1重新认知青藏高原围栏禁牧的作用显示文摘围栏禁牧是中国政府为恢复青藏高原等地退化草地而采取的一项重要政策.然而,关于围栏对高寒草地生态系统功能和服务及其对牧民生计的影响,人们的认识还很有限.本研究荟萃分析和基于问卷的调查显示,围栏禁牧时间长达4年和8年的时间里可以有效地促进高寒草甸以及草原的地上植被生长,更长时间的围栏并没有带来任何生态和经济效益.研究还发现,围栏限制了野生动物的活动范围,增加了非围栏地区的放牧压力,降低了牧民的满意度,且给地区和国家政府带来了巨大的财政成本.因此,建议在适当的情况下,应鼓励传统的游牧方式来利用草地,在严重退化的草地上应采用短期围栏(4~8年),在重要的野生动物栖息地应避免使用围栏,特别是受保护的大型哺乳动物分布的区域.研究结果可为青藏高原草地可持续管理提供一定的参考.孙建 刘苗 傅伯杰 David Kemp 赵文武 刘国华 韩国栋 Andreas Wilkes 鲁旭阳 陈有超 程根伟 周天财 侯阁 詹天宇 彭飞 Hua Shang 徐明 石培礼 何永涛 李猛 王金牛 Atsushi Tsunekawa 周华坤 刘宇 李裕瑞 刘世梁 2020Science Bulletin2020,65,16:24
2中国主要农作物产量波动影响因素分析显示文摘为研究我国主要农作物(粮食、水果、油料、糖料和棉花作物)产量波动特征及相关影响因素,以我国1981~2010年主要农作物产量和种植面积资料为基础,同时利用4种方法对农作物单产进行趋势拟合与分解。结果表明:(1)近30年来我国农作物总产和单产都逐步提高,特别是水果产量的增长最快,其中柑橘单产年均增长率达7.09%;各类作物趋势产量也呈上升趋势;但气象产量波动剧烈,年际间缺乏连续性,其中水果气象产量波动幅度最大(柑橘为17.76%、苹果为15.83%)。(2)作物总产的年际波动中,种植面积和单产因素的贡献率因作物类型不同而有所差异,其中粮食作物和水果总产波动的主要原因是单产波动,糖料作物和棉花产量波动主要因种植面积波动导致,油料作物总产的波动中单产和种植面积贡献相当。(3)各类作物单产年际波动均取决于气象因素,农业政策和科技进步等社会因素对单产年际波动的贡献较低。(4)作物趋势产量的4种拟合方法,其结果无显著差异。各影响因素对我国农作物产量波动的贡献率因作物类型不同而有所差异;重视作物单产提高、关注气候变化对农作物生产的影响是目前我国农业安全生产的重要任务。郭梁 Andreas Wilkes 于海英 许建初 2013植物分类与资源学报2013,35,4:23

4Management and therapy of vasovagal syncope: A review显示文摘Vasovagal syncope is a common cause of recurrent syncope. Clinically, these episodes may present as an isolated event with an identifiable trigger, or manifest as a cluster of recurrent episodes warranting intensive evaluation. The mechanism of vasovagal syncope is incompletely understood. Diagnostic tools such as implantable loop recorders may facilitate the identification of patients with arrhythmia mimicking benign vasovagal syncope. This review focuses on the management of vasovagal syncope and discusses the non-pharmacological and pharmacological treatment options, especially the use of midodrine and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. 5不同灌溉方法对宁夏葡萄园土壤二氧化碳和甲烷排放的影响显示文摘采用静态箱-气相色谱法对不同灌溉方法(滴灌、沟灌)及相应施肥管理下的葡萄园土壤CO_2和CH_4排放进行了原位观测。结果表明,2012年与2013年生长季之中,不同灌溉方法显著影响葡萄园土壤CO_2和CH4的排放。以滴灌替换沟灌后,2012年CO_2与CH4减排量分别达到(3 530.34±1 611.97)kg/(hm2·a)和(0.392±0.424)kg/(hm^2·a),2013年则分别达到(2 198.43±713.97)kg/(hm^2·a)和(0.136±0.192)kg/(hm2·a),且2012年与2013年不同灌溉处理间CO_2排放量均差异显著;若将宁夏全区沟灌葡萄园全部改造为滴灌葡萄园,则2012年和2013年GWP减排总量(以CO_2计)将达到7 077.14万kg与4 402.58万kg。滴灌能有效抑制土壤CO_2与CH_4的排放损失,更具温室气体减排潜力。张亚捷 牛海山 汪诗平 Andreas Wilkes 徐坤 吴旭东 2016灌溉排水学报2016,35,1:8

8Tumor Antigen Specific Activation of Primary Human T-Cells Expressing a Virally Encoded Chimeric T-Cell Receptor Specific for p185HER2显示文摘We have developed and tested chimeric T-cell receptors (TCR) specific for p185HER2. In these experiments, retroviral vectors expressing the N29γ or N29ζ receptors were constructed in pRET6. Amphotropic viral producer cells were established in the GALV-based PG13 packaging cell line. Ficoll purified human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) were virally transduced using an optimized protocol incorporating activation with immobilized anti-CD3/anti-CD28 monoclonal anti- bodies, followed by viral infection in the presence of fibronectin fragment CH296. Transduced cells were co-cultured with human tumor cell lines that overexpress (SK-OV-3) or underexpress (MCF7) p185HER2 to assay for antigen specific im- mune responses. Both CM+ and CD8+ T-cells transduced with the N29γ or N29ζ chTCR demonstrated HER2-specific anti- gen responses, as determined by release of Th1 like cytokines, and cellular cytotoxicity assays. 9放牧阉牦牛提前出栏甲烷排放强度减排潜力探讨显示文摘以阉牦牛提前出栏项目活动为例,按照2006年IPCC国家温室气体清单优良做法指南的计量方法,在同等牧草利用量的前提下,分别对4岁和7岁阉牦牛一生CH4排放总量和单位体重CH4排放量(即排放强度)进行了初步比较分析.发现在同等牧草利用量的基础上,由于饲养一头7岁阉牦牛一生所消耗的牧草量相当于可饲养2.1头4岁的阉牦牛所消耗的牧草量,所以从CH4排放总量而言,前者一生排放CH4总量比后者少86.3 kg.然而,由于后者总体重比前者重192 kg,所以,后者的单位体重CH4排放强度(以CH4/体重计)只有0.973 kg·kg-1,而前者为1.374 kg·kg-1.根据排放强度的概念,在同等牧草消耗量的基础上,如果将一头7岁阉牦牛替代成饲养2.1头4岁的阉牦牛,可以多生产192 kg的活体重,在同样生产192 kg活重的基础上,利用替代法估算后者饲养方式比前者饲养方式可以实现77 kg CH4减排量,即相当于总减排1.6 t CO2当量.因此,基于排放强度减排而不是总量减排的概念,提前出栏有较大的CH4减排潜力.汪诗平 Andreas Wilkes 汪亚运 白玲 2014环境科学2014,35,8:5

12Duration and intensity of rainfall events with the same erosivity change sediment yield and runoff rates显示文摘The effect of different rainfall patterns on surface runoff,infiltration and thus soil losses and sediment concentrations are still in the focus of current research.In most simulated rainfall experiments,pre-cipitation is applied at a fixed intensity for a fixed time.However,the impact of rainfall patterns on soil erosion processes may be different varying the rainfall duration and intensity that produces an event with similar rainfall erosivity values.Twenty-five rainfall events were applied on micro-scale runoff plots in a soil covered with corn straw to evaluate the sediment yield and runoff rates.The different rainfall types were composed by association of duration(Dur)and intensity(IP)with the same erosivity value.The Dur varied from 38 to 106 min and the IP varied from 75.0 to 44.6 mm h^(-1).The sediment yield varied from 1.89±1.26 g m^(-2) to 4.02±2.66 g m^(-2) and runoff ranged from 16.9±8.74 mm to 32.63±10.67 mm with highest rates occurring with high intensity and low duration.The highest rainfall intensity provides the maximum sediment yield(0.138 g m^(-2) min^(-1))and runoff rates(0.87 mm min^(-1)).The time to start surface runoff varied from 14 to 19.2 min and it was longer in treatments with longer durations and low precipitation intensity.No difference was found in the amount of sediments applying rain with the same erosivity and different associations of duration and intensity.However,the intensity and duration of the rain,with the same erosivity,altered the amount and time of runoff.In rainfall experiments with con-stant intensity and fixed time,the erosion rates depend on the duration of the applied rain.Therefore,the results of this study can contribute to the development of new perspectives in the design of water erosion experiments with simulated rain considering the duration,intensity and also the association of these variables to produce rainfall that delivery the same soil erosion capacity.Wilk Sampaio de Almeida Steffen Seitz Luiz Fernando Coutinho de Oliveira Daniel Fonseca de Carvalho 2021International Soil and Water Conservation Research2021,9,1:4

14German critical incident reporting system database of prehospital emergency medicine: Analysis of reported communication and medication errors between 2005–2015显示文摘BACKGROUND: Communication failure in prehospital emergency medicine can affect patient safety as it does in other areas of medicine as well. We analyzed the database of the critical incident reporting system for prehospital emergency medicine in Germany retrospectively regarding communication errors.METHODS: Experts of prehospital emergency medicine and risk management screened the database for verbal communication failure, non-verbal communication failure and missing communication at all.RESULTS: Between 2005 and 2015, 845 reports were analyzed, of which 247 reports were considered to be related to communication failure. An arbitrary classifi cation resulted in six different kinds: 1) no acknowledgement of a suggestion; 2) medication error; 3) miscommunication with dispatcher; 4) utterance heard/understood improperly; 5) missing information transfer between two persons; and 6) other communication failure.CONCLUSION: Communication defi cits can lead to critical incidents in prehospital emergency medicine and are a very important aspect in patient safety.Christian Hohenstein Thomas Fleischmann Peter Rupp Dorothea Hempel Sophia Wilk Johannes Winning 2016World Journal of Emergency Medicine2016,7,2:3

16小鼠左肺原位移植模型的建立显示文摘目的通过显微外科技术建立小鼠原位肺移植模型,为肺移植研究提供动物模型。方法采用C57BL/6小鼠作为供、受体,行同基因小鼠原位左肺移植,使用Cuff套管法进行气管及血管吻合。术后7、14、21、28 d取移植肺及原肺,行HE染色,评价肺移植后效果。结果学习曲线后,共30例小鼠移植,手术成功率89%,小鼠成活率100%。供体手术时间:(35.2±9.81)min,受体手术时间:(24.6±7.42)min,冷缺血时间是:(46.6±8.92)min,热缺血时间是:(17.2±3.08)min。同基因移植物大体及病理无明显改变,病理显示与原肺无差别。结论本技术能够方便快捷建立小鼠肺移植模型,成功率高,可重复性强,符合原位肺移植临床生理,是研究肺移植发病机制和治疗的良好动物模型。贺仕才 仇广林 王泽兴 车向明 David.S Wilkes 谯瞧 卢靖 樊林 2015中国实验动物学报2015,23,2:2
