11Observer-Based Adaptive Fuzzy Tracking Control Using Integral Barrier Lyapunov Functionals for A Nonlinear System With Full State Constraints显示文摘A new fuzzy adaptive control method is proposed for a class of strict feedback nonlinear systems with immeasurable states and full constraints.The fuzzy logic system is used to design the approximator,which deals with uncertain and continuous functions in the process of backstepping design.The use of an integral barrier Lyapunov function not only ensures that all states are within the bounds of the constraint,but also mixes the states and errors to directly constrain the state,reducing the conservativeness of the constraint satisfaction condition.Considering that the states in most nonlinear systems are immeasurable,a fuzzy adaptive states observer is constructed to estimate the unknown states.Combined with adaptive backstepping technique,an adaptive fuzzy output feedback control method is proposed.The proposed control method ensures that all signals in the closed-loop system are bounded,and that the tracking error converges to a bounded tight set without violating the full state constraint.The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.Wei Zhao Yanjun Liu Lei Liu 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,3:0

13Application and safety assessment for nano-composite materials in food packaging显示文摘The technical breakthroughs and rapid developments in nanotechnologies enabling goods and products based on nanomaterials (NMs) has come to media and public attention as potentially one of the most significant technological advances of our time. Among these technical applications, nano-composite food packaging, which combines the NMs and conventional packaging, is at the forefront of applications in nanotechnologies, leading the whole industrial chain based on nanotechnologies with high speed development. Taking into account the status of the nano-composites applied in food packaging and present development trends, this review is focused on summarizing the basic applications of the nano-composites in food packaging as well as its risk assessment. 14Empirical analysis of airport network and critical airports显示文摘Air transport network, or airport network, is a complex network involving numerous airports. Effective management of the air transport system requires an in-depth understanding of the roles of airports in the network. Whereas knowledge on air transport network properties has been improved greatly, methods to find critical airports in the network are still lacking. In this paper, we present methods to investigate network properties and to identify critical airports in the network. A novel network model is proposed with airports as nodes and the correlations between traffic flow of airports as edges. Spectral clustering algorithm is developed to classify airports. Spatial distribution characteristics and intraclass correlation of different categories of airports are carefully analyzed. The analyses based on the fluctuation trend of distance-correlation and power spectrum of time series are performed to examine the self-organized criticality of the network. The results indicate that there is one category of airports which dominates the self-organized critical state of the network. Six airports in this category are found to be the most important ones in the Chinese air transport network. The flights delay occurred in these six airports can propagate to the other airports, having huge impact on the operation characteristics of the entire network. 15Synthesis of Mg-Al-carbonate layered double hydroxide by an atom-economic reaction显示文摘A clean method for preparing layered double hydroxides (LDHs) has been developed, featured by using the hydroxides of two different metals as starting materials by atom-economic reactions. The reactions were carried out under hydrothermal conditions in either a high pressure autoclave or a microwave digester. The compositions, structural parameters and thermal behavior of the resulting LDHs are very similar to those of materials produced by using the separate nucleation and aging steps (SNAS) method. The major advantage of the new method is that no by-product is produced, so that filtration and washing processes are unnecessary. 17The behaviors of ultra-low-gold-loaded catalysts (Au/ Ce02) for CO oxidation in the presence of water on the catalysts显示文摘The catalytic behavior of ultra-low-gold-loaded Au/CeO2 during CO oxidation was studied using HRTEM, TGA, in-situ FTIR, CO--TPD, O2-TPD, and O2-TPO. Herein, water, which facilitates CO oxidation, is present on the catalyst rather than obtained from the reactant gas. The experimental results show that the presence of water on the catalyst enhances the adsorption and activation of 02 to produce Oact on the catalyst surface, resulting in excellent catalytic activity. 18A Multi-Scale Thermal Analysis Method for Data Centers with Application in a Ship Data Center显示文摘Thermal analysis of data centers is in urgent need to ensure that computer chips remain below the critical temperature while the energy consumption for cooling can be reduced.It is difficult to obtain detailed hotspot locations and temperatures of chips in large data centers containing hundreds of racks or more by direct measurement.In this paper,a multi-scale thermal analysis method is proposed that can predict the temperature distribution of chips and solder balls in data centers.The multi-scale model is divided into six scales:room,rack,server,Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT),chip and solder ball.A concept of sub-model is proposed and the six levels are organized into four simulation sub-models.Sub-model 1 contains Room,Rack and Server(RRS);Sub-model 2 contains Server and IGBT(SI);Sub-model 3 contains IGBT and Chip(IC),and Sub-model 4 contains Chip and Solder-ball(CS).These four sub-models are one-way coupled by transmitting their results as boundary conditions between levels.The full-field simulation method is employed to verify the efficiency and accuracy of multi-scale simulation method for a single-rack data center.The two simulation results show that the highest temperature emerges in the same location.The Single-rack Full-field Model(SRFFM)costs 2.5 times more computational time than that with Single-rack Multi-scale Model(SRMSM).The deviation of the highest temperature of chips and solder balls are 1.57℃and 0.2℃between the two models which indicates that the multi-scale simulation method has good prospect in the data center thermal simulation.Finally,the multi-scale thermal analysis method is applied to a ship data center with 15 racks.DAI Yanjun ZHAO Jie SHI Jiwei WANG Wei TAO Wenquan 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,6:1
19Risk Assessment and Service Benefit Evaluation of Forestry Meteorological Disasters in Guangxi显示文摘In order to strengthen the construction of forestry meteorological service capacity and improve the quality of forestry meteorological services,the national forestry meteorological disaster risk survey and service benefit assessment were carried out from November 2016 to May2017. A total of 196 risk sites in Guangxi were collected by means of questionnaire survey,expert evaluation and field survey. The results showed that fire,pest and wind hazards are the main types of risk points in Guangxi. The survey showed that there were 77 monitoring stations around the disaster risk sites belonging to the Forestry Sector,which mainly monitor fire hazards,while other disasters had no monitoring point yet. Early warning facilities were still constantly improving. The meteorological disasters that affecting forestry production were drought,gale,and heavy rainfall,and the main meteorological hazard factors were temperature,wind speed,and precipitation. Forest fire prevention,forestry resources development and utilization,forestation and tending demand for meteorological services were relatively large. It was hoped that forestry meteorological service products would be obtained through telephone,SMS and early warning systems. In addition,experts objectivly evaluated the contribution rate of meteorological services in Guangxi. The contribution rate of forest meteorological services in the whole region was8. 41%. The scale of Guangxi's total forestry output value was 31. 478 billion yuan in 2016. According to the calculation of this value,the service benefit value had reached 2. 647 billion yuan.
