| 1 | 绵阳市规范管理的精神分裂症患者治疗效果的回顾性分析显示文摘背景在过去的6年里,中国开展r世界t最大规模的重性精神病社区管理治疗项目(简称686项目),但项目实施的效果并未得到详细的评估。目的对参与该项目的精神分裂症患者的临床有效者与临床无效者的特征进行比较。方法从陔顺口的伞同臀记系统电子数据库中,提取2011年在四川省绵阳市(农村人口占60%)参加该项目的精冲分裂症患者的资料,共3090份。根据精神科医生2011年的末次评估,将患者的疗效为“治愈”或“好转”者归为有效组(n=1866).将“无变化”或“加重”者归为无效组(n=1224),比较两组之间的社会人口学特征和治疗特点。收集的资料包括性别、年龄、民族、职业、文化程度、家庭经济状况、婚姻状况、精神疾病家族史、患病时间、参加686项目的时间以及治疗依从性等。;结果单㈧素分析结果显示,除性别、民族和精神疾病家族史外,其他因素的组间差异均有统计学意义。年龄’小、病程短、受教育时间长、家庭经济状况好、治疗依从性好、参与686项目时间短的患者疗效更好。Logistic回归分析结采艟永。服药依从性差、家庭贫困以及参加686项目时间长等因素更多见于疗效“无变化”或“加重”的患者结论治疗依从性差和家庭贫斟严重地影响了686项目的效果。想方设法提高精神疾病患者的治疗依从性,向患者家庭提供綦本的经济支持,将有助于提高该项目的成效。 | Qingjin LI Xuanyin HUANG Hong WEN Xiaoqiong LIANG Lei LEI Junlin WU | 2012 | 上海精神医学2012,24,3: | 3 |

| 5 | Cloud-based smartphone-assisted chemiluminescent assay for rapid screening of electroactive bacteria显示文摘Electroactive bacteria(EAB)can transfer electrons to exocellular solid acceptors and have widespread applications in the fields of pollutant degradation,biosynthesis,and hydrogen generation.Traditional EAB screening methods can precisely measure the bacterial extracellular electron transfer ability,but they suffer from time-consuming and labor-intensive procedures.The chemiluminescence technique is effective for the rapid detection of hemoglobin but has not been applied for EAB screening.Herein,we utilized a chemiluminescent assay to identify EAB through a multiheme c-type cytochrome(c-Cyt)triggered chemiluminescent reaction.The multiheme c-Cyts-triggered chemiluminescence was conveniently determined by taking photographs with commercial smartphones and cloud-based computing.The acquired image signal shows a significant and linear relationship with the bacterial concentration.Measurement results of the chemiluminescence intensity triggered by different bacterial species with the proposed method are strongly associated with those of the microplate reading method(Pearson’s r of 0.9795;P<0.01)and dissimilatory Fe(Ⅲ)reduction method(Pearson’s r of 0.9628;P<0.01).Furthermore,this cloud-based and smartphone-assisted chemiluminescent assay is instrument-free and easy to operate,and results can be obtained within 2 min.The findings demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively detect EAB.Therefore,it will be an alternative approach for EAB screening and can have promising applications in microbiology,environmental science,and bioenergy. | WEN JunLin HE DaiGui LUO SongQing ZHOU ShunGui YUAN Yong | 2023 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,3: | 1 |
| 6 | Amplification and Bioinformatics Analysis of vscN Gene from Vibrio alginolyticus显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to clone and analyze bioinformatics of vscN gene from Vibrio alginolyticus.[Methods]A pair of specific primers was designed based on the vscN gene sequence of V.alginolyticus HY9901.The full length of vscN gene was amplified by PCR and bioinformatics analysis was performed.[Results]The vscN gene was 1323 bp in total,encoding 440 amino acids,with the theoretical molecular weight of 47.86 kD and the theoretical pI value of 5.89.The online prediction showed that there was no signal peptide and no transmembrane region in VscN.The amino acid sequence had 10 N-myristoylation sites,8 phosphorylation sites(2 protein kinase C phosphorylation sites,6 casein kinase II phosphorylation sites),1 amidation site,11 microbody C-terminal target signal sites,1 ATP/GTP binding site motif A(P ring),and 1 ATPaseαandβsubunit specific site.Homology analysis showed that the VscN protein of V.alginolyticus had high homology with that of V.antiquarius,with a similarity of 95.14%.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the VscN of V.alginolyticus was clustered into the same subgroup as that of V.diabolicus and V.antiquarius.Functional domain analysis of VscN protein showed that it had Pfam and AAA domains,and involved in the regulation of bacterial virulence.The three-dimensional structure model of VscN simulated by SWISS-MODEL software was similar to the structure of flagellate-specific ATPase FliH-FliI complex.[Conclusions]The results lay a foundation for further study on the regulatory mechanism of VscN protein on bacterial virulence. | Linlin YIN Wen LI Haiyun FENG Weijie ZHANG Junlin WANG Huanying PANG Na WANG | 2023 | Asian Agricultural Research2023,15,5: | 0 |
| 7 | Continuous-discontinuous element method for three-dimensional thermal cracking of rocks显示文摘Thermal cracking of rocks can significantly affect the durability of underground structures in engineering practices such as geothermal energy extraction,storage of nuclear waste and tunnelling in freezeethaw cycle induced areas.It is a scenario of strong coupled thermomechanical process involving discontinuity behaviours of rocks.In this context,a numerical model was proposed to investigate the thermal cracking of rocks,in a framework of the continuous-discontinuous element method(CDEM)for efficiently capturing the initiation and propagation of multiple cracks.A simplex integration strategy was adopted to account for the influences of temperature-dependent material properties.Several benchmark tests were considered and the obtained results were compared with analytical solutions and numerical results from the literature.The results show that the fracture degree of the cases when considering temperature-dependent material parameters had 10%differences approximately compared with the cases with constant parameters. | Wen Nie Junlin Wang Chun Feng Yiming Zhang | 2023 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2023,15,11: | 0 |
