1亚洲人造地表覆盖遥感精细化分类与分布特征分析显示文摘人造地表覆盖是刻画人类活动对陆地表层生态系统影响的重要因素,具有高度动态、结构复杂和类型镶嵌等特征.由于当前缺乏有效的洲际尺度人造地表覆盖精细化遥感探测方法和高精度的数据产品,由此影响了城市化对区域气候、生态系统过程和全球环境变化影响评估的可靠性.本研究构建了人造地表覆盖等级层次结构分类系统,发展了基于2010年全球地表覆盖30m分辨率产品(GlobeLand30)的人造地表覆盖二级类型像元组分提取的技术方法,研发了亚洲2010年高精度城市建成区及其内部城市不透水地表和植被覆盖组分比例数据产品.基于多源数据融合和专家知识方法获取的城市建成区及其内部组分分类的总体精度为90.79%;城市内部不透水地表比例组分信息提取平均相对误差为0.87,总体上数据产品具有较高的质量和可靠性.遥感精细化信息提取局部误差与不同气候带城市建筑与植被镶嵌程度密切有关.遥感精细化分类表明,亚洲城市建成区面积181785.96km^2,占亚洲陆表面积的0.59%;城市内部结构组分中,城市不透水地表总面积为116504.72km^2,占亚洲城市建成区面积的64.09%,植被和裸土面积占34.56%.在空间上,城市不透水地表自东向西呈现集聚式、分散式和无显著分布特征三级梯度.中国、印度和日本等国家,城市不透水地表总面积排在前三位,分别占亚洲城市不透水地表面积的32.77%、16.10%和11.93%.研究发现,城市建成区内部不透水地表与植被覆盖组分比例与国家的经济发展程度及区域气候环境密切相关,对于经济较为发达的国家,城市建成区内部镶嵌类型中不透水地表比例相对较低,如韩国、新加坡城市不透水地表比例约为50~60%,公共绿地植被面积比例相对较高,而对于经济发展水平较低的国家,城市建成区内部镶嵌类型中城市不透水地表比例则接近或超过80%.城市建成区内不透水地表、植被组分及空间分布特征集中反映了亚洲地区人口集聚和经济发展水平以及对子流域环境健康状况影响程度.匡文慧 陈利军 刘纪远 XIANG WeiNing 迟文峰 LU DengSheng 杨天荣 潘涛 刘爱琳 2016中国科学:地球科学2016,46,9:13
2基于脉冲激励的地铁运营引起邻近建筑物内振动预测方法显示文摘根据振动系统传递特性,提出一种新的环境振动预测方法——实测脉冲传递函数预测方法。通过脉冲试验测得振源与邻近建筑物内测点的振动加速度,计算得到振动系统的振动响应传递函数;将实测的地铁运营振源的振动加速度代入传递函数公式,实现对建筑物内测点的振动加速度时程、频谱、1/3倍频程和z振级的预测。应用该方法预测隧道中心楼内测点振动加速度结果表明:隧道结构与隧道中心楼内测点振动加速度传递函数峰值频段为30~50Hz,隧道中心楼内振动加速度峰值频段为40~60Hz;土层和隧道中心楼基础结构对60Hz以上频段的振动具有很强的衰减作用,楼房基础结构有效地隔断了70Hz以上的高频振动。该方法可用于预测地铁运营引起的建筑物内振动。 Wang, Wenbin Liu, Weining Sun, Ning Li, Kefei Liu, Li 2012中国铁道科学2012,,4:12
3Liberation characteristics of coal middlings comminuted by jaw crusher and ball mill显示文摘The associated minerals make coal middlings possess a relatively high ash content.Subsequent liberation through size reduction can cause recovery increase.However,effect of comminution facilities on mineral liberation of middlings was ignored.This paper studied the liberation characteristics of middlings crushed with different kinds of fragmentation forces.Middlings of 3 mm+0.5 mm sampled from a dense medium cyclone were comminuted by a jaw crusher and a ball mill to 0.5 mm with similar size distribution respectively.The generating mechanism of fnes was also analyzed.Full densimetric analyses indicate that mineral liberation of the product crushed by the jaw crusher is better than that by the ball mill at each fraction.For sizes of 0.125 mm+0.074 mm and 0.074 mm,yields of the product with ash content 11%comminuted by jaw crusher are nearly 20%higher than that by the ball mill.Sectional micrographs observed by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)also show the same law for these two fractions and some intergrowth particles still exist in the fraction of 0.5 mm+0.25 mm.Xie Weining He Yaqun Zhu Xiangnan Ge Linhan Huang Yajun Wang Haifeng 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,5:12
4Remote sensing-based artificial surface cover classification in Asia and spatial pattern analysis显示文摘Artificial surfaces, characterized with intensive land-use changes and complex landscape structures, are important indicators of human impacts on terrestrial ecosystems. Without high-resolution land-cover data at continental scale, it is hard to evaluate the impacts of urbanization on regional climate, ecosystem processes and global environment. This study constructed a hierarchical classification system for artificial surfaces, promoted a remote sensing method to retrieve subpixel components of artificial surfaces from 30-m resolution satellite imageries(Globe Land30) and developed a series of data products of high-precision urban built-up areas including impervious surface and vegetation cover in Asia in 2010. Our assessment, based on multisource data and expert knowledge, showed that the overall accuracy of classification was 90.79%. The mean relative error for the impervious surface components of cities was 0.87. The local error of the extracted information was closely related to the heterogeneity of urban buildings and vegetation in different climate zones. According to our results, the urban built-up area was 18.18×104 km2, accounting for 0.59% of the total land surface areas in Asia; urban impervious surfaces were 11.65×104 km2, accounting for 64.09% of the total urban built-up area in Asia. Vegetation and bare soils accounted for 34.56% of the urban built-up areas. There were three gradients: a concentrated distribution, a scattered distribution and an indeterminate distribution from east to west in terms of spatial pattern of urban impervious surfaces. China, India and Japan ranked as the top three countries with the largest impervious surface areas, which respectively accounted for 32.77%, 16.10% and 11.93% of the urban impervious surface area of Asia. We found the proportions of impervious surface and vegetation cover within urban built-up areas were closely related to the economic development degree of the country and regional climate environment. Built-up areas in developed countries had relatively low impervious surface and high public green vegetation cover, with 50–60% urban impervious surfaces in Japan, South Korea and Singapore. In comparison, the proportion of urban impervious surfaces in developing countries is approaching or exceeding 80% in Asia. 5THz time-domain spectroscopy of amino acids显示文摘The optical characteristics of four kinds of amino acids (tyrosine, arginine, histidine and glutamine) filled with nitrogen at room temperature were studied by THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). Well-resolved absorption and refractive spectrums between 0.1 and 2.8 THz were obtained based on the physical model for extract-ing the optical parameters of materials in THz range. 7Influence of Danshen Injection on airway inflammation and CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T cells of asthmatic rats显示文摘Objective: To investigate the influence of Danshen Injection on airway inflammation and CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells(CD4+CD25+ Tr) of asthmatic rats, and elucidate the possible mechanism of Danshen Injection in treatment of asthma. Methods: 30 Wister rats were randomly divided into control group, asthma group and Danshen Injection treated group. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluids(BALF) were collected, and cytology studies were conducted. Lung tissues were obtained and pathologic analyses were done with hematoxylin and eosin stain(HE). Flow cytometry was used to detect the CD4+CD25+ Tr ratio in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs). Results: Total cell, the percentage of lymphocytes, neutrophils and eosinophils(Eos) in BALF of Danshen Injection-treated group were lower than that in asthma group(P ﹤ 0.05, P ﹤ 0.01). Compared with asthma group, less infiltration of inflammatory cells in lung tissues was observed in Danshen Injection-treated group. CD4+CD25+ Tr of asthma group was lower than that of control and Danshen Injection treated group (P ﹤ 0.05). 8TRDMT1 exhibited protective effects against LPS-induced inflammation in rats through TLR4-NF-κB/MAPK-TNF-αpathway显示文摘Background:Inflammation is a complex physiological and pathological process.Although many types of inflammation are well characterized,their physiological func-tions are largely unknown.tRNA aspartic acid methyltransferase 1(TRDMT1)has been implicated as a stress-related protein,but its intrinsic biological role is unclear.Methods:We constructed a Trdmt1 knockout rat and adopted the LPS-induced sepsis model.Survival curve,histopathological examination,expression of inflammatory fac-tors,and protein level of TLR4 pathway were analyzed.Results:Trdmt1 deletion had no obvious impact on development and growth.Trdmt1 de-letion slightly increased the mortality during aging.Our data showed that Trdmt1 strongly responded in LPS-treated rats,and Trdmt1 knockout rats were vulnerable to LPS treat-ment with declined survival rate.We also observed more aggravated tissue damage and more cumulative functional cell degeneration in LPS-treated knockout rats compared with control rats.Further studies showed upregulated TNF-αlevel in liver,spleen,lung,and serum tissues,which may be explained by enhanced p65 and p38 phosphorylation.Conclusions:Our data demonstrated that Trdmt1 plays a protective role in inflamma-tion by regulating the TLR4-NF-κB/MAPK-TNF-αpathway.This work provides useful information to understand the TRDMT1 function in inflammation.Zhengguang Li Xiaolong Qi Xu Zhang Lei Yu Lijuan Gao Weining Kong Wei Chen Wei Dong Lijun Luo Dan Lu Lianfeng Zhang Yuanwu Ma 2022Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2022,5,2:5
9Size distribution of wet crushed waste printed circuit boards显示文摘A wet impact crusher was used to breakdown waste printed circuit boards (PCB's) in a water medium. The relationship between the yield of crushed product and the operating parameters was established. The crushing mechanism was analyzed and the effects of hammerhead style, rotation speed, and inlet water volume on particle size distribution were investigated. The results show that the highest yield of 1 + 0.75 mm sized product was obtained with an inlet water volume flow rate of 5.97 m 3 /h and a smooth hammerhead turning at 1246.15 r/min. Cumulative undersize-product yield curves were fitted to a nonlinear function: the fitting correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998. 10Diffusion of Chloride Ions in Soils:I.Influences of Soil Moisture, Bulk Density and Temperature显示文摘Diffusion coefficients of chloride ions in four soils of different texture with varying effective moisture content and varying bulk density from 1.1 to 1.6 g cm3 under three different temperatures were determined by the diffusion-cell method using 36Cl-labelled CaCl2 solution. The results showed that activation energy decreased with water content, which indicated that the threshold for diffusion was lower at a higher soil moisture rate. Therefore, the diffusion coefficient (D) of chloride ions in soil increased consistently with soil moisture. Although a near linear increase in the diffusion coefficient with increasing soil moisture or bulk density in all the soils was observed, the increase rate in different soils was not the same. 11Conservation analysis of long non-coding RNAs in plants显示文摘Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) are gene regulators that have vital roles in development and adaptation to the environment in eukaryotes. However, the structural and evolutionary analyses of plant lncRNAs are limited. In this study, we performed an analysis of lncRNAs in five monocot and five dicot species. Our results showed that plant lncRNA genes were generally shorter and had fewer exons than protein-coding genes. The numbers of lncRNAs were positively correlated with the numbers of protein-coding genes in different plant species, despite a high range of variation. Sequence conservation analysis showed that the majority of lncRNAs had high sequence conservation at the intra-species and sub-species levels, reminiscent of protein-coding genes. At the inter-species level, a subset of lncRNAs were highly diverged at the nucleotide level, but conserved by position.Interestingly, we found that plant lncRNAs have identical splicing signals, and those which can form precursors or targets of miRNAs have a conservative identity in different species. We also revealed that most of the lowly expressed lncRNAs were tissue-specific, while those highly conserved were constitutively transcribed. Meanwhile, we characterized a subset of rice lncRNAs that were co-expressed with their adjacent protein-coding genes, suggesting they may play cis-regulatory roles. Despite the popularity of spontaneous urban farming activities in China,community gardens have not caught on as an ecologically and socially sustainable urban development strategy. 13Risk identification and risk mitigation during metro station construction by enlarging shield tunnel combined with cut-and-cover method显示文摘Constructing a metro station by enlarging shield tunnels combined with a mining/cut-and-cover method provides a new method to solve the contradictions of construction time limits of shield tunnels and stations. As a new-style construction method, there are several specific risks involved in the construction process. Based on the test section of Sanyuanqiao station on Beijing metro line 10, and combined with the existing methods of risk identification at present, including a review of world-wide operational experience of similar projects, the study of generic guidance on hazards associated with the type of work being undertaken, and discussions with qualified and experienced staff from the project team, etc., the specific risks during the construction process of the metro station constructed by enlarging shield tunnels combined with the cut-and-cover method are identified. The results show that the specific risks mainly come from three construction processes which include constructing upper enclosure structures, excavating the soil between shield tunnels and demolishing shield segments. Then relevant risk mitigation measures are put forward. 16The immunophilin CYCLOPHILIN28 affects PSII-LHCII supercomplex assembly and accumulation in Arabidopsis thaliana显示文摘In plant chloroplasts,photosystem II(PSII)complexes,together with light-harvesting complex II(LHCII),form various PSII-LHCII supercomplexes(SCs).This process likely involves immunophilins,but the underlying regulatory mechanisms are unclear.Here,by comparing Arabidopsis thaliana mutants lacking the chloroplast lumen-localized immunophilin CYCLOPHILIN28(CYP28)to wildtype and transgenic complemented lines,we determined that CYP28 regulates the assembly and accumulation of PSII-LHCII SCs.Compared to the wild type,cyp28 plants showed accelerated leaf growth,earlier flowering time,and enhanced accumulation of high molecular weight PSII-LHCII SCs under normal light conditions.The lack of CYP28 also significantly affected the electron transport rate.Blue native-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis revealed more Lhcb6 and less Lhcb4 in M-LHCII-Lhcb4-Lhcb6 complexes in cyp28 versus wild-type plants.Peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase(PPIase)activity assays revealed that CYP28 exhibits weak PPIase activity and that its K113 and E187 residues are critical for this activity.Mutant analysis suggested that CYP28 may regulate PSIILHCII SC accumulation by altering the configuration of Lhcb6 via its PPIase activity.Furthermore,the Lhcb6-P139 residue is critical for PSII-LHCII SC assembly and accumulation.Therefore,our findings suggest that CYP28 likely regulates PSII-LHCII SC assembly and accumulation by altering the configuration of P139 of Lhcb6 via its PPIase activity.Weining Zhu Linqing Xu Xiaoxia Yu Ying Zhong 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,4:2

18Investigation on induction brazing of profiled cBN wheel for grinding of Ti-6Al-4V显示文摘Profiled monolayer cBN wheel was induction brazed for grinding of titanium dovetail slot in this study.Aimed at acquiring a uniform temperature distribution along the profiled surface and reducing the thermal deformation of the brazed wheel,a finite element model was established to investigate the temperature uniformity during induction brazing.A suitable induction coil and the related working parameters were designed and chosen based on the simulation results.Ag-Cu-Ti alloy and cBN grains were applied in the induction brazing experiment.The results showed geometric deformation of the brazed wheel was no more than 0.01 mm and chemical reaction layer were found on the brazed joint interface.Further validation tests were carried out by grinding of Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy.Compared to the electroplated wheel,the brazed wheel showed better performance such as low specific grinding energy and good ground quality in grinding of Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy.Abrasion wear was found to be the main failure mode for the induction brazed wheel,while adhesion and grains pull-out were the main failure mode for the electroplated wheel.Qilin LI Kai DING Weining LEI Jiajia CHEN Qingshan HE Zhenzhen CHEN 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,4:2
