| 1 | Tat-functionalized Ag-Fe_3O_4 nano-composites as tissue-penetrating vehicles for tumor magnetic targeting and drug delivery显示文摘In this paper, we prepared a dual functional system based on dextrin-coated silver nanoparticles which were further attached with iron oxide nanoparticles and cell penetrating peptide(Tat), producing Tat-modified Ag-Fe_3O_4 nanocomposites(Tat-FeAgNPs). To load drugs, an –SH containing linker, 3-mercaptopropanohydrazide, was designed and synthesized. It enabled the silver carriers to load and release doxorubicin(Dox) in a pH-sensitive pattern. The delivery efficiency of this system was assessed in vitro using MCF-7 cells, and in vivo using null BalB/c mice bearing MCF-7 xenograft tumors. Our results demonstrated that both Tat and externally applied magnetic field could promote cellular uptake and consequently the cytotoxicity of doxorubicin-loaded nanoparticles,with the IC_(50) of Tat-FeAgNP-Dox to be 0.63 mmol/L. The in vivo delivery efficiency of Tat-FeAgNP carrying Cy5 to the mouse tumor was analyzed using the in vivo optical imaging tests, in which TatFeAgNP-Cy5 yielded the most efficient accumulation in the tumor(6.772.4% ID of Tat-FeAgNPs).Anti-tumor assessment also demonstrated that Tat-FeAgNP-Dox displayed the most significant tumor-inhibiting effects and reduced the specific growth rate of tumor by 29.6%(P ? 0.009), which could be attributed to its superior performance in tumor drug delivery in comparison with the control nanovehicles. | Ergang Liu Meng Zhang Hui Cui Junbo Gong Yongzhuo Huang Jianxin Wang Yanna Cui Weibing Dong Lu Sun Huining He Victor C.Yang | 2018 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2018,8,6: | 5 |
| 2 | Porosity Prediction from Well Logs Using Back Propagation Neural Network Optimized by Genetic Algorithm in One Heterogeneous Oil Reservoirs of Ordos Basin, China显示文摘A reliable and effective model for reservoir physical property prediction is a key to reservoir characterization and management.At present,using well logging data to estimate reservoir physical parameters is an important means for reservoir evaluation.Based on the characteristics of large quantity and complexity of estimating process,we have attempted to design a nonlinear back propagation neural network model optimized by genetic algorithm(BPNNGA)for reservoir porosity prediction.This model is with the advantages of self-learning and self-adaption of back propagation neural network(BPNN),structural parameters optimizing and global searching optimal solution of genetic algorithm(GA).The model is applied to the Chang 8 oil group tight sandstone of Yanchang Formation in southwestern Ordos Basin.According to the correlations between well logging data and measured core porosity data,5 well logging curves(gamma ray,deep induction,density,acoustic,and compensated neutron)are selected as the input neurons while the measured core porosity is selected as the output neurons.The number of hidden layer neurons is defined as 20 by the method of multiple calibrating optimizations.Modeling results demonstrate that the average relative error of the model output is 10.77%,indicating the excellent predicting effect of the model.The predicting results of the model are compared with the predicting results of conventional multivariate stepwise regression algorithm,and BPNN model.The average relative errors of the above models are 12.83%,12.9%,and 13.47%,respectively.Results show that the predicting results of the BPNNGA model are more accurate than that of the other two,and BPNNGA is a more applicable method to estimate the reservoir porosity parameters in the study area. | Lin Chen Weibing Lin Ping Chen Shu Jiang Lu Liu Haiyan Hu | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021,32,4: | 3 |

| 15 | Constructing 2D ultrathin graphene oxide membranes with supramolecular-assembled nano-adhesives for enhancing water stability显示文摘Atomic-thick two-dimensional(2D)graphene oxide(GO)has emerged as an ideal building block in developing ultrathin 2D membranes for separating substances.However,due to the negative charge of GO sheets when hydrated,electrostatic repulsion causes GO membranes to disintegrate easily in water,limiting their wide application in aqueous solutions.Here,we introduce and apply the concept of localized gluing by designing ultra-small supramolecular-assembled nanoparticles as nanoadhesives(NPA)to construct robust GO membranes with a thickness of only 24 nm.The supramolecular-assembled NPA were synthesized by cyclodextrin(CD)and tannic acid(TA)with a uniform size distribution of about 4.5 nm,and exposed surface pyrogallols that could strongly interact with GO sheets.The physical sizing of the NPA confines the interlayer spacing and maintains the nanochannel,while the natural molecular properties of the NPA enhance the connection between adjacent layers and inhibit swelling detachment.The fabricated ultrathin 2D membranes show a remarkable two times enhancement of water permeance over pristine GO membranes and exhibit excellent durability with record-breaking stability for 720 h immersion in water.This strategy provides meaningful insights into the design and fabrication of robust ultrathin membranes for practical application. | Wei Liu Yuan Li Rujing Li Hui Xu Xinling Lu Weibing Dong Zhen Zhang Yong Wang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 0 |

| 17 | Small RNA sequencing revealed aberrant piRNA expression profiles in deciduas of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients显示文摘Piwi-interacting RNAs(piRNAs)is a novel class of non-coding RNAs.However,changes in piRNA expression profiles in recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)have not yet been investigated.The aim of this study was to identify differentially expressed piRNAs in deciduas of RSA patients.Decidua tissues were collected by curettage from recruited RSA patients and normal early pregnant(NEP)women with their informed consent.Small RNA sequencing was used to evaluate the differences in piRNA expression profiles between RSA and NEP.The present results demonstrated that the counts of total piRNA reads in RSA samples were increased compared with those in NEP samples(0.21%vs.0.11%).Differential expression analysis identified 29 upregulated piRNAs and 18 downregulated piRNAs in RSA samples.RT-qPCR further confirmed that the expression levels of uniq-109625,uniq-89328,uniq-50651 and uniq-4569 were decreased in 8 RSA tissues,compared with 13 NEP tissues.Otherwise,pi-22628 and uniq-173406 were increased in 8 RSA tissues.Based on GO term and KEGG pathway analysis,we speculate that these piRNAs regulate RSA by targeting extracellular matrix component pathway,cell adhesion pathway and focal adhesion pathway.PiRNAs may be involved in RSA pathogenesis by target genes function on adhesion and extracellular matrix component. | JIABAO WU XIAOHUA LIU LU HAN HUA NIE YUAN TANG YUNGE TANG GE SONG LIXIN ZHENG WEIBING QIN | 2022 | BIOCELL2022,46,4: | 0 |
