1Determination of N-nitrosodimethylamine in drinking water by UPLC-MS/MS显示文摘The method for detecting N-nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA) in drinking water using ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS) was improved by optimizing the clean-up procedure to remove the matrix interference in pretreatment process,and was then applied to a survey of NDMA in both raw and finished water samples from five water treatment plants in South China.The NDMA concentrations ranged from 4.7 to 15.1 ng/L in raw water samples,and from 4.68 to 46.9 ng/L in finished water.The NDMA concentration in raw water was found to be related with nitrite concentration,and during the treatment,the NDMA concentration increased following ozonation but decreased after subsequent activated carbon treatment.Wanfeng Wang Jianying Hu Jianwei Yu Min Yang 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,10:16
2Geochronological and geochemical constraints on the Cuonadong leucogranite, eastern Himalaya显示文摘First comprehensive investigations of the Cuonadong leucogranite exposed in North Himalayan gneiss dome of southern Tibet are presented in this study.The SIMS U–Pb ages of oscillatory zircon rims scatter in a wide range from 34.1 to 16.0 Ma, and the Cuonadong leucogranite probably emplaced at 16.0 Ma. High-precision ^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar dating on a muscovite sample yields an essentially flat age spectrum with consistent plateau and isochron ages, indicating that the Cuonadong leucogranite cooled below 450 °C at 14 Ma. Based on the youngest zircon U–Pb age and muscovite^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar age, the Cuonadong leucogranite experienced rapid cooling with a rate of 119 °C/Myr from 16 to 14 Ma. The geochronological data of this undeformed leucogranite also suggest that the ductile extension of the South Tibetan Detachment System in the eastern Himalaya ceased by ca. 14 Ma. Furthermore,the initial Sr–Nd isotopic compositions and Nd model ages demonstrate that the leucogranite was derived from metapelitic source within the Greater Himalayan Crystalline Complex. 3Encapsulating metal organic framework into hollow mesoporous carbon sphere as efficient oxygen bifunctional electrocatalyst显示文摘Applying metal organic frameworks(MOFs) in electrochemical systems is a currently emerging field owing to the rich metal nodes and highly specific surface area of MOFs. However, the problems for MOFs that need to be solved urgently are poor electrical conductivity and low ion transport. Here we present a facile in situ growth method for the rational synthesis of MOFs@hollow mesoporous carbon spheres(HMCS)yolk–shell-structured hybrid material for the first time. The size of the encapsulated Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-67(ZIF-67) is well controlled to 100 nm due to the spatial confinement effect of HMCS, and the electrical conductivity of ZIF-67 is also increased significantly. The ZIF@HMCS-25% hybrid material obtained exhibits a highly efficient oxygen reduction reaction activity with 0.823 V(vs. reversible hydrogen electrode) half-wave potential and an even higher kinetic current density(JK= 13.8 m A cm-2) than commercial Pt/C. ZIF@HMCS-25% also displays excellent oxygen evolution reaction performance and the overpotential of ZIF@HMCS-25% at 10 m A cm-2 is 407 m V. In addition, ZIF@HMCS-25% is further employed as an air electrode for a rechargeable Zn–air battery, exhibiting a high power density(120.2 m W cm-2 at 171.4 m A cm-2) and long-term charge/discharge stability(80 h at 5 m A cm-2). 4The effects of temperature and acid number of crude oil on the wettability of acid volcanic reservoir rock from the Hailar Oilfi eld显示文摘Wettability of acid volcanic reservoir rock from the Hailar Oilfi eld,China,was studied with crude oils of different acid numbers generated from an original crude oil with an acid number of 3.05 mg KOH/g. The modif ied oils and their resultant acid numbers were:A(2.09 mg KOH/g) ,B(0.75 mg KOH/g) ,C(0.47 mg KOH/g) ,D(0.30 mg KOH/g) ,and E(0.18 mg KOH/g) . Contact angles and improved Amott water indexes were measured to study the effects of temperature and acid number on the wettability of the acid volcanic reservoir rock. Experimental results indicated that the wettability was not sensitive to variation in temperature when using the same oil,but the acid number of the crude oil was a key factor in changing the wettability of the rock. The Amott water index,Iw was an exponential function of the acid number,and the Amott water index increased as the acid number decreased(i.e. Amott water index exponentially decreased with the acid number increase) . The Iw value of the core saturated with oil A,with an acid number of 2.09 mg KOH/g,ranged from 0.06 to 0.11,which indicated low water wetness. If the acid number of the oil decreased to 0.18 mg KOH/g,the Iw value increased to 0.95,which indicated strong water wetness. The contact angle decreased from 80o to 35o when the aid number decreased from 0.75 to 0.18 mg KOH/g,indicating a change towards more water wet conditions. The oil recovery by spontaneous imbibition of water also increased as the acid number of the oil decreased. 5Elastic and thermodynamic properties of TiC from first-principles calculations显示文摘Using the pseudopotential plane-wave method, we investigate the elastic constants and thermodynamic properties of the rocksalt structure Titanium Carbide (TiC). The obtained lattice parameters, bulk modulus and elastic constants are in very good agreement with the available experimental data and other theoretical results. The thermodynamic properties of the cubic TiC are predicted by using the quasi-harmonic Debye model. The normalized volume V/V 0 , bulk modulus B, thermal expansion , heat capacity C V , Grüneisen parameter and Debye temperature dependence on the pressure and temperature are obtained successfully. At low temperature and low pressure, thermal expansion coefficient increases rapidly with temperature. At high temperature and high pressure, the increasing trend becomes tender. 6New discrimination diagrams for basalts based on big data research显示文摘In recent days,discrimination diagrams have been widely used for tracing the tectonic settings and origins of basalts from orogenic belts.However,conventional discrimination diagrams are not accurate enough.Here,we reported six new discrimination diagrams obtained from the global database using data mining methods.For most individual diagrams,island arc basalt can be nearly 100%was identified,whereas ocean island basalt and midocean ridge basalt can be discriminated from each other with less than 10%of overlap,under a confidence coefficient of 85%.Using the six new discrimination diagrams together,basalts of different origins can be efficiently identified.Qi Zhang Weidong Sun Yong Zhao Fanglin Yuan Shoutao Jiao Wanfeng Chen 2019Big Earth Data2019,3,1:4
7Enhanced remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated groundwater by coupling electrokinetics with ZVI/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC-based permeable reactive barrier显示文摘Although widely used in permeation reaction barrier(PRB)for strengthening the removal of various heavy metals,zero-valent iron(ZVI)is limited by various inherent drawbacks,such as easy passivation and poor electron transfer.As a solution,a synergistic system with PRB and electrokinetics(PRB-EK)was established and applied for the efficient removal of Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated groundwater.As the filling material of PRB,ZVI/Fe_(3)O_(4)/activated carbon(ZVI/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC)composites were synthesized by ball milling and thermal treatment.A series of continuous flow column experiments and batch tests was conducted to evaluate the removal efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ).Results showed that the removal efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ)remained above 93%even when the bed volume(BV)reached 2000 under the operational parameters(iron/AC mass ratio,2:1;current,5 m A).The mechanism of Cr(Ⅵ)removal by the PRB-EK system was revealed through field emission scanning electron microscopy images,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Fe^(2+) concentration,and redox potential(E h)values.The key in Cr(Ⅵ)reduction was the Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) cycle driven by the surface microelectrolysis of the composites.The application of an externally supplied weak direct current maintained the redox process by enhancing the electron transfer capability of the system,thereby prolonging the column lifetime.Cr(Ⅵ)chemical speciation was determined through sequential extraction,verifying the stability and safety of the system.These findings provide a scientific basis for PRB design and the in-situ remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated groundwater.Ruolin Cao Shiqing Liu Xinyu Yang Chunfeng Wang Yanbin Wang Wanfeng Wang Yunqing Pi 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,2:4

9Occurrence and fate of typical antibiotics in wastewater treatment plants in Harbin, North-east China显示文摘As a new pollutant, antibiotics in the environment and their removal in wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) have gained considerable attention. However, few studies investigated antibiotics in the north-eastern areas of China. By employing high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, the concentration distribution and removal of 12 antibiotics belonging to four types (cephalosporins, sulfonamides, fluoroquinolones, and macrolides) were investigated in influents and effluents as well as the removal efficiencies of four typical treatment processes in 18 wastewater treatment plants of Harbin City, north-eastem China. Macrolides and fluoroquinolones presented relatively higher detection concentrations and rates both in the water and in the sludge phases. Sulfonamides and cephalosporins displayed higher detection concentrations in the water phase. The representative antibiotics in influents and effluents included ROX, NOR, OFL, SMX, AZI, and CLA, with detection rates above 95%. The detection rates of the other six antibiotics exceeded 30%. In the sludge, the other five antibiotics, except SMX, presented relatively higher detection concentrations and rates, with detection rates greater than 95%. For cephalosporin, the detection rates of CTX and CFM in the sludge were 0. The removal efficiencies for the 12 antibiotics differed greatly, with average values ranging from 30% to 80% and the highest values for cephalosporin. 10洛铂联合依托泊苷与顺铂联合依托泊苷一线治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌随机对照临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of Lobaplatin plus Etoposide (EL) and Cisplatin plus Etoposide (EP) regimens in chemonaive with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods: Between July 2010 and July 2011, a total of 62 patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer who received initial treatment in our hospital and 309 hospital of PLA. 31 patients were randomly assigned to the EL Group: Lobaplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 30 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. Another 31 patients were assigned to the EP Group: Cisplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 75 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. We evaluated the efficacy, overall response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), the progression-free survival (PFS) and toxicity between the patients of the two groups. Results: All 62 patients were eligible. In the EL group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 20 (64.5%) patients had partial response, 5 (16.1%) patients had stable disease and 4 (12.9%) patients had progress disease. In the EP group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 22 (70.9%) patients had partial response, 4 (12.9%) patients had stable disease and 3 (9.7%) patients had progress disease. The ORR of EL and EP group were 70.9% and 77.4%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.562). The DCR of both groups were 87% and 90%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.688). Median PFS of patients with EL and EP regimens were 5.5 months and 5 months, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.637). Adverse events were observed in all 62 patients. Grade 1 to 4 anemia was higher in the EP group than in EL group, showing significant difference (P = 0.02). Grade 3 and 4 thrombocytopenia was seen in 4 patients (12.9%) in EL group and 1 patient (3.2%) in EP group. Although one patient had platelet transfusion owing to Grade 4 thrombocytopenia in EL group, no significant difference (P = 0.637) were shown. The incidence of nausea/vomiting was higher in the EP group than in the EL group (96.7% vs 51.6%, P = 0.00). 11Dealloying-constructed hierarchical nanoporous bismuth-antimony anode for potassium ion batteries显示文摘Bi-Sb alloys are appealing anode materials for potassium ion batteries(PIBs)but challenged by their enormous volumetric variation during operation.Herein,a facile one-step dealloying protocol was devised and utilized to prepare the Bi-Sb alloys that manifest an exotic bicontinuous hierarchical nanoporous(np)microstructure ideal for volume-change mitigation and K+transport percolation.The growth mechanism fostering the peculiar morphology of the np-(Bi,Sb)alloys was investigated and clarified via operando X-ray(XRD)and ex-situ scanning electron microscopy(SEM).In particular,the np-Bi6Sb2 electrode,optimized for comprehensive electrochemical performance,achieves decent reversible capacities and a superior lifespan,as benchmarked with the monometallic references and other Bi-Sb alloy electrodes.The(de)potassiation mechanism of the np-(Bi,Sb)alloys was studied by operando XRD and further rationalized by density functional theory(DFT)calculations,whereby a homogeneous(segregation-free)and robust two-step electrochemically-driven phase transformations’catenation of(Bi,Sb)↔K(Bi,Sb)2↔K3(Bi,Sb)was reliably established to substantiate the outstanding reversibility of the np-(Bi,Sb)anodes in PIBs.Hui Gao Kuibo Yin Zhiyuan Guo Ying Zhang Wensheng Ma Wanfeng Yang Ke Sun Zhangquan Peng Zhonghua Zhang 2021Fundamental Research2021,1,4:2

16A H_(2)O-in-zircon perspective on the heterogeneous water content of crust-derived magmas in southern Tibet显示文摘Geophysical and geochemical evidence revealed that certain amounts of water are stored in the Earth’s interior,and its distribution exhibits temporal and spatial differences.Recent studies indicate that the H_(2)O-in-zircon has a potential to reveal magma water content.Using secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS),we analyzed the zircon water content and oxygen isotopes in granitoids(two-mica granite,quartz monzonite,diorite,and granodiorite)from southern Tibet.The results are used to explore the diversity of water content in crust-derived magmas,which is also supported by the LA-ICPMS zircon trace element analysis.There are low zircon water contents for two partial melting products of the ancient crust(peak at 85 and300 ppm,respectively).Meanwhile,there are high H_(2)O-in-zircon peaks(435 and 475 ppm,respectively)for two partial melting products of the juvenile crust.The calculated radiation damage accumulation in these zircon grains is below 3×10^(15)αdecay events mg^(–1),suggesting that the zircon grains are well crystalline.There is no correlation between REE+Y and H+P,indicating that the mechanism of charge balance for water uptaking into zircon,in which the excess of REE+Y to P controls Hcontent,is not applicable to the studied samples.The degree of magma fractionation cannot account for the zircon water content variation,because there is no co-variation between zircon Hf and H_(2)O contents.Similarly,the degree of partial melting was unlikely to be responsible for the H_(2)O-in-zircon distinction.We interpret that the H_(2)O-in-zircon variation reflects the influence of melting mode(dehydration vs.water-fluxed)and water content in the crustal source.In the Late Devonian,dehydration melting of the crustal rocks was facilitated at elevated temperatures,which produced magmas with the lowest water contents.Water-fluxed melting of the ancient crust would produce relatively“drier”magma than water-fluxed melting of the juvenile crust.Juntong MENG Xiaoping XIA Lin MA Ziqi JIANG Jian XU Zexian CUI Qing YANG Wanfeng ZHANG Le ZHANG 2021Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,7:1
