| 1 | Earthquake relocation and 3-dimensional crustal structure of P-wave velocity in cen-tral-western China显示文摘采用中国中西部地区(2l°~36°N,98°~112°E)193个地震台在1992~1999年间记录到的9988次地震的Pg和Sg震相走时的读数资料,用Roecker的SPHYPIT90程序,反演了该地区三维地壳P波速度结构,并用SPHREL3D90程序进行了地震的重新定位.反演结果揭示了中国中西部地区地震P波速度结构明显的横向不均匀性,这些不同深度上波速的横向变化多以该地区的活动断裂为分界线.可以看出活动断裂两侧存在明显的速度反差.通过重新定位,得到了6459次地震的震源参数,这些精确定位的地震震中明显沿该区活动断裂呈现条带状分布,其范围和尺度清晰地表示了这一地区地震活动与活动断裂的紧密关系.其中,82%重新精确定位的事件的震源深度在20km以内.这一结果与笔者用双差地震定位法得到的重新定位的震源深度分布相一致. | 杨智娴 于湘伟 郑月军 陈运泰 倪晓晞 Winston CHAN | 2004 | 地震学报2004,26,1: | 26 |

| 7 | Endothelial dysfunction as a predictor of cardiovascular disease in type 1 diabetes显示文摘Macro and microvascular disease are the main cause of morbi-mortality in type 1 diabetes(T1DM).Although there is a clear association between endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes,a cause-effect relationship is less clear in T1 DM.Although endothelial dysfunction(ED) precedes atherosclerosis,it is not clear weather,in recent onset T1 DM,it may progress to clinical macrovascular disease.Moreover,endothelial dysfunction may either be reversed spontaneously or in response to intensive glycemic control,long-term exercise training and use of statins.Acute,long-term and post-prandial hyperglycemia as well as duration of diabetes and microalbuminuria are all conditions associated with ED in T1 DM.The pathogenesis of endothelial dysfunction is closely related to oxidative-stress.NAD(P)H oxidase over activity induces excessive superoxide production inside the mitochondrial oxidative chain of endothelial cells,thus reducing nitric oxide bioavailability and resulting in peroxynitrite formation,a potent oxidant agent.Moreover,oxidative stress also uncouples endothelial nitric oxide synthase,which becomes dysfunctional,inducing formation of superoxide.Other important mechanisms are the activation of both the polyol and protein kinase C pathways as well as the presence of advanced glycation end-products.Future studies are needed to evaluate the potential clinical applicability of endothelial dysfunction as a marker for early vascular complications in T1 DM. | Marcello C Bertoluci Gislaine V Cé Antonio MV da Silva Marco V Wainstein Winston Boff Marcia Punales | 2015 | World Journal of Diabetes2015,6,5: | 5 |

| 15 | 血管生成素-1对猪慢性缺血心肌中功能性新生血管增生的促进作用显示文摘目的对比血管生成素-1(angiopoietin-1,ANG-1)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在猪慢性心肌缺血模型中的促血管再生效果。方法利用Ameroid血管压缩环建立26只猪慢性心肌缺血研究模型,4周后分成3组:腺病毒携带ANG-1组(Ad ANG-1,n=9),腺病毒携带VEGF组完全恢复灌注术后4周仍然保持缺血状态(Ad VEGF,n=10)和空载体对照组(n=7)。分别在腺病毒介导的基因移植4和12周后,利用荧光微球法测定缺血心肌的局部血流量,并同时进行免疫组化检测。结果基因移植后4周,Ad ANG-1组左心室心肌缺血区的灌注量[(3.25±0.16)m Lmin-1g-1]明显高于Ad VEGF组[(1.09±0.13)m Lmin-1g-1]和对照组[(1.20±0.03)m Lmin-1g-1](P<0.05)。基因移植后12周,Ad ANG-1组和Ad VEGF组的左心室缺血区心肌微血管密度分别为(19.61±1.76)/0.572 mm2心肌组织和(18.17±1.43)/0.572 mm2心肌组织,均明显高于对照组的(13.53±0.92)/0.572 mm2心肌组织(P<0.05)。但就直径50~100μm小动脉密度而言,Ad ANG-1组较空载体对照组显著增加[(1.9±0.4)/0.572 mm2心肌组织切面vs.(0.7±0.2)/0.572 mm2心肌组织切面,P<0.05],而VEGF组与空载体对照组相较则无明显差异。Ad ANG-1组增加了心肌微血管的密度进而提高了局部心肌灌注。结论 VEGF和ANG-1基因转移均可促进血管再生,但只有ANG-1可以促进功能性小血管的再生,从而稳定有效地增加了心肌灌注,并为心功能的改善提供了必要的组织解剖学基础。 | 李伟 Winston Ng Shim Eugene Kwangwei Sim | 2018 | 复旦学报(医学版)2018,45,3: | 4 |
