1雌酮、17β-雌二醇与17α-乙炔基雌二醇在污水样中的稳定性研究显示文摘雌酮(E1)、雌二醇(E2)和炔雌醇(EE2)在ng.L-1的浓度水平即可干扰生物的内分泌系统,在英国即将被限制排放。论文研究了在三种水样保存方式下污水厂进水和尾水中E1,E2和EE2浓度的变化。研究显示:(A)在4℃,避光保存,三种雌激素在进水样中降解率为22%、34%和4%;在尾水样中则分别为14%、26%和2%。(B)在4℃避光及pH=2(英国环保署常规有机污染物保存方法)保存条件下,E1、E2和EE2在2天内在进水样中的损失率为8%、20%和4%;在尾水样中的损失率分别为4%、17%和1%。(C)在水样中加入Cu(NO3)2抑制剂至250mg.L-1并用HCl调节至pH=3在低于10℃避光保存,可保证E1、E2和EE2在15天内损失<3%。采用方式C保存水样有利于提高分析检测E1、E2和EE2的准确度和重现性。阳春 胡碧波 郑怀礼 Andrew Wheatley John Churchley 2008化学研究与应用2008,20,8:13
2污水处理中雌酮的定量分析显示文摘采用酶联免疫吸附检测(ELISA)试剂盒定量分析了某采用生物脱氮活性污泥工艺的污水厂中的原水、一级处理出水、二级处理出水、尾水和出水口下游受纳河水中的雌酮浓度,分析方法的定量检测限为0.5 ng/L。ELISA分析中增加的凝胶色谱净化步骤可降低E1检测值73.0%的假阳性,使其检测结果平均值从液相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用(HPLC-MS(TOF))的对照分析结果平均值的1.52倍降为1.15倍。ELISA分析检测值的假阳性与水样的污染程度呈正相关。阳春 胡碧波 Wheatley Andrew 2009重庆大学学报(自然科学版)2009,32,6:8
3羊毛纤维填料对炔雌醇的吸附及在污水深度处理中的作用显示文摘雌情活力最强的炔雌醇(EE2)难于生物降解,且具有较强的憎水性,可通过吸附将其从水中去除。为研究羊毛纤维这一新型填料对EE2的吸附特性,比较了活性炭、二氧化锰和羊毛纤维3种吸附剂对EE2的吸附去除作用。含炔雌醇5.0μg/L的溶液经分别填充有活性炭、二氧化锰和羊毛纤维的上向流反应器,活性炭反应器的去除率为99.8%,而且实验期间没有穿透饱和;二氧化锰反应器8d后开始穿透。虽然羊毛纤维的吸附能力强于二氧化锰,但因羊毛纤维的容积密度远远小于二氧化锰,所以在实验后12h开始穿透逐渐饱和。由于实际中EE2浓度远远小于实验浓度,所以采用羊毛纤维作为反应器的吸附剂不存在短时间达到饱和问题,这也在后续的中试实验中得到了验证。阳春 胡碧波 Andrew Wheatley 2012重庆大学学报(自然科学版)2012,35,7:5
4Removal characteristics of steroid estrogens in trickling filters显示文摘The discharge of steroid estroens from sewage treatment works (STW) is to be regulated by Environmental Quality Standard in the UK,thus requiring the understanding of removal characteristics of steroid estroens in trickling filters to benefit UK water industry with trickling filters used in 75% STWs. Two pilot-scale trickling filters were operated in parallel to treat synthetic sewage spiked with oestrone (E1),oestradiol (E2) and 17α-ethinyl oestradiol (EE2) at environmentally related concentrations. Control experiments show that biodegradation is the dominant removal mechanism although adsorption onto biofilm solids prior to biodegradation would be part of the overall mechanisms of estrogen removal. Approximately 44.7%-58.9% is removed by the pilot trickling filter normally operated,whilst the 1:1 recirculation increases 29.0%-32.2% estrogen removals by improved wetting rate and hydraulic retention time supported by tracer experiment with lithium chloride. Extra feed solids with 32.0% higher suspended solids levels inhibited estrogen removals by 10.8%-34.4% rather than helping bridge adsorption to the biofilm,and the change of particle characteristics with higher adsorption potency would benefit the removal.阳春 胡碧波 WHEATLEY Andrew GLASGOW Graeme 2009Journal of Central South University2009,16,S1:3
