1Aquathermolysis of conventional heavy oil with superheated steam显示文摘This paper presents a new aquathermolysis study of conventional heavy oil in superheated steam.A new high temperature autoclave was designed,where volume and pressure could be adjusted. Aquathermolysis was studied on two different conventional heavy oil samples under different reaction times and temperatures.Experimental results show that aquathermolysis does take place for conventional heavy oil.As reaction time increases,the oil viscosity reduces.However,the reaction will reach equilibrium after a certain period of time and won’t be sensitive to any further reaction time any more. Analysis shows that,while resin and asphaltenes decrease,saturated hydrocarbons and the H/C ratio increase after reaction.The main mechanism of aquathermolysis includes hydrogenization,desulfuration reaction of resin and asphaltenes,etc.Song Guangshou Zhou Tiyao Cheng Linsong Wang Yunxian Tian Guoqing Pi Jian Zhang Zheng 2009Petroleum Science2009,6,3:6

8Genome-wide association study identifies loci for body shape in the large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea)显示文摘The large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea)is an important maricultured fish species in southeast China.Body shape is an important economic trait for this species,because consumers prefer to purchase fish that have a slender shape.Furthermore,investigating the genetic basis of this trait may be useful for understanding the evolution of fish body shape in general.This study randomly selected 500 large yellow croakers to perform genome-wide association study of this trait.We used Genotyping-By-Sequencing technology combined with a genome-wide prediction model(BayesC)to identify and test QTLs.We also compared the association results using BayesC and single-marker analysis,and found that BayesC outperformed single-marker analysis in detecting significant SNPs explaining a proportion of the total genetic variance in this experiment.Using 124,419 SNP markers,10 candidate genes,correspond to 4 QTL regions located around 3.5,1.8,23.9 and 10.8 Mb on chromosomes 2,4,8 and 22 respectively,were suggested to be relevant to the trait.All of these genes may directly or indirectly participate in bone development.These genes may provide a valuable reference for marker-assisted selective breeding and investigating the genetic basis of the evolution of fish body shape.Linsong Dong Zhaofang Han Ming Fang Shijun Xiao Zhiyong Wang 2019Aquaculture and Fisheries2019,4,1:1

11Harnessing perennial and indeterminant growth habits for ratoon cotton(Gossypium spp.)cropping显示文摘Ratoon is the stub or root of a perennial plant that is commonly retained after harvest to produce a following crop.This paper presents a review of ratoon cotton in relation to a broader framework that has been examining perennialization of agriculture for the benefit of ecology and economy.Cotton is botanically indeterminate,but has been treated as an annual after domestication,yet the habit of perenniality is retained and the plants begin to resprout after the first harvest.In some cropping systems,this tendency is exploited using the“ratooning”practice(i.e.growing one or more crops on the rootstock of the first).Ratooning has declined for various reasons such as an increase in the prevalence of pests and diseases and overwintering risk.However,ratooning has many benefits such as no annual tillage before sowing,a well-established root system,and high yield.The three methods of ratooning offer flexibility to balance the environmental and economic benefits in agriculture.The greatest environmental benefits arise from perennial ratoon cropping of semi-wild cotton,and the greatest economic benefit is obtained from biannually cropping modern annual cultivars.However,an optimum solution would be provided by perennial cropping annual cultivars.To realize both environmental and economic benefits,research is needed in the following main areas:preventing the buildup of pests and diseases,breeding the most suitable cotton cultivars for ratooning,and developing light and simplified cultivation(LSC)systems for ratoon cultivation.Xin Zhang Xiangjun Kong Ruiyang Zhou Zhiyong Zhang Jinbao Zhang Linsong Wang Qinglian Wang 2020Ecosystem Health and Sustainability2020,6,1:0
12ZBTB7A governs 2-DG-inhibited glycolysis by regulating GLUT1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma显示文摘Our previous studies suggested a potential interaction between the POK erythroid myeloid ontogenic factor ZBTB7A and glucose transporter 1(GLUT1)in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).This study was designed to confirm the interaction and further evaluate the precise mechanism by which ZBTB7A and GLUT1 regulate NPC development.The binding sites between ZBTB7A and the promoter of GLUT1 were predicted by bioinformatics.Gene expression was measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qPCR),western blotting,and immunohistochemistry.The activities of key glycolysis enzymes,including hexokinase(HK),pyruvate kinase(PK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and lactate,were detected using specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits.The connection between ZBTB7A and GLUT1 was analyzed by dual-luciferase reporter assay and chromatin immunoprecipitation-qPCR.The vitality,proliferation,and tumorigenicity of the cells expressing different levels of ZBTB7A were tested by adding the glycolysis inhibitor 2-deoxy-D-glucose(2-DG),followed by MTT,colorimetric focus forming,and xenograft assays,respectively.Our results showed that high expression of GLUT1 was associated with late-stage NPC.After constructing stably transfected cells with lentiviruses,ZBTB7A was effectively knocked down in 5-8F cells(RNAi-5-8F)and overexpressed in 6-10B cells(ZBTB7A-6-10B).The up-or downregulation of GLUT1 secondary to ZBTB7A changes was also limited.The vitality and proliferation of the cells expressing low ZBTB7A were notably blocked by 2-DG.The cells expressing high ZBTB7A were not very sensitive to 2-DG.The growth of RNAi-5-8F xenografts was strongly suppressed by 2-DG.The activities of HK,PK,and LDH were suppressed by 2-DG in the cells expressing low ZBTB7A.RNAi-5-8F cells had the lowest 2-DG-induced lactate production.ZBTB7A directly suppressed the promoter region of GLUT1 to regulate GLUT1 expression.Thus,ZBTB7A controls the 2-DG-induced inhibition of glycolysis by affecting GLUT1.FEI LIU JIAZHANG WEI JIAO LAN YONGLI WANG JIANXIANG YE CHENG SU MINGZHENG MO FENGZHU TANG BING LI MIN LI WEIMING DENG LINSONG YE WENLIN HUANG JINGJIN WENG WEI JIAO SHENHONG QU 2022BIOCELL2022,46,12:0
13Lightweight design of peanut sowing machine frame based on finite element analysis显示文摘In order to reduce the weight and energy consumption of the whole machine against the heavy mechanical structure and excessive strength redundancy in current small-scale peanut seeders with one ridge and two rows,a finite element model of the frame was established and the static finite element analysis and modal analysis were conducted with ANSYS Workbench.Sensitivity analysis that focuses on the size of intermediate support beams and other components was performed so as to set up a multi-objective optimization model.Then a size optimization and multi-objective optimization collaborative scheme was adopted so that the target was optimized by the Seagull Optimization Algorithm(SOA)to obtain the optimal solution.Based on the results of the finite element analysis,the mechanical structure of the peanut seeder was optimized for lightweight design.Furthermore,response surface plots and static structural analysis were applied for validation.It turned out that the maximum stress of the optimized structure was less than the allowable stress;the weight of the frame reduced by 32.5%after optimization;and the first-order natural frequency did not coincide with the engine input speed or working speed,thus no resonance will occur.Field experiments showed that the qualified rate of row spacing was≥96%when operating at different speeds of different types of seeders;The seeding depth operation performance was stable,with an average qualified rate of seeding depth of≥92%;The performance of the seeders was also stable and reliable due to the lightweight prototype structure.The research outcomes can provide an effective technical reference and theoretical basis for the lightweight design of peanut seeders and for its continuous improvement as well in the future.Yan Yu Linsong Diao Dongwei Wang Jiasheng Wang Xiaomin Wang Xiaozhi Tan Dazhi Yi 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,3:0
