| 1 | WONCA研究论文摘要汇编——阿片类药物成瘾和使用过量:医生在社区应用纳洛酮的经验、态度和喜好显示文摘背景爱尔兰每年因阿片类药物使用过量导致的死亡超过200例。纳洛酮及阿片类药物过量用药的预防和管理应成为医疗管理优先考虑的内容。纳洛酮可有效治疗阿片类药物过量使用,目前正在考虑是否可以在无医嘱情况下更广泛地使用纳洛酮。目的明确和丰富全科医生对阿片类药物成瘾、过量服用和纳洛酮供应的观点和经验。设计与场所对隶属于爱尔兰都柏林大学全科医学系的全科医生进行匿名问卷调查。方法共有714例全科医生受邀完成匿名问卷调查,将其结果与同期全科医生实习生的调查结果进行比较。结果 714例受试者中,共有448例(62.7%)做出回应。1/3的全科医生在城市、农村和城乡混合区。75%以上做出回应的全科医生的患者有不正当使用阿片类药物经历,25%的全科医生开出美沙酮处方。1/3的全科医生赞成在社区增加纳洛酮的使用量;1/3的人愿意参加这样一个计划。与合格的全科医生相比,采用纳洛酮治疗阿片类药物过量使用、愿意参与纳洛酮给药的全科医生实习生的比例更高。纳洛酮鼻内用药优于单次(P<0.001)或多剂量的(P<0.001)肌肉注射。66.1%(n=292)的全科医生赞同更广泛地使用纳洛酮。结论全科医生认为有大量人群存在阿片类药物使用障碍,但仍对其采用阿片类药物激动剂治疗。全科医生支持纳洛酮的广泛使用,并将参与其扩展使用。因此迫切需要开展和评估支持基于全科医生分配给药的实施战略。 | 本刊编辑部 BARRY T KLIMAS J TOBIN H | 2017 | 中国全科医学2017，20，15： | 2 |
