2Control of large angle maneuvers for the flexible solar sail显示文摘Solar sail is a new type of spacecraft for deep space exploration,which flies by the pressure of sunlight.The attitude of the sail determines its orbit,so altitude control plays an important role in the mission.However,the large flexible structure leads to some difficulty in attitude control.This paper establishes the reduced dynamic model of a flexible solar sail with foreshortening deformation,and coupling with its attitude and vibration.As usual,large angle maneuvering will lead to the vibration of flexible structure,so the time optimal control of solar sail maneuvering is considered.Bang-Bang control of the solar sail generates large amplitude and sustained vibration,while the combined control based on input shaping can eliminate the vibration efficiently.With the comparison of two reduced models,it is demonstrated that the choice of two models depends on the attention to the stretching deformation.ZHANG Jin ZHAI Kun WANG TianShu 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,4:2
3Risk factors for intracranial hemorrhage and mortality in adult patients with severe respiratory failure managed using veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation显示文摘Background: Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is one of the most severe complications during veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VV-ECMO). This study aimed to determine the risk factors for ICH and mortality in such patients.Methods: We analyzed the clinical data of 77 patients who received VV-ECMO due to severe respiratory failure from July 2013 to May 2019 at China-Japan Friendship Hospital. Demographical data, laboratory indices, imaging characteristics, and other clinical information were collected. Multivariable logistic regression analyses were performed to identify risk factors for ICH and mortality.Results: Of 77 patients, 11 (14.3%) suffered from ICH, and 36 (46.8%) survived. The survival rate was significantly lower (18.2% [2/11]vs. 51.5% [34/66],P = 0.040) in patients with ICH than in those without ICH. Multivariable analysis revealed that factors independently associated with ICH were diabetes mellitus (adjusted odds ratio [aOR]: 12.848, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.129-146.188,P = 0.040) and minimum fibrinogen during ECMO (aOR: 2.557, 95% CI: 1.244-5.252,P = 0.011). Multivariable analysis showed that factors independently associated with mortality were acute hepatic failure during ECMO (aOR: 9.205, 95% CI: 1.375-61.604,P = 0.022), CO2 retention before ECMO (aOR: 7.602, 95% CI: 1.514-38.188,P = 0.014), and minimum platelet concentration during ECMO (aOR: 0.130, 95% CI: 0.029-0.577,P = 0.007).Conclusions: Diabetes mellitus and minimum fibrinogen concentration during ECMO are risk factors for ICH in patients with severe respiratory failure managed using VV-ECMO. 4Natural co-infection of fowl adenovirus type E-8b and avian hepatitis E virus in parental layer breeders in Hebei,China显示文摘Dear Editor,Fowl adenovirus(FAdV)and avian hepatitis E virus(aHEV)are the most important causative agents of hepatic injury,representing one of the greatest health concerns in layer chicken flocks(LCFs)in China and causes substantial economic losses.FAdVs are non-enveloped,double-stranded DNA viruses containing a genome of 43–45 kb in size and belong to the genus Aviadenovirus in the family of Adenoviridae(Hess,2000).Based on restriction enzyme digestion patterns and serum cross-neutralization tests,FAdV is currently clustered into five species(FAdV-A–FAdV-E)with 12 serotypes(FAdV-1 to-7,FAdV-8a,FAdV-8b,and FAdV-9 to-11).Different serotypes of FAdVs cause different clinical symptoms in poultry flocks.FAdV-1 can induce gizzard erosion in chickens,whereas inclusion body hepatitis(IBH)in chickens is often associated with FAdV-2,-8a,-8b,and-11.FAdV-4 causes hydropericardium hepatitis syndrome and IBH in chickens,and its infections have caused severe economic losses in the global poultry industry(Ye et al.,2016).Avian hepatitis E virus(aHEV)is a major causative agent of big liver and spleen disease(BLS),hepatitis splenomegaly syndrome,and hepatic rupture hemorrhage syndrome(HRHS)in chickens(Sun et al.,2019).Lidan Hou Zengna Chi Yawen Zhang Qi Xue Tianshu Zhai Shuang Chang Jia Wang Peng Zhao 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,2:0
