1口腔护理对危重症患者口腔健康状况和呼吸机相关性肺炎预防的影响显示文摘目的:本研究的目的是明确口腔护理措施对重症监护室患者口腔健康状况和呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率的影响。方法:本临床实验纳入2015-2016年间的100名患者,随机分为对照组(接受护士的口腔护理)和干预组(接受研究人员的系统口腔护理)。根据干预组患者的口腔健康状况,按照Beck口腔护理频次评价表(BOAS)确定需要接受口腔护理的频次。每次护理均包括调整气管内套管压力、用牙膏刷牙、使用抗菌药和嘴唇保湿。口腔检查采用BOAS和口腔黏膜菌斑量表评分,肺炎监测采用临床肺部感染评分。结果:第1~5天,两组患者的BOAS评分有统计学差异(P<0.001);第3~5天,两组患者的口腔黏膜菌斑评分有统计学差异(P<0.001);第3天和第5天,对照组肺炎发生率分别为10%(5例)和14%(7例),干预组肺炎发生率分别为4%(2例)和10%(5例),Fisher检验无统计学差异(P=0.538),但与对照组相比,干预组肺炎的发生率降低。结论:与传统的口腔护理措施比较,系统口腔护理虽然没有显著降低危重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,但显著改善了其口腔健康状况和口腔黏膜菌斑评分。Abdullah Haghighi Vida Shafipour Masoumeh Bagheri-Nesami Afshin Gholipour Baradari Jamshid Yazdani Charati 2017中国护理管理2017,17,3:14
2Artemisinin as a Chinese Medicine,Selectively Induces Apoptosis in Pancreatic Tumor Cell Line显示文摘Objective:To investigate the possible mechanism through which Artemisinin induced apoptosis in pancreatic cell line.Methods:Column chromatography,thin layer chromatography(TLC)and proton NMR spectroscopy were used to purify Artemisinin.The flowcytometry was employed to detect apoptosis and reactive oxygen species(ROS).Results:The results indicated that 50%inhibiting concentration(IC_(50)value)for pancreatic cell line(RIN)was 45μmol/L of Artemisinin.Artemisinin had no cytotoxic effect on the growth of peripheral blood lymphocytes.The mechanism of apoptosis was evaluated by measuring intracellular ROS.It was shown that Artemisinin-induced apoptosis occurred independently of the binding of CD95L to CD95 receptor in the RIN cells.Moreover,Artemisinin,in a dose-dependent manner,could significantly increase the level of ROS.Conclusion:Artemisinin can induce apoptosis in the RIN cells via the generation of ROS and triggering the intrinsic pathway of cell death.Shokoofe Noori Zuhair.M.Hassan Vida Farsam 2014Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2014,20,8:7
3荧光原位杂交在滑膜肉瘤诊断中的应用显示文摘滑膜肉瘤是儿童及青少年期常见的软组织肿瘤,约占软组织恶性肿瘤的2%~10%。好发于大关节周围,也可见于其他关节、软组织,还可发生于肺、前列腺、肾等脏器。组织学可分为双相分化型、单相纤维型、单相上皮型、低分化型H0,其中前2种最常见。由于其形态多样,发病部位广泛,免疫组织化学染色又缺乏特异的抗体,有时会造成病理诊断的困难。细胞和分子遗传学研究发现,90%以上的滑膜肉瘤存在特异的t(X;18)(p11.2;q11.2),导致位于18号染色体SYT基因易位,和位于X染色体上SSX基因产生SYT—SSX融合基因。目前国内检测该融合基因均使用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR)。我们收集儿童滑膜肉瘤4例,探讨运用荧光原位杂交(FISH)法对甲醛固定、石蜡包埋组织检测其融合基因的可行性。殷敏智 张忠德 Vida Petrovic Michael Swain 周中和 2007中华病理学杂志2007,36,4:6

5P92抗蠕变钢管微观组织对持久性能的影响显示文摘P92钢管的生产旨在获得回火马氏体的微观组织;但在某些条件下,尤其在生产厚壁钢管时,可能会形成少量的铁素体。对此,本文对众多P92钢试样进行了大量深入的微观组织分析,并研究了回火马氏体基体中存在少量铁素体组织对其短期和持久性能的影响。发现P92钢管中可能存在成因和性能不同的2种铁素体组织;在钢液凝固过程中,如果铁素体和奥氏体形成元素未保持适当的平衡,稳定铁素体(也称δ-铁素体)会形成并保留在冷却至室温后的微观组织中;在热处理过程中,如果从奥氏体化温度冷却的速度较慢,奥氏体会分解成铁素体和碳化物,形成另一种形式的铁素体;对不含铁素体和含铁素体体积分数为8%的试样进行对比分析,未观察到P92钢短期和持久性能上的明显变化,如进行了持续时间达70 000h的蠕变性能试验,蠕变断裂数据处在基于ECCC评定数据曲线的分散带内。最后提出采用比较法测定无缝钢管和锻件中铁素体组织含量的指导方法,目前已经作为VdTV数据表,得到了确认和公布。Vida Knezevic Bruno Lefebvre Ivana Parezanovic 2016热力发电2016,45,3:5
6Genomic Analysis of the Natural Population of Wheat dwarf virus in Wheat from China and Hungary显示文摘During the last decade, the leafhopper transmitted Wheat dwarf virus (WDV) has become a serious problem both in northwestern China and Hungary. In order to study the molecular diversity and population structure of WDV in these two countries, 39 Chinese isolates and 16 Hungarian isolates were collected from different regions of China and Hungary, and their genomes were sequenced. All isolates belonged to the wheat strain of WDV and showed limited genetic diversity. The highest and lowest nucleotide sequence identities among isolates from China and Hungary were 99.9 and 90%, respectively. In all isolates, the lowest nucleotide sequence identity was 89.5% between MO10-1 and KP10-5, which were collected from Martonvàsàr and Kompolt, Hungary. Phylogenetic analyses showed the genome sequences of 55 WDV isolates belong to two big clades, but no clear correlation to geographical location. Population difference analyses indicated that the Chinese and Hungarian WDV populations have no significant difference. 10Pilot study on the effects of elevated air temperature and CO2 on artificially defoliated silver birch saplings显示文摘The impacts of elevated temperature and CO_2 on young silver birch(Betula pendula Roth) saplings after 0,25, 50 or 75% artificial defoliation were assessed by measuring plant height and dry mass of aboveground compartments and roots and various morphological and physiological variables. Defoliation either increased or decreased plant growth depending on the severity of damage and the climatic treatment. At 21 °C and400 mg L^(-1) CO_2, defoliated plants were not able to compensate for the lost foliage, but growth compensation and adaptation to the changed conditions were greater; growth of young defoliated silver birch saplings increased, which led to increased height and a tendency to enhance final aboveground and root biomass and leaf nitrogen and carbon content compared to the nondefoliated controls. Nevertheless, the short-term effect of the different climatic conditions did not result in a significant overgrowth of defoliated plants. A slight increase in temperature and CO_2 were the most acceptable conditions for defoliated plants;however, a 4 °C increase with correspondingly higher CO_2 was more stressful as shown by less growth in height and biomass allocation to leaves, stems and roots. 11Infrared thin layer drying of saffron(Crocus sativus L.) stigmas:Mass transfer parameters and quality assessment显示文摘Saffron is the most precious and expensive agricultural product. A dehydration treatment is necessary to convert Crocus sativus L. stigmas into saffron spice. To the best of our knowledge, no information on mass transfer parameters of saffron stigmas is available in the literature. This study aimed at investigating the moisture transfer parameters and quality attributes of saffron stigmas under infrared treatment at different temperatures(60,70, …, 110 °C). It was observed that the dehydration process of the samples occurred in a short accelerating rate period at the start followed by a falling rate period. The effective moisture diffusivity and convective mass transfer coefficient were determined by using the Dincer and Dost model. The diffusivity values varied from1.1103 × 10^(-10)m^2·s^(-1)to 4.1397 × 10^(-10)m^2·s^(-1) and mass transfer coefficient varied in the range of 2.6433 × 10^(-7)–8.7203 × 10^(-7)m·s^(-1). The activation energy was obtained to be 27.86 k J·mol^(-1). The quality assessment results showed that the total crocin content increased, when the temperature increased up to90 °C but, in higher temperatures, the amount of crocin decreased slightly. The total safranal content of the samples decreased slightly when drying temperature increased from 60 °C to 70 °C and then continuously increased up to 110 °C.
