1Distinct element method analysis and field experiment of soil resistance applied on the subsoiler显示文摘Since the design of the subsoiler is a complex work,the interaction between the subsoiler and soil was investigated by using Distinct Element Method(DEM)in this study.Based on the traditional discrete element theory,the 3D model of soil particles and the subsoiler were established after considering the liquid bridge force between soil particles.The operating resistance curves of the subsoiler were achieved after the DEM simulation at a speed of 1 m/s,and three depths of 180 mm,220 mm and 260 mm,respectively.The simulation curves agreed well with the field experimental results based on relative errors of 2.96%,14.95%and 7.15%,respectively,at three depths.All these data proved that it was feasible and favorable to analyze the performance of the subsoiler by using the DEM and it is of important significance for studying and further optimizing the structure of the subsoiler.Li Bo Liu Fanyi Mu Junying Chen Jun Han Wenting 2014International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014,7,1:9
2Overexpression of CmSOS1 confers waterlogging tolerance in Chrysanthemum显示文摘Plants experiencing hypoxia(a shortage of oxygen)are unable to maintain aerobic respiration,which leads to an energy and carbohydrate deficit.The pervasive and rapid accumulation of ethylene is an early and reliable response to hypoxic stress(Sasidharan and Voesenek 2015),producing an uptick in the accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS).This in turn triggers apoptosis in root cortex cells,eventually leading to the formation of lysigenous aerenchyma,a tissue from which ethylene is readily lost(Loreti et al.2016).In plants exposed to prolonged waterlogging,group VII ethylene response factors operate to activate the suite of genes required to establish anaerobic metabolism(Gibbs et al.2011);some of these genes are also modulated by ROS(Narsai et al.2011;Sasidharan and Voesenek 2015).The transcriptional activation of genes encoding group VII ethylene response factors is regulated by the hypoxia response attenuator 1(HRA1)protein(Pucciariello and Perata 2017).A link between the oxygen sensing and ROS signaling has been established involving the hypoxia‐responsive universal stress protein 1(HRU1),which interacts with the respiratory burst oxidase homolog D(RBOHD)(Gonzali et al.2015).Salinity also tends to induce ROS production(You and Chan 2015).Lijun Wang Jiaojiao Gao Zixin Zhang Weimiao Liu Peilei Cheng Wenting Mu Tong Su Sumei Chen Fadi Chen Jiafu Jiang 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,8:1
3miR-335-5p regulates the proliferation,migration and phenotypic switching of vascular smooth muscle cells in aortic dissection by directly regulating SP1显示文摘Uncontrolled proliferation,migration and phenotypic switching of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs)are important steps in the development and progression of aortic dissection(AD).The function and potential mechanism of miR-335-5p in the pathogenesis of AD are explored in this study.Specifically,the biological function of miR-335-5p is explored in vitro through CCK-8,Transwell,immunofluorescence,EdU,wound-healing,RT-qPCR and western blotting assays.In addition,an AD model induced by angiotensin II is used to investigate the function of miR-335-5p in vivo.A dual-luciferase assay is performed to verify the targeting relationship between miR-335-5p and specificity protein 1(SP1).Experiments involving the loss of SP1 function are performed to demonstrate the function of SP1 in the miR-335-5p-mediated regulation of human aortic-VSMCs(HA-VSMCs).AD tissues and platelet-derived growth factor BB(PDGF-BB)-stimulated HA-VSMCs show significant downregulation of miR-335-5p expression and upregulated SP1 expression.Overexpression of miR-335-5p effectively suppresses cell proliferation,migration and synthetic phenotype markers and enhances contractile phenotype markers induced by PDGF-BB treatment.Additionally,SP1 is identified as a target gene downstream of miR-335-5p,and its expression is negatively correlated with miR-335-5p in AD.Upregulation of SP1 partially reverses the inhibitory effect of miR-335-5p on HA-VSMCs,whereas the downregulation of SP1 has the opposite effect.Furthermore,Ad-miR-335-5p clearly suppresses aorta dilatation and vascular media degeneration in the AD model.Our results suggest that miR-335-5p inhibits HA-VSMC proliferation,migration and phenotypic switching by negatively regulating SP1,and indicate that miR-335-5p may be a potential therapeutic target in AD.Runwei Ma Dayong Zhang Yi Song Jichang Kong Chunjie Mu Pin Shen Wenting Gui 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,7:0
