1Frequency-dependent rupture process,stress change,and seismogenic mechanism of the 25 April 2015 Nepal Gorkha M_w 7.8 earthquake显示文摘On 25 April 2015,an M_w 7.8 earthquake occurred on the Main Himalaya Thrust fault with a dip angle of^7° about77 km northwest of Kathmandu,Nepal.This Nepal Gorkha event is the largest one on the Himalayan thrust belt since 1950.Here we use the compressive sensing method in the frequency domain to track the seismic radiation and rupture process of this event using teleseismic P waves recorded by array stations in North America.We also compute the distribution of static shear stress changes on the fault plane from a coseismic slip model.Our results indicate a dominant east-southeastward unilateral rupture process from the epicenter with an average rupture speed of ~3 km s^(-1).Coseismic radiation of this earthquake shows clear frequency-dependent features.The lower frequency(0.05-0.3 Hz) radiation mainly originates from large coseismic slip regions with negative coseismic shear stress changes.In comparison,higher frequency(0.3-0.6 Hz) radiation appears to be from the down-dip part around the margin of large slip areas,which has been loaded and presents positive coseismic shear stress changes.We propose an asperity model to interpret this Nepal earthquake sequence and compare the frequency-dependent coseismic radiation with that in subduction zones.Such frequency-dependent radiation indicates the depth-varying frictional properties on the plate interface of the Nepal section in the main Himalaya thrust system,similar to previous findings in oceanic subduction zones.Our findings provide further evidence of the spatial correlation between changes of static stress status on the fault plane and the observed frequency-dependent coseismic radiation during large earthquakes.Our results show that the frequency-dependent coseismic radiation is not only found for megathrust earthquakes in the oceanic subduction environment,but also holds true for thrust events in the continental collision zone.YIN JiuXun YAO HuaJian YANG HongFeng LIU Jing QIN WeiZe ZHANG HaiJiang 2017Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,4:7

3Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators显示文摘The notion of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) is a generalization of that of the Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy set. The fundamental characteristic of IVIFS is that the values of its membership function and non-membership function are intervals rather than exact numbers. There are various averaging operators defined for IVIFSs. These operators are not monotone with respect to the total order of IVIFS, which is undesirable. This paper shows how such averaging operators can be represented by using additive generators of the product triangular norm, which simplifies and extends the existing constructions. Moreover, two new aggregation operators based on the ukasiewicz triangular norm are proposed, which are monotone with respect to the total order of IVIFS. 4Pharmacognostic Identification of Yi Medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae显示文摘[Objectives] To identify original plant and traits of Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae,and provide experimental data for its identification and application. [Methods] The original plant,traits,and microscopic identification were used. [Results] Essential identification characteristics of Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae: small leaf was 1-2. 5 cm long,while the gynophore was 4-8mm long when bearing fruit; traits mainly included characteristic odor,strong and bitter taste,and spicy flavor; microscopic exclusive identifying characteristics: rich aleurone grain in the root; leaf had lysigenous secretory cavity,and non-glandular hairs and oil droplets were common. [Conclusions] Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae( Ebazema) has distinctive identifying characteristics in original plant,traits,and microscopic tissues. 6Comprehensive Evaluation on Impacts of Diseases on Quality of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis Based on Ultraviolet and Infrared Spectra显示文摘[Objectives] The research aimed to evaluate impacts of diseases on quality of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis. [Methods]Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine and contrast content of total saponins in root,stem and leaf from healthy and diseased plants. Infrared characteristic absorption peaks of healthy and diseased plants were found by infrared fingerprint method for comparative analysis.[Results]Total saponins content in root sample J4 of healthy plant reached 4. 89% and was the highest,while it was 0. 13% in stem sample J11 of healthy plant and was the lowest. Total saponins content in root sample B1 of diseased plant was 1. 68% and was the highest,while it was 0. 1% in stem sample B7 of diseased plant and was the lowest. In healthy and diseased plants,total saponins content in root was significantly higher than that in stem and leaf. Content of total saponins in root from healthy plant was significantly higher than that from diseased plant,and there was little difference in stem and leaf of healthy and diseased plants. Root sample Jg of healthy plant had obvious C-O characteristic vibration of polysaccharides and glycosides and absorption peak of O-H bending vibration in steroidal saponin near 1 160. 02 cm-1,while diseased plant had no obvious absorption peak. Near 861. 97 and 768. 07 cm-1,root sample Jg of healthy plant had significant C-C stretching vibration in sugar ring and characteristic absorption peak of characteristic vibration of steroidal saponin,while root sample Bg of diseased plant had no obvious characteristic peak. 8Determination of Inorganic Elements in Paris daliensis H.Li et V.G.Souku and Paris dulongensis H.Li et S.Kuritap by ICP-OES显示文摘[Objectives] To determine 29 kinds of inorganic elements in samples of Paris daliensis H.Li et V.G.Souku and P. dulongensis H.Li et S.Kuritap produced in different regions, and to measure the content of 10 key inorganic elements: chromium(Cr), manganese(Mn), iron(Fe), copper(Cu), mercury(Hg), zinc(Zn), arsenic(As), antimony(Sr), cadmium(Cd) and lead(Pb). [Methods] The wet digestion and technique of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) were employed. [Results] Under the experimental conditions, elements were not related to each other, and many kinds of elements could be measured at the same time; toxic and heavy metals in samples of P. daliensis H.Li et V.G.Souku and P. dulongensis H.Li et S.Kuritap did not exceed the limit; Hg was not detected in all samples. [Conclusions] This method is simple, easy to operate and reproducible. 13Determination of Moisture, Ash, Extract Content and TLC identification of Tibetan Medicinal Material Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim.显示文摘[Objectives] The moisture, ash and extract content of Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim. were measured.[Methods] The moisture, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and extract content of D. tanguticum Maxim collected from 16 producing areas were detected by using the methods in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition, volume I), and D. tanguticum Maxim. was identified by thin layer chromatography in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition, volume I).[Results] The moisture content of D. tanguticum Maxim collected from 16 producing areas ranged from 8.68% to 10.36%, averaging 9.28%. The content of total ash was between 7.21% and 11.60%, averaging 9.89%. The content of acid-insoluble ash was 0.21%-2.71%, averaging 1.51%. The extract content (water-soluble) was 26.67%-42.91%, averaging 32.65%. According to the results of TLC identification, the 16 samples and reference substance had the same characteristic spots at the corresponding positions.[Conclusions] It was recommended that the moisture, total ash and acid-insolue ash content of D. tanguticum Maxim were not be more than 11%, 12%, and 3% respectively, while the extract content was not less than 26%. 16A restoration method using dual generate adversarial networks for Chinese ancient characters显示文摘Ancient books that record the history of different periods are precious for human civilization.But the protection of them is facing serious problems such as aging.It is significant to repair the damaged characters in ancient books and restore their original textures.The requirement of the restoration of the damaged character is keeping the stroke shape correct and the font style consistent.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a new restoration method based on generative adversarial networks.We use the shape restoration network to complete the stroke shape recovery and the font style recovery.The texture repair network is responsible for reconstructing texture details.In order to improve the accuracy of the generator in the shape restoration network,we use the adversarial feature loss(AFL),which can update the generator and discriminator synchronously to replace the traditional perceptual loss.Meanwhile,the font style loss is proposed to maintain the stylistic consistency for the whole character.Our model is evaluated on the datasets Yi and Qing,and shows that it outperforms current state-of-the-art techniques quantitatively and qualitatively.In particular,the Structural Similarity has increased by 8.0%and 6.7%respectively on the two datasets.Benpeng Su Xuxing Liu Weize Gao Ye Yang Shanxiong Chen 2022Visual Informatics2022,6,1:0
17A deep insight into the structural characteristics of Yilan oil shale kerogen through selective oxidation显示文摘The structural characteristics of oil shale are important to its application.In this work,a deep insight into the structural characteristics of Yilan oil shale kerogen(YLK)was studied using alkali-oxygen oxidation at different times and ruthenium ion catalyzed oxidation(RICO).The results indicate that YLK is gradually converted to humic acids(HAs),water-soluble acids(WSAs),carboxylic acids(CAs),CO_(2)and H_(2)O.^(13)C NMR analyses of YLK,residues and HAs indicate that C-O bonds,especially C_(ar)-O bonds of YLK,are easily cleaved.The condensed aromatic rings and long alkyl chains are difficult to be oxidized during the oxidation process.With increasing oxidation time,the molar fraction of aromatic bridgehead carbon(Xb)of YLK and the residues increases from 0.174 to 0.201,and that of HAs increases from 0.225 to 0.267.The result indicates that the aromatic structures of YLK are composed of 1-ring aromatic clusters(26.5%),2-ring aromatic clusters(67.1%)and 3 or more-ring aromatic clusters(6.4%).Also,the average methylene chain(Cn)of YLK and the residues increases from 2.0 to 5.1,and that of HAs increases from 1.3 to 2.7,indicating that the alkyl chain length is not average but has a distribution.2.5%methylene carbons exist as long n-alkyl chains in the alkyl side chains groups(SCGs)on the aromatic rings in YLK.The carbon number of SCGs ranges from 5 to 22,and C_(15)and C_(17)are predominant.3.8%methylene carbons exist as alkyl bridges linkages(BLs)connecting aromatic rings in YLK.The carbon number of BLs connecting aromatic rings ranges from 6 to 19,and C_(8)is predominant.Because of the existence of above long n-alkyl chains,93.7%methylene carbons in YLK exist as alkyl chains with an average length of 1.84.Qian Wang Yucui Hou Weize Wu Yupeng Wang Qing Liu Shuhang Ren 2019Carbon Resources Conversion2019,2,3:0
18Multi objective optimization method for collision safety of networked vehicles based on improved particle optimization显示文摘The crashworthiness and energy absorption optimization of automobile structure is an importantresearch content of the modern automobile industry. Facing the problem that traditionaloptimization methods are difficult to find the optimal solution for multi-objective parametersof vehicle structure crashworthiness problem, a multi-objective optimization method of vehiclecrash safety based on improved particle swarm optimization is proposed. Through the collectionand optimization of vehicle collision safety parameters, the vehicle structure performance isimproved, and the vehicle regression model is constructed. Using this method, the front-endstructure reinforcement of the vehicle is taken as the design variable. In order to realize themulti-objective optimization design method of vehicle collision safety, the multi-objective optimizationparameters of vehicle frontal collision and offset collision are taken as the objectivefunction. 19Evaluation on Quality and Utilization Value of Bupleurum falcatum Linne显示文摘[Objectives]This study aimed to evaluate the quality of Bupleurum falcatum Linne interplanted with walnut in Ganluo and study the development and utilization value of other parts.[Methods]The contents of saikosaponins a and d were determined with RP-HPLC,and the contents of 7 kinds of harmful elements were determined by ICP-MS.The quality of B.falcatum Linne was compared with that of other Bupleurum species.[Results]The total saikosaponin content in Radix Bupleurum Falcatum(15.894 mg/g)was higher than that in Radix Bupleuri of other origins(8.748 mg/g).The total saikosaponin content in leaves of B.falcatum Linne(7.518 mg/g)is more than twice the limit promulgated by Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The contents of Al,Cr,Cu,As,Cd,Pb and Hg in B.falcatum Linne were all lower than the limits promulgated by the pharmacopoeia.In short,the quality of Radix Bupleurum Falcatum was better than that of Radix Bupleurum Marginatum(S3,S4)and Radix Bupleurum Sachalinense(S5).The leaves of B.falcatum Linne contained more saikosaponins and less harmful elements.[Conclusions]The method and technology of interplanting B.falcatum Linne with walnut in Ganluo are mature.The quality of the medicinal materials produced is superior,and the leaves are also rich in saikosaponins a and d,and can be used as the raw material for extracting saikosaponins a and d.This study provides a basis for further in-depth research on the cultivation of B.falcatum Linne in the domestic market.Risha WEIZE Yisong LI Yuan LIU Zhifeng ZHANG Hua QIU Kedu MUGA Yuming GAO Ying LI 2020Medicinal Plant2020,11,6:0
20Screening for congenital heart defects: diversified strategies in current China显示文摘background Congenital heart defects(CHD)is the most common type of birth defect and a leading cause of infant mortality in China.Detection of CHD during newborn is still challenging.The contradiction between the increasingly mature technology of diagnosis and treatment and the inability of early detection is the biggest current dilemma.A few pilot studies attempt to establish the universal screening for CHD in newborns;however,the rate of misdiagnosis is still high in most Chinese hospitals,especially in some undeveloped middle-western regions.Data sources Based on the recent publications on screening of congenital heart diseases in China.We reviewed the use of diversified screening strategies in current China.results Prenatal diagnosis by fetal echocardiography and postnatal detection by pulse oximetry combined with clinical assessment are the useful methods for CHD screening in most areas.The altitude should be taken into account when using pulse oximetry in the middle-western areas of China,where the incidence of CHD maybe higher.Echocardiography is suitable for CHD screening in almost all areas but it could add to financial burden in the developing regions.Genetic analysis could assist clinical doctors to perform more earlier screening and give better counseling regarding the outcome.Due to disparities in economic and medical resources,the screening system should be carried out from multiple perspectives according to the present economic development.Notably,follow-up is an important issue in the screening of CHD,especially for the asymptomatic babies who discharged home.Policies should be formulated to address the epidemiology of CHD in deprived areas to better allocate medical resources and to develop local training programmes to screen and diagnose CHD.Conclusions Diversified strategies are available in current China.The two-indicator method for CHD screening is recommended to be implemented in routine postnatal care.We can do more in screening for CHD in the future.Xiwang Liu Weize Xu Jiangen Yu Qiang Shu 2019World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2019,2,1:0
