| 1 | Directional Electromagnetic Interference Shielding Based on Step-Wise Asymmetric Conductive Networks显示文摘Some precision electronics such as signal transmitters need to not only emit effective signal but also be protected from the external electromagnetic(EM)waves.Thus,directional electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials(i.e.,when the EM wave is incident from different sides of the sample,the EMI shielding effectiveness(SE)is rather different)are strongly required;unfortunately,no comprehensive literature report is available on this research field.Herein,Nicoated melamine foams(Ni@MF)were obtained by a facile electroless plating process,and multiwalled carbon nanotube(CNT)papers were prepared via a simple vacuum-assisted self-assembly approach.Then,step-wise asymmetric poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)composites consisting of loose Ni@MF layer and compact CNT layer were successfully fabricated via a facile solution encapsulation approach.The step-wise asymmetric structures and electrical conductivity endow the Ni@MF/CNT/PBAT composites with unprecedented directional EMI shielding performances.When the EM wave is incident from Ni@MF layer or CNT layer,Ni@MF-5/CNT-75/PBAT exhibits the total EMI SE(SET)of 38.3 and 29.5 dB,respectively,which illustrates theΔSET of 8.8 dB.This work opens a new research window for directional EMI shielding composites with step-wise asymmetric structures,which has promising applications in portable electronics and next-generation communication technologies. | Bai Xue Yi Li Ziling Cheng Shengdu Yang Lan Xie Shuhao Qin Qiang Zheng | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,1: | 3 |
| 2 | Reactivities of d^0 transition metal complexes toward oxygen:Synthetic and mechanistic studies显示文摘Transition metals such as Fe in porphyrin complexes are known to bind or react with O2,and such reactions are critical to many biological functions and catalytic oxidation using O2.The transition metals in these reactions often contain valence d electrons,and oxidation of metals is an important step.In recent years,reactions of O2 with d0 transition metal complexes such as Hf(NR2)4(R=alkyl) have been used to make metal oxide thin films as insulating gate materials in new microelectronic devices.This feature article discusses our recent studies of such reactions and the formation of TiO2 thin films.In contrast to the reactions of many dn complexes where metals are often oxidized,reactions of d0 complexes such as Hf(NMe2)4 and Ta(NMe2)4(SiR3) with O2 usually lead to the oxidation of ligands,forming,e.g.,-ONMe2 and -OSiR3 from-NMe2 and-SiR3 ligands,respectively.Mechanistic and theoretical studies of these reactions have revealed pathways in the formation of the metal oxide thin films as microelectronic materials. | CHEN ShuJian ZHANG XinHao LIN ZhenYang WU YunDong XUE ZiLing | 2009 | Science China Chemistry2009,52,11: | 2 |
| 3 | Synthesis and characterization of poly(pyrazolyl)borate tantalum amide complexes and their reactivities toward oxygen显示文摘Reaction of TaCl(NMe2)4 (1) with KTp* [Tp* = tris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)borohydride] yields two products: Tp*Ta(NMe2)4 (2), in which one N atom of the Tp* ligand binds to Ta, and [Tp*Ta(NMe2)4]· 2KTp* (3) where three N atoms of the Tp* ligand in [Tp*Ta(NMe2)4] (2a) bind to Ta. Addition of excess 1 to 3 did not exclude KTp*. Further reaction of 2 with oxygen affords Tp*BH(NMe2) (4). TpTa(NMe2)4 (5) has been synthesized by a similar procedure through the reaction of 1 with TpK [Tp=tris(pyrazolyl)borohydride]. | 5 | Hierarchical Ni-plated melamine sponge and MXene film synergistically supported phase change materials towards integrated shape stability,thermal management and electromagnetic interference shielding显示文摘Along with the integrated and miniaturized development of advanced electronic devices,phase change materials(PCMs)simultaneously with efficient thermal management and high electromag-netic interference(EMI)shielding effectiveness(SE)are ungently demanded.Herein,the shape-stabilized MXene/Ni-platted melamine sponge/Regenerated cellulose/Graphene nanoplate/Polyethylene glycol(MX/Ni@MS/RCG/PEG)composite PCMs comprising hierarchical Ni@MS/RCG and MXene film were fabricated via a facile encapsulation approach.Hierarchical Ni@MS/RCG hybrid aerogel was prepared by electroless plating and sol-gel methods,and MXene film was obtained using vacuum-assisted filtra-tion procedure.The synergistic effect of conductive Ni@MS/RCG networks and tight MXene film endows MX/Ni@MS/RCG/PEG composite PCMs with good shape stability,high cyclic reliability,large latent heat of phase change(154.3 J g^(–1)),excellent thermal conductivity(TC,0.47 W m^(–1)K^(–1))and favorable EMI shield-ing performance(32.7 dB).The TC of acceptable 0.47 W m^(–1)K^(–1)is observed for MX/Ni@MS/RCG-5/PEG at a rather low GNP content of merely 0.39 wt%.In addition,the temperature variation of MX/Ni@MS/RCG-5/PEG is a lot faster than that of pure PEG in the heating/cooling process,revealing the remarkable energy storage and release efficiency for the composite PCMs.This investigation has taken an important step to-wards shape-stabilized composite PCMs with both effective thermal management and high EMI SE for promising applications in electronic packaging and advanced energy. | Ziling Cheng Guojun Chang Bai Xue Lan Xie Qiang Zheng | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,1: | 1 |

| 9 | Genome-Wide Identification of the F-box Gene Family and Expression Analysis under Drought and Salt Stress in Barley显示文摘The F-box protein-encoding gene family plays an essential role in plant stress resistance.In present study,126 non-redundant F-box genes were identified in barley(Hordeum vulgare L.,Hv).The corresponding proteins contained 165–887 amino acid residues and all were amphiphilic,except 5 proteins.Phylogenetic analysis of F-box protein sequences in barley and stress-related F-box protein sequences in wheat and Arabidopsis thaliana(At)was used to classify barley F-box genes are divided into 9 subfamilies(A–I).A structure-based sequence alignment demonstrated that F-box proteins were highly conserved with a total of 10 conserved motifs.In total,124 F-box genes were unevenly distributed on 7 chromosomes;another 2 genes have not been anchored yet.The gene structure analysis revealed high variability in the number of exons and introns in F-box genes.Comprehensive analysis of expression profiles and phylogenetic tree analysis,a total of 12 F-box genes that may be related to stress tolerance in barley were screened.Of the 12 detected F-box genes,8 and 10 were upregulated after drought and salt stress treatments,respectively,using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).This study is the first systematic analysis conducted on the F-box gene family in barley,which is of great importance for clarifying this family’s bioinformatic characteristics and elucidating its function in barley stress resistance.These results will serve as a theoretical reference for subsequent research on molecular regulation mechanisms,genetic breeding,and improvement. | Lantian Zhang Siyi Wang Yuyu Chen Mengyuan Dong Yunxia Fang Xian Zhang Tao Tong Ziling Zhang Junjun Zheng Dawei Xue Xiaoqin Zhang | 2020 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,2: | 0 |
