapped numbers was significant among different rings,reaching the 5% significant level. | 15 | Generation and metabolomic characterization of functional ductal organoids with biliary tree networks in decellularized liver scaffolds显示文摘Developing functional ductal organoids(FDOs)is essential for liver regenerative medicine.We aimed to construct FDOs with biliary tree networks in rat decellularized liver scaffolds(DLSs)with primary cholangiocytes isolated from mouse bile ducts.The developed FDOs were dynamically characterized by functional assays and metabolomics for bioprocess clarification.FDOs were reconstructed in DLSs retaining native structure and bioactive factors with mouse primary cholangiocytes expressing enriched biomarkers.Morphological assessment showed that biliary tree-like structures gradually formed from day 3 to day 14.The cholangiocytes in FDOs maintained high viability and expressed 11 specific biomarkers.Basal-apical polarity was observed at day 14 with immunostaining for E-cadherin and acetylatedα-tubulin.The rhodamine 123 transport assay and active collection of cholyl-lysyl-fluorescein exhibited the specific functions of bile secretion and transportation at day 14 compared to those in monolayer and hydrogel culture systems.The metabolomics analysis with 1075 peak pairs showed that serotonin,as a key molecule of the tryptophan metabolism pathway linked to biliary tree reconstruction,was specifically expressed in FDOs during the whole period of culture.Such FDOs with biliary tree networks and serotonin expression may be applied for disease modeling and drug screening,which paves the way for future clinical therapeutic applications. | Jiaxian Chen Shiwen Ma Hui Yang Xi Liang Heng Yao Beibei Guo Deying Chen Jing Jiang Dongyan Shi Jiaojiao Xin Keke Ren Xingping Zhou Yun Li Lei Geng Jun Li | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,8: | 0 |
