| 1 | Rapid screening detection of fluoroquinolone residues in milk based on turn-on fluorescence of terbium coordination polymer nanosheets显示文摘We report a facile, effective and rapid screening method for the determination of total fluoroquinolones(FQs) in milk using lanthanide coordination polymer nanomaterials as the sensing platform. The nonluminescent coordination polymer nanosheets(CPNSs) used in this work are composed of adenosine monophosphate(AMP) and terbium(Tb^(3+)) ions(AMP/Tb CPNSs). The as-prepared CPNSs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and fluorescence techniques. Tb^(3+) acts as the center ion of the coordination polymer, with AMP assembled through phosphate and amine groups. However, the reaction between FQs and AMP/Tb CPNSs noticeably turns on the fluorescence due to the strong coordination interaction between FQs and Tb^(3+). Under optimized conditions, the fluorescence intensity of AMP/Tb at 545 nm shows a linear relationship with FQ concentrations between 0.04 μmol/L and 5.0 μmol/L. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of the intraday precision is below 1%, and detection limits are as low as 0.01 μmol/L. | 5 | Single-shot real-time compressed ultrahigh-speed imaging enabled by a snapshot-to-video autoencoder显示文摘Single-shot 2 D optical imaging of transient scenes is indispensable for numerous areas of study.Among existing techniques,compressed optical-streaking ultrahigh-speed photography(COSUP)uses a cost-efficient design to endow ultrahigh frame rates with off-the-shelf CCD and CMOS cameras.Thus far,COSUP’s application scope is limited by the long processing time and unstable image quality in existing analytical-modeling-based video reconstruction.To overcome these problems,we have developed a snapshot-to-video autoencoder(S2 V-AE)—which is a deep neural network that maps a compressively recorded 2 D image to a movie.The S2 V-AE preserves spatiotemporal coherence in reconstructed videos and presents a flexible structure to tolerate changes in input data.Implemented in compressed ultrahigh-speed imaging,the S2 V-AE enables the development of single-shot machine-learning assisted real-time(SMART)COSUP,which features a reconstruction time of 60 ms and a large sequence depth of 100 frames.SMART-COSUP is applied to wide-field multiple-particle tracking at 20,000 frames per second.As a universal computational framework,the S2 V-AE is readily adaptable to other modalities in high-dimensional compressed sensing.SMART-COSUP is also expected to find wide applications in applied and fundamental sciences. | XIANGLEI LIU JOÃO MONTEIRO ISABELA ALBUQUERQUE YINGMING LAI CHENG JIANG SHIAN ZHANG TIAGO H.FALK JINYANG LIANG | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,12: | 0 |

| 7 | Studies on reaction mechanisms and distinct chemiluminescence from cyanoimino neonicotinoids triggered by peroxymonosulfate in advanced oxidation processes显示文摘In this study, we proposed a novel method to investigate the advanced oxidation process of neonicotinoids(NNIs) from the perspective of concomitant chemiluminescence(CL) reaction. It was found that in the presence of cobalt ions with cyanoimino NNIs, acetamiprid(ACE) and thiacloprid(THI), could promote peroxymonosulfate and Ru(bpy)_(3)^(2+) to produce strong CL, but no CL occurred with nitro-involved NNIs as alternatives. Experimental dada from UV absorption spectra and chemiluminescence spectra suggested that new cyclic compounds might be formed during the reaction. Based on the results of free radical scavenging experiment and mass spectra, a new degradation and reaction mechanism of cyanoiminocontaining NNIs was proposed. ACE or THI were first attacked by SO_(4)^(·-) to form benzyl radicals, which in turn reacted with the carbon atoms of cyano group through electrophilic addition reaction in the formation of intramolecular ring. Then a redox reaction between Ru(bpy)_(3)^(3+) and imino group immediately took place with CL emission(610 nm).
