1A review of in situ upgrading technology for heavy crude oil显示文摘With the growing demand of oil worldwide,heavy oil has increasingly become vital in the world energy market.However,further development of heavy oil reservoirs are limited by regular enhanced oil recovery(EOR)methods.In situ upgrading technology provides potential for the development of heavy oil and bitumen reservoirs.This study reviews three categories of in situ upgrading methods:solvent-based,in situ combustion(ISC),and catalytic.Solvent-based methods,including cyclic solvent injection,vapor extraction,and hybrid processes,have recently received attention and have been progressed in both laboratory and field applications.However,high solvent costs in relation to the low price of heavy oil have continued to limit the field applications of these techniques.ISC,which may have the potential to develop particularly harsh reservoirs with extremely viscous crude oil,involves complex reaction mechanisms and consists of three main steps:oxidation,combustion,and gas flooding.Yet,complex operating conditions and a low success rate have restricted its application.Catalytic methods,which have demonstrated the potential to refine and upgrade crude oil in a more economic and environmentally friendly way,are often accompanied by conventional thermal EOR methods,such as steam flooding and ISC,and involve a series of hydroprocessing or hydrotreating reactions,such as hydrocracking,hydrodesulfurization,hydrodenitrogenation,hydrodeoxygenation,and hydrodemetallization.However,the high cost and complexity of the reaction mechanisms have limited their applications.Yibo Li Zhiqiang Wang Zhiming Hu Yalong Li Wanfen Pu Jinzhou Zhao 2021Petroleum2021,7,2:2

17Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture Method for Promoting Hippocampal Nerve Repair and Regeneration and Improving Learning and Memory Dysfunction in Stroke Model Rats显示文摘[Objectives]To evaluate the effects of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture method on improving learning and memory function and hippocampal nerve regeneration and repair after stroke.[Methods]Animal models of cognitive impairment in the recovery phase of cerebral infarction in rats were prepared,and rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,donepezil group,and acupuncture group.Morris water maze experiment was carried out to evaluate learning and memory ability.Nissl staining,BrdU and DCX immunofluorescence staining were used to observe the number and morphological structure of neuronal pyramidal and granular cells in the dentate gyrus(DG)area of the hippocampus,as well as the proliferation and differentiation of neural progenitor cells.TUNEL method was used to detect cell apoptosis.[Results]Before intervention,the scores and ELP of the model group,donepezil group and acupuncture group were significantly higher than those of the blank group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the neurological scores and ELP of the blank group and the model group were not significantly different from those before the intervention(P<0.05);the donepezil group and acupuncture group were significantly reduced,there was no difference between the donepezil group and acupuncture group(P>0.05),but it was still significantly higher than the blank group(P<0.05).The results of BrdU and DCX immunofluorescence staining showed that there were only a few BrdU positive cells and DCX protein in the hippocampal DG area of mice in the blank group,and the positive cells in the model group were significantly increased(P<0.05);donepezil group and acupuncture group showed significant increase compared with the model group(P<0.05);compared with the blank group,the number of neurons in the hippocampal DG area of each group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the neuronal apoptosis index was significantly increased(P<0.01);compared with the blank group,the number of neurons in the hippocampal DG area of each group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the neuronal apoptosis index was significantly increased(P<0.01).The number of neurons in the hippocampal DG area of rats in the acupuncture group and donepezil group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the neuronal apoptosis index was significantly decreased(P<0.01).[Conclusions]Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture method can improve the learning and memory function of stroke model rats by promoting the regeneration and repair of hippocampal nerve in rats with cerebral infarction.Jin XIE Jingping MU Zhongmin HUANG Fangfang YANG Wanfen WANG Jimin LIU Jing TAO Lidian CHEN 2021Medicinal Plant2021,12,2:0
18Viscosity profile prediction of a heavy crude oil during lifting in two deep artesian wells显示文摘It has been known that the productivity of artesian wells is strongly dependent on the rheological properties of crude oils. This work targets two deep artesian wells(>5000 m) that are producing heavy crude oil. The impacts of well conditions including temperature, pressure and shear rate, on the crude oil rheology were comprehensively investigated and correlated using several empirical rheological models. The experimental data indicate that this heavy oil is very sensitive to temperature as result of microstructure change caused by hydrogen bonding. The rheological behavior of the heavy oil is also significantly impacted by the imposed pressure, i.e., the viscosity flow activation energy(Eμ) gently increases with the increasing pressure. The viscosity–shear rate data are well fitted to the power law model at low temperature. However, due to the transition of fluid feature at high temperature(Newtonian fluid), the measured viscosity was found to slightly deviate from the fitting data.
