1用遗传算法进行多流股换热器网络综合的研究显示文摘建立了多流股换热器网络综合数学模型,该模型改进了文献中等温混合的不合理假设。多流股换热器网络综合问题本质上是一个混合整数非线性规划问题(MINLP),这类问题的非凸非线性的特性使得目标函数存在多个局部最优解。传统的基于梯度的搜索方法在处理这类问题时由于计算规模庞大且极易陷于局部最优解而不再适用,而遗传算法却为解决这类问题提供了很有希望的一个方向。因而对遗传算法求解多流股换热器网络综合问题进行了研究,提出了可以自动产生可行的多流股换热器网络的方法策略,最后通过两个例题说明所提方法是可行的。魏关锋 姚平经 罗行 Roetzel Wilfried 2003高校化学工程学报2003,17,4:19

3电化学法快速测定茶多酚含量的研究显示文摘基于电化学循环伏安法,讨论了3种低成本自制工作电极——银电极、碳糊电极和玻碳电极在茶多酚含量测定应用上的可行性。通过分析茶多酚在电极表面的氧化还原行为,发现所制银电极不适宜检测茶多酚,碳糊电极、玻碳电极的氧化电流峰值与茶多酚含量有良好的线性关系。所制玻碳电极测定绿茶茶样中的茶多酚含量的重复性和准确性较碳糊电极好。与国标方法相比,碳糊电极、玻碳电极检测茶多酚所需时间大大缩短。结果表明,电化学方法可应用于茶多酚含量的快速测定,从而为快速、低价、便捷检测茶多酚提供一条新思路。朱丹 须海荣 Martial Geiser Mario Bernabei Wilfried Andlauer 2011茶叶科学2011,31,3:16

5应用BioMod集成多种模型研究物种的空间分布——以铁杉在中国的潜在分布为例显示文摘新型统计方法和多源、多尺度空间信息数据的产生促进了物种空间分布模型的快速发展。不同的物种空间分布模型在生态学理论的运用以及前提假设上存在差异。选用不同的模型方法和输入数据会带来预测结果的不确定性。对比并集成多个物种空间分布模型,同时利用多组输入数据可降低预测的不确定性,提高物种分布模拟的精度。本文以中国特有种铁杉(Tsuga chinensis)为例,运用基于R语言开发的BioMod软件包对比9个物种空间分布模型对铁杉的模拟效果。最后以曲线下面积(ROC)为权重集成9个模型的模拟结果,产生和筛选最佳的铁杉潜在空间分布图。研究发现随机森林模型(RF)的模拟效果最好,其次是多元适应回归样条函数模型(MARS)和广义相加模型(GAM),模拟效果最差的是表面分布区分室模型(SRE)。模型集成结果显示,最适宜铁杉分布的区域集中在中国的西南及四川盆地周围,其次零星分散于华南和台湾部分地区。这一结果与前人对铁杉自然分布的描述和研究结果较为吻合。研究进一步表明,通过模型的集成能有效地降低由于单个模型所带来的模拟结果不确定性,从而提高模拟的精度和效果。毕迎凤 许建初 李巧宏 Antoine Guisan Wilfried Thuiller Niklaus E.Zimmermann 杨永平 杨雪飞 2013植物分类与资源学报2013,35,5:16

7Synthesis of Large-scale Multistream Heat Exchanger Networks Based on Stream Pseudo Temperature显示文摘Effective temperature level of stream, namely stream pseudo temperature, is determined by its actual temperature and heat transfer temperature difference contribution value. Heat transfer temperature difference con-tribution value of a stream depends on its heat transfer film coefficient, cost per unit heat transfer area, actual tem-perature, and so on. In the determination of the suitable heat transfer temperature difference contribution values of the stream, the total annual cost of multistream heat exchanger network (MSHEN) is regarded as an objective func-tion, and genetic/simulated annealing algorithm (GA/SA) is adopted for optimizing the heat transfer temperature difference contribution values of the stream. The stream pseudo temperatures are subsequently obtained. On the ba-sis of stream pseudo temperature, optimized MSHEN can be attained by the temperature-enthalpy (T-H) diagram method. This approach is characterized with fewer decision variables and higher feasibility of solutions. The calcu-lation efficiency of GA/SA can be remarkably enhanced by this approach and more probability is shown in search-ing the global optimum solution. Hence this approach is presented for solving industrial-sized MSHEN which is difficult to deal by traditional algorithm. Moreover, in the optimization of stream heat transfer temperature differ-ence contribution values, the effects of the stream temperature, the heat transfer film coefficient, and the construc-tion material of heat exchangers are considered, therefore this approach can be used to optimize and design heat exchanger network (HEN) with unequal heat transfer film coefficients and different of construction materials. The performance of the proposed approach has been demonstrated with three examples and the obtained solutions are compared with those available in literatures. 8空腹血糖受损人群炎症标志物与胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞功能受损的相关性分析显示文摘目的:探讨空腹血糖受损(IFG)人群的炎症标志物与胰岛素抵抗(IR)、胰岛β细胞功能的相关性。方法:以IFG组为研究对象,2型糖尿病组(T2DM)和健康正常组(HC)为对照,分析IFG人群炎症指标如超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、血沉(ESR)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、单核细胞/淋巴细胞比值(MLR)和血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)与糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、胰岛素代谢指标[空腹胰岛素(FINS)、稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和稳态模型评估胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)]等的相关性。结果:3组炎症指标Hs-CRP、NLR和ESR之间有差异(均P<0.05);IFG组Hs-CRP与FPG、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR均呈正相关(r分别为0.330、0.270、0.387、0.330,均P<0.05),与HOMA-β呈负相关(r为-0.387,P<0.05));NLR与FPG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR均呈正相关(r分别为0.218、0.363、0.336,均P<0.05),与HOMA-β呈负相关(r为-0.289,P<0.05)。结论:IFG人群的炎症标志物Hs-CRP、NLR与胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞功能受损具有相关性。张晓莉 梁书卉 Sam Wilfried Noel 王阳 孙续国 郑芳 2020天津医科大学学报2020,26,3:10

12Data-driven estimates of global nitrous oxide emissions from croplands显示文摘Croplands are the single largest anthropogenic source of nitrous oxide(N2O) globally, yet their estimates remain difficult to verify when using Tier 1 and 3 methods of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC). Here, we re-evaluate global cropland-N2O emissions in 1961–2014, using N-rate-dependent emission factors(EFs) upscaled from 1206 field observations in 180 global distributed sites and high-resolution N inputs disaggregated from sub-national surveys covering 15593 administrative units. Our results confirm IPCC Tier 1 default EFs for upland crops in 1990–2014, but give a ~15% lower EF in 1961–1989 and a ~67% larger EF for paddy rice over the full period. Associated emissions(0.82 ±0.34 Tg N yr–1) are probably one-quarter lower than IPCC Tier 1 global inventories but close to Tier 3 estimates. The use of survey-based gridded N-input data contributes 58% of this emission reduction, the rest being explained by the use of observation-based non-linear EFs. We conclude that upscaling N2O emissions from site-level observations to global croplands provides a new benchmark for constraining IPCC Tier 1 and 3 methods. 13A dual positional specific lipoxygenase functions in the generation of flavor compounds during climacteric ripening of apple显示文摘Lipoxygenase(LOX)is an important contributor to the formation of aroma-active C6 aldehydes in apple(Malus×domestica)fruit upon tissue disruption but little is known about its role in autonomously produced aroma volatiles from intact tissue.We explored the expression of 22 putative LOX genes in apple throughout ripening,but only six LOXs were expressed in a ripening-dependent manner.Recombinant LOX1:Md:1a,LOX1:Md:1c,LOX2:Md:2a and LOX2:Md:2b proteins showed 13/9-LOX,9-LOX,13/9-LOX and 13-LOX activity with linoleic acid,respectively.While products of LOX1:Md:1c and LOX2:Md:2b were S-configured,LOX1:Md:1a and LOX2:Md:2a formed 13(R)-hydroperoxides as major products.Site-directed mutagenesis of Gly567 to an alanine converted the dual positional specific LOX1:Md:1a to an enzyme with a high specificity for 9(S)-hydroperoxide formation.The high expression level of the corresponding MdLOX1a gene in stored apple fruit,the genetic association with a quantitative trait locus for fruit ester and the remarkable agreement in regio-and stereoselectivity of the LOX1:Md:1a reaction with the overall LOX activity found in mature apple fruits,suggest a major physiological function of LOX1:Md:1a during climacteric ripening of apples.While LOX1:Md:1c,LOX2:Md:2a and LOX2:Md:2b may contribute to aldehyde production in immature fruit upon cell disruption our results furnish additional evidence that LOX1:Md:1a probably regulates the availability of precursors for ester production in intact fruit tissue.Doreen Schiller Carolina Contreras Jörg Vogt Frank Dunemann Bruno G Defilippi Randolph Beaudry Wilfried Schwab 2015Horticulture Research2015,2,1:6

16Mesenchymal stem cells as a therapeutic tool to treat sepsis显示文摘Sepsis is a clinical syndrome caused by a deregulated host response to an infection. Sepsis is the most frequent cause of death in hospitalized patients. Although knowledge of the pathogenesis of sepsis has increased substantially during the last decades, attempts to design effective and specific therapiestargeting components of the derailed host response have failed. Therefore, there is a dramatic need for new and mechanistically alternative therapies to treat this syndrome. Based on their immunomodulatory properties, adult mesenchymal stem or stromal cells(MSCs) can be a novel therapeutic tool to treat sepsis. Indeed, MSCs reduce mortality in experimental models of sepsis by modulating the deregulated inflammatory response against bacteria through the regulation of multiple inflammatory networks, the reprogramming of macrophages and neutrophils towards a more antiinflammatory phenotype and the release of antimicrobial peptides. 17UGT74AF3 enzymes specifically catalyze the glucosylation of 4-hydroxy-2,5-dimethylfuran-3(2H)-one,an important volatile compound in Camellia sinensis显示文摘4-Hydroxy-2,5-dimethylfuran-3(2H)-one(HDMF)is an important odorant in some fruits,and is proposed to play a crucial role in the caramel-like notes of some teas.However,its biosynthesis and metabolism in tea plants are still unknown.Here,HDMF glucoside was unambiguously identified as a native metabolite in tea plants.A novel glucosyltransferase UGT74AF3a and its allelic protein UGT74AF3b specifically catalyzed the glucosylation of HDMF and the commercially important structural homologues 2(or 5)-ethyl-4-hydroxy-5(or 2)-methylfuran-3(2H)-one(EHMF)and 4-hydroxy-5-methylfuran-3(2H)-one(HMF)to their correspondingβ-D-glucosides.Site-directed mutagenesis of UGT74AF3b to introduce a single A456V mutation resulted in improved HDMF and EHMF glucosylation activity and affected the sugar donor preference compared with that of the wild-type control enzyme.The accumulation of HDMF glucoside was consistent with the transcript levels of UGT74AF3 in different tea cultivars.In addition,transient UGT74AF3a overexpression in tobacco significantly increased the HDMF glucoside contents,and downregulation of UGT74AF3 transcripts in tea leaves significantly reduced the concentration of HDMF glucoside compared with the levels in the controls.The identification of HDMF glucoside in the tea plant and the discovery of a novel-specific UDP-glucose:HDMF glucosyltransferase in tea plants provide the foundation for improvement of tea flavor and the biotechnological production of HDMF glucoside.Yongxian Chen Xiangyang Guo Ting Gao Na Zhang Xiaochun Wan Wilfried Schwab Chuankui Song 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:6
