| 1 | Pathogenesis of hepatitis B virus infection显示文摘Infection with hepatitis B virus (HBV) leads to a wide spectrum of clinical presentations ranging from an asymptomatic carrier state to self-limited acute or fulminant hepatitis to chronic hepatitis with progression to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Infection with HBV is one of the most common viral diseases affecting man. Both viral factors as well as the host immune response have been implicated in the pathogenesis and clinical outcome of HBV infection. In this review, we will discuss the impact of virus-host interactions for the pathogenesis of HBV infection and liver disease. | 3 | Ionic liquids:Functionalization and absorption of SO_2显示文摘Room-temperature ionic liquids(ILs), which have excellent properties, such as high gas absorption abilities, extremely low volatility and tunable structures, are regarded as environmentally-friendly absorbents and widely used in SO_2 absorption and separation. As a result, a large number of ILs have been synthesized to capture SO_2 from flue gas or simulated gas, but a part of them just have physical interaction with SO_2 and can hardly absorb SO_2 when the content of SO_2 is very low. Hence, functional ILs, which can chemically absorb a large amount of SO_2 with low contents, have been designed and synthesized for SO_2 capture. Up to now, many kinds of functional ILs were investigated for SO_2 absorption from flue gas. In this review, the functional ILs are classified into guanidinium based ILs, hydroxyl ammonium based ILs, imidazolium/pyridinium based ILs, quaternary ammonium based ILs, phosphonium based ILs, and other kinds of ILs according to their cations. The capacities of SO_2 absorption in these ILs, the mechanism of the absorption, and the ways to enhance the absorption are briefly introduced. The prospect of functional ILs for their application in SO_2 removal is presented. | 4 | Frequency-dependent rupture process,stress change,and seismogenic mechanism of the 25 April 2015 Nepal Gorkha M_w 7.8 earthquake显示文摘On 25 April 2015,an M_w 7.8 earthquake occurred on the Main Himalaya Thrust fault with a dip angle of^7° about77 km northwest of Kathmandu,Nepal.This Nepal Gorkha event is the largest one on the Himalayan thrust belt since 1950.Here we use the compressive sensing method in the frequency domain to track the seismic radiation and rupture process of this event using teleseismic P waves recorded by array stations in North America.We also compute the distribution of static shear stress changes on the fault plane from a coseismic slip model.Our results indicate a dominant east-southeastward unilateral rupture process from the epicenter with an average rupture speed of ~3 km s^(-1).Coseismic radiation of this earthquake shows clear frequency-dependent features.The lower frequency(0.05-0.3 Hz) radiation mainly originates from large coseismic slip regions with negative coseismic shear stress changes.In comparison,higher frequency(0.3-0.6 Hz) radiation appears to be from the down-dip part around the margin of large slip areas,which has been loaded and presents positive coseismic shear stress changes.We propose an asperity model to interpret this Nepal earthquake sequence and compare the frequency-dependent coseismic radiation with that in subduction zones.Such frequency-dependent radiation indicates the depth-varying frictional properties on the plate interface of the Nepal section in the main Himalaya thrust system,similar to previous findings in oceanic subduction zones.Our findings provide further evidence of the spatial correlation between changes of static stress status on the fault plane and the observed frequency-dependent coseismic radiation during large earthquakes.Our results show that the frequency-dependent coseismic radiation is not only found for megathrust earthquakes in the oceanic subduction environment,but also holds true for thrust events in the continental collision zone. | YIN JiuXun YAO HuaJian YANG HongFeng LIU Jing QIN WeiZe ZHANG HaiJiang | 2017 | Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,4: | 7 |

| 6 | Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators显示文摘The notion of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) is a generalization of that of the Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy set. The fundamental characteristic of IVIFS is that the values of its membership function and non-membership function are intervals rather than exact numbers. There are various averaging operators defined for IVIFSs. These operators are not monotone with respect to the total order of IVIFS, which is undesirable. This paper shows how such averaging operators can be represented by using additive generators of the product triangular norm, which simplifies and extends the existing constructions. Moreover, two new aggregation operators based on the ukasiewicz triangular norm are proposed, which are monotone with respect to the total order of IVIFS. [Methods] The original plant,traits,and microscopic identification were used. [Results] Essential identification characteristics of Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae: small leaf was 1-2. 5 cm long,while the gynophore was 4-8mm long when bearing fruit; traits mainly included characteristic odor,strong and bitter taste,and spicy flavor; microscopic exclusive identifying characteristics: rich aleurone grain in the root; leaf had lysigenous secretory cavity,and non-glandular hairs and oil droplets were common. [Conclusions] Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae( Ebazema) has distinctive identifying characteristics in original plant,traits,and microscopic tissues. | 8 | Effect of Applied Stresses on the Microstructure and Dissolution Behavior of Plasma Sprayed Wollastonite Coatings显示文摘Wollastonite coatings were deposited on the U-shape titanium alloy coupons by atmospheric plasma spraying.The effect of applied stresses on the microstructure and dissolution behavior of wollastonite coatings was investigated.The microstructure and composition of coatings were examined by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and electron diffraction spectroscopy(EDS).In addition,the dissolution behavior of coatings was evaluated by immersion in simulated body fluid(SBF).More apatite is observed on the surface of coatings under a tensile stress and a stress-free condition after immersion in the SBF solution,whereas almost no apatite can be found for the coatings under a compressive stress.The dissolution rate of coatings characterized by the pH changes and the ion concentration of Ca,Si and P in the SBF solution is lower under the compressive stress than those under a tensile stress or a stress-free condition.It can be concluded from the experimental results that the compressive stress inhibits the dissolution of wollastonite coatings and the formation of apatite,whereas a tensile stress enhances the two processes. | Wang Weize Liang Jiachun Xuan Fuzhen Hong Huoxing | 2012 | 稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1: | 2 |
| 9 | Boosted cascade of scattered rectangle features for object detection显示文摘This paper presents a variant of Haar-like feature used in Viola and Jones detection framework,called scattered rectangle feature,based on the common-component analysis of local region feature. Three common components,feature filter,feature structure and feature form,are extracted without concern-ing the details of the studied region features,which cast a new light on region feature design for spe-cific applications and requirements: modifying some component(s) of a feature for an improved one or combining different components of existing features for a new favorable one. Scattered rectangle feature follows the former way,extending the feature structure component of Haar-like feature out of the restriction of the geometry adjacency rule,which results in a richer representation that explores much more orientations other than horizontal,vertical and diagonal,as well as misaligned,detached and non-rectangle shape information that is unreachable to Haar-like feature. | 20 | Improved quadric surfaces recognition from scanned mechanical models显示文摘This paper presents a novel algorithm for identifying quadric surfaces from scanned mechanical models. We make several important improvements over the existing variational 3D shape segmentation framework, which utilizes Lloyd's iteration. First, instead of using randomized initialization(which likely falls into non-optimal minimum), the RANSAC-based initialization approach is adopted. Given a good initialization, our method converges quickly than previous approaches. Second, in order to enhance the stability and the robustness, we carefully modify the distortion-minimizing flooding algorithm by using seed regions instead of seed triangles. Third, the geometric constraints are introduced into the optimization framework. The segmentation quality is further improved.
