| 1 | High mobility organic semiconductors for field-effect transistors显示文摘Organic field-effect transistors(OFETs) are attracting more and more attention due to their potential applications in low-cost, large-area and flexible electronic products. Organic semiconductors(OSCs) are the key components of OFETs and basically determine the device performance. The past five years have witnessed great progress of OSCs. OSCs used for OFETs have made rapid progress, with field-effect mobility much larger than that of amorphous silicon(0.5?1.0 cm2/(V s)) and of up to 10 cm2/(V s) or even higher. | 2 | Capturing and storage of CO_2 by micron-nano minerals:Evidence from the nature显示文摘The increase of CO2 in atmosphere is a main factor leading to 'greenhouse effect', which causes more and more serious global environmental problems. The reduction of CO2 is a challenge for the survival of human beings, and it is also a big technical problem. CO2 fluid-rock interaction is a key scientific problem involved in geo-logical storage. The CO2 fluid-rock interaction has a variety of multi-scale changes. Due to great differences in the quantity of surface atoms and surface energy between micron-nano-sized minerals, and ions and crystals, the speed and efficiency of CO2 fluid-rock interaction on a micron-nano scale are much higher than those on other scales. As is known from the natural world, the micron-nano structures of pores and the surface chemical modification of natural porous minerals (zeolite, diatomite, sepiolite, palygorskite, halloysite, etc.) should be further investigated, which can be used as the micron-nano -mineral porous materials with high capacity and high efficiency for capturing CO2. Through simulating the adsorption capacity and process of CO2 by minerals in the natural world, the micron-nano technology is applied to calcium- and magnesium-based minerals (olivine, pyroxene, feldspar, clay, etc.) so as to improve the activity of calcium and magnesium and enlarge the reaction contact area. In this way, the efficiency of capturing and storage of CO2 by calcium- and magnesium-based minerals can be greatly improved. | 3 | Cosmogenic nuclide burial age of the Sanying Formation and its implications显示文摘The Pliocene fluvial/lacustrine sediments of the Sanying Formation lie along the Red River fault and its northwest extension;their majority outcrops appear around Eryuan.The Sanying Formation is characterized by multiple intercalated coal layers and its unconformities contact with the underlying Triassic limestone and the overlying Quaternary coarse sediments.Cosmogenic nuclide burial dating confirms the Pliocene age of the Sanying Formation.The burial ages of the overlying Quaternary sediments provide the lower age limit of the Sanying Formation:2 Ma.Detrital zircon U-Pb age distribution suggests provenance of the Sanying Formation traced to the Songpan-Ganzi flysch belt.From the spatial distribution as well as sedimentary and fault ages,we found a strong connection of the Sanying Formation with the Red River and the Jianchuan faults.We therefore propose that activation of the Red River and the Jianchuan faults during the Late Miocene resulted in subsidence of basins in the extensional areas around Eryuan and in the middle to south segments of the Red River fault.The basins were filled with water carried by the Jinsha River and overflow-lakes formed within the basins where the Sanying Formation was deposited.Most of the lakes were dried and sedimentation of the Sanying Formation ceased due to the uplift of the Yunling Mountains,which forced rerouting of the Jinsha River at the beginning of Quaternary. | ZHENG Yong JIA Jun NIE XiKe KONG Ping | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,6: | 4 |
| 4 | Embedding differential privacy in decision tree algorithm with different depths显示文摘Differential privacy(DP) has become one of the most important solutions for privacy protection in recent years. Previous studies have shown that prediction accuracy usually increases as more data mining(DM)logic is considered in the DP implementation. However, although one-step DM computation for decision tree(DT) model has been investigated, existing research has not studied the scenarios when the DP is embedded in two-step DM computation, three-step DM computation until the whole model DM computation. It is very challenging to embed DP in more than two steps of DM computation since the solution space exponentially increases with the increase of computational complexity. In this work, we propose algorithms by making use of Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) method, which can efficiently search a computationally infeasible space to embed DP into DT generation algorithm. We compare the performance when embedding DP in DT with different depths, i.e., one-step DM computation(previous work), two-step, three-step and the whole model. We find that the deep combination of DP and DT does help to increase the prediction accuracy. However, when the privacy budget is very large(e.g., ? = 10), this may overwhelm the complexity of DT model, and the increasing trend is not obvious.
