2Characteristics of black carbon aerosol in Jiaxing,China during autumn 2013显示文摘We conducted measurements of black carbon(BC) aerosol in Jiaxing,China during autumn from September 26 to November 30,2013.We investigated temporal and diurnal variations of BC,and its correlations with meteorological parameters and other major pollutants.Results showed that hourly mass concentrations of BC ranged from 0.2 to 22.0 μg/m^3,with an average of 5.1 μg/m^3.The diurnai variation of BC exhibited a bimodal distribution,with peaks at 07:00 and 18:00.The morning peak was larger than the evening peak.The mass percentages of BC in PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) were 7.1%and 4.8%,respectively.The absorption coefficient of BC was calculated to be 44.4 Mm^(-1),which accounted for 11.1%of the total aerosol extinction.BC was mainly emitted from local sources in southwestern Jiaxing where BC concentrations were generally greater than 11 μg/m^3 during the measurement period.Correlation analysis indicated that the main sources of BC were motor vehicle exhaust,and domestic and industrial combustion.Lijuan Shen Li Li Sheng Lu Xiaohan Zhang Jie Liu Junlin An Guojun Zhang Bo Wu Fei Wang 2015Particuology2015,13,3:2
3Polymeric Complex Nanoparticles Enable the Fabrication of Mechanically Superstrong and Recyclable Poly(aryl ether sulfone)-based Polymer Composites显示文摘It is a long-term pursuit,and also,a challenge to significantly improve the mechanical strength of thermoplastic polymers using readily dispersed polymers as nanofillers.In this study,we demonstrated that in situ formed carboxylic acid-functionalized poly(aryl ether sulfone)(PAES-COOH)/polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVPON)complex nanoparticles can significantly enhance the mechanical strength of PAES-COOH by mixing PAES-COOH with a small fraction of PVPON.The PAES-COOH/PVPON10%composite,which contained∼10 wt%PVPON,exhibited a tensile strength of∼104.8 MPa and Young’s modulus of∼932.2 MPa,which were∼2.0 and∼1.7 times higher than those of the PAES-COOH,respectively.The PAES-COOH/PVPON nanoparticles which were uniformly dispersed in PAES-COOH matrices and had strong hydrogen-bonding interactions with PAES-COOH,served as nanofillers to reinforce the mechanical strength of the PAES-COOH.The PAES-COOH/PVPON_(10%)composites possessed excellent solvent-assisted healability,and the fractured composites could be healed to restore their original mechanical strength.Meanwhile,the PAES-COOH/PVPON_(10%)composites could be recycled multiple times,and yet retained their shape integration and their original mechanical strength.Xingyuan Lu Yuchao Luo Yixuan Li Chunyang Bao Xiaohan Wang Ni An Guibin Wang Junqi Sun 2020CCS Chemistry2020,2,1:1
4The development of perturbation model for fringe field in Open XAL and its application in beam commissioning of CSNS显示文摘Background The China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)accelerator employs Open XAL as the control software in beam commissioning.The main magnets of CSNS/RCS have serious fringe field effect;however,there is not corresponding model for fringe field in Open XAL.Purpose The purpose is to develop a suitable model for fringe field and append to the online model of Open XAL.Methods On the basis of the requirements of beam commissioning and model features of Open XAL,a perturbation model was developed to correct the effect of fringe field.Results The comparison of the parameters calculated by slice model with the values obtained from Open XAL with perturbation model showed the validity of the model.Furthermore,with the response matrix method,the values obtained from Open XAL with perturbation model were very close to the measured response matrices,which showed the accuracy of the model.Conclusion The perturbation model is effective for correcting the fringe field effect in Open XAL.Xiaohan Lu Jianliang Chen Shouyan Xu Ming-Yang Huang Yuwen An Sheng Wang 2018Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2018,2,2:1
5A review of validation methods for building energy modeling programs显示文摘Building energy simulation analysis plays an important supporting role in the conservation of building energy.Since the early 1980s,researchers have focused on the development and validation of building energy modeling programs(BEMPs)and have basically formed a set of systematic validation methods for BEMPs,mainly including analytical,comparative,and empirical methods.Based on related papers in this field,this study systematically analyzed the application status of validation methods for BEMPs from three aspects,namely,sources of validation cases,comparison parameters,and evaluation indicators.The applicability and characteristics of the three methods in different validation fields and different development stages of BEMPs were summarized.Guidance were proposed for researchers to choose more suitable validation methods and evaluation indicators.In addition,the current development trend of BEMPs and the challenges faced by validation methods were investigated,as well as the existing progress of current validation methods under this trend was analyzed.Subsequently,the development direction of the validation method was clarified.Xin Zhou Ruoxi Liu Shuai Tian Xiaohan Shen Xinyu Yang Jingjing An Da Yan 2023Building Simulation2023,16,11:0
6Dual Nanofillers-Reinforced Noncovalently Cross-Linked Polymeric Composites with Unprecedented Mechanical Strength显示文摘Noncovalentlycross-linkedpolymermaterials through healing,recycling,and reprocessing can reduce materials consumption and alleviate environmental pollution.However,it remains a huge challenge to fabricate super-strong noncovalently cross-linked polymer materials with mechanical strength comparable to high-performance engineering polymers.Herein,healable and reprocessable noncovalently cross-linked polymer compositeswith an unprecedented mechanical strength are fabricated by complexation of polyacrylic acid(PAA),polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVPON),and carbonized polymer dots(CPDs)(denoted as PAA-PVPON-CPDs).The incorporation of 15 wt%CPDs generates PAA-PVPON-CPDs compositeswith a tensile strength of∼158 MPa and Young’s modulus of∼8.2GPa.Servingas nanofillers,theCPDs can establish strong interactions with polymers in PAA-PVPON composites.The CPDs and the in situ-formed PAAPVPON nanoparticles work in concert to significantly strengthen the PAA-PVPON-CPDs composites to an unprecedented strength.The PAA-PVPON-CPDs composites exhibit excellent impact resistance and damage tolerance because of the high mechanical strength of the composites and the energy dissipation mechanism of the CPDs and PAA-PVPON nanoparticles.Moreover,the fractured PAA-PVPON-CPDs composites can be healed to restore their original mechanical strength.Ni An Youliang Zhu Xiaohan Wang Yixuan Li Junjun Liu Xu Fang Zhongyuan Lu Bai Yang Junqi Sun 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,10:0
7Time-Domain Protection for Transmission Lines Connected to Wind Power Plant based on Model Matching and Hausdorff Distance显示文摘The system impedance instability,high-order harmonics,and frequency offset are main fault characteristics of wind power system.Moreover,the measurement angle of faulty phase is affected by rotation speed frequency component,which causes traditional directional protections based on angle comparison between voltage and current to operate incorrectly.In this paper,a time-domain protection for connected to wind power plant based on model matching is proposed,which compares the calculated current and the measured current to identify internal faults and external faults.Under external faults,the calculated current and measured current waveform are quite similar because the protected transmission lines is equivalent to a lumped parameter model and the model itself is not damaged.However,the similarity of calculated current and measured current is quite low,due to destroyed integrity of model under internal faults.Additionally,Hausdorff distance is introduced to obtain the similarity of the calculated current and measured current.Since the proposed protection scheme is applied in time domain,it is independent from current frequency offsets of wind energy system,high-order harmonics,and system impedance variations.Comprehensive case studies are undertaken through Power Systems Computer Aided Design(PSCAD),while simulation results verify the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed approach in fault identification.Hongchun Shu Xiaohan Jiang Pulin Cao Na An Xincui Tian Bo Yang 2021Energy Engineering2021,118,1:0

9Photocatalytic water splitting of ternary graphene-like photocatalyst for the photocatalytic hydrogen production显示文摘In recent times,there has been an increasing demand for energy which has resulted in an increased consumption of fossil fuels thereby posing a number of challenges to the environment.In the course finding possible solutions to this environmental canker,solar photocatalytic water splitting to produce hydrogen gas has been identified as one of the most promising methods for generating renewable energy.To retard the recombination of photogenerated carriers and improve the efficiency of photocatalysis,the present paper reports a facile method called the hydrothermal method,which wa s used to prepare ternary graphene-like photocatalyst.A“Design Expert”was used to investigate the influence of the loading weight of Mo and GO as well as the temperature of hydrothermal reaction and their interactions on the evolution of hydrogen(H 2)in 4 h.The experimental results showed that the ternary graphene-like photocatalyst has a strong photocatalytic hydrogen production activity compared to that of pure SiC.In particular,the catalyst added 2.5 wt%of GO weight yielded the highest quantum of 21.69%at 400-700 nm of wavelength.The optimal evolution H2 in 4 h conditions was obtained as follows:The loading weight of Mo was 8.19 wt%,the loading weight of GO was 2.02 wt%,the temperature of the hydrothermal reaction was 200.93℃.Under the optimum conditions,the evolution of H2 in 4h could reach 4.2030 mL.Yan Zhang Yuyan Zhang Xue Li Xiaohan Zhao Cosmos Anning John Crittenden Xianjun Lyu 2020Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2020,14,4:0
